Dear Aircel,

I am the customer of aircel, I used air cel no.[protected] more than 2 year, recently I have requested to change my no.from postpaid to prepaid and also give extra money for closing period, however still it not done, and now I got msg of bill .48 rupee, which I m not going to pay, as per discussion with the Aircel agent I gave full settlement.
So at at finally my answer I not going to pay any extra amount and please stop sending msg to me and change my sim postpaid to prepaid, u guys is the last hope u could accept my request, otherwise like other in satisfied customer I will file a case in cosumer court against Aircel.

    I lost my SIM card around 3 months back and I didn't realize until last week so I went to the store along with my ID Proof and photos. The executive over there told me that my number has been disconnected and is under recycling. I need that number at any cost as it is linked with many of my important accounts. Please do the needful and help me get it back.

      I have requested to get my Aircel GSM sim PUK code by dialing general request no 121 provided by Aircel Customer care. But it is 'automatic computrized replying "There is no pin set for this no" it is very strange, however my Aircel no. PUK is blocked.

      Please help me to get my PUK Code Asap.

        Automatically activated this service on 29 septumber..been deducting 2rs daily on the name of auto-renewal and nowhere provides any information or option on deactivating the service.Fraud company with no regards for customers. Gonna change port this connecting to another company asap. With practices like these, your company deserves to shut down.

        Aircel in India is now running a beggar shop company, reasons are :
        ** they just activate any plan to their customers and put an auto renewal for the plan..."Thanks for Subscribing to Rs. 2 Aircel pack. Now Enjoy, 10 MB 2G data for 1 day. Daily decrement at Rs 2 daily, Validity 365 days.(Auto Renewal)".

        **At the same time their customer care is unable to entertain either by saying their customer care executives are busy or once they talk they are unable to transfer call to their senior, don't want to give any complaint no., they just say sir unsubscribe the plan...don't answer satisfactory.

        **All are so funny for a Telecom company...shame on you aircel

        **Suggestion to aircel: better to stop running a company, so called Telecom now and open a beggar shop.

Neither I have mailed them personally, nor do they sent me any mail. All communication happened in this portal only. As per their last comment in this Foram, I assumed my sim is blocked now and I marked the complain as resolved.

                    To whom so ever it may concern

                    I was with the Aircel network for well over 3 years. I started off with a 200 plan offered for corporate. I had 3 connections [protected], [protected] and [protected].
                    All of a sudden this plan was scrapped off. New plan without any explanation was thrust upon me. When I had a freedom for using unlimited internet in the earlier 200 plan, the basic expectation was in the revised plan the same will continue or at the least the plan limitations should have been briefed. But no why should Aircel bother to explain after all it has all authority to cheat. So with this kind of attitude Aircel proceeds to bill me to the tune of 600+ and 800+ amounts.
                    I being a reasonable person walked to Aircel show room 5 to 6 times and spoke to customer care 200 times explaining my ordeal. But all the geniuses working there did not have any solution. Aircel just replied saying that if that is the bill amount it is because of internet usage. If the bill is not paid your connection will be terminated and they further threatened that my phone number will be cancelled.
                    Feeling threatened paid all the extravagant bills and requested a plan change. The thugs and criminals acted like the request is being processed and proceeded to act saying that the plan was in process for some 349 plan, where unlimited internet can be used. Being a humble person I believed the guise. Then Aircel sends a message showing its true colors: the request cannot be processed and I am liable for paying such high bills. After all aricel has the authority to steal correct?????
                    To the numb skull reading this:
                    Currently I have ported 2 of my numbers [protected] and [protected] to another network, only after getting robbed by you repeatedly. Again I am receiving calls from Aircel stating that I have to pay rs 197 for my number [protected], with the usual threats of cancelling my number.
                    I have been robbed enough by you thugs and cheated for a lifetime. I am going to port my remaining number [protected] as soon as possible.
                    If the reader of this mail has any semblance of shame, waive off the bill amount that you are trying to rob from me yet again.
                    If you do not me will lodge a complaint with police and will take up the issue with consumer court and escalate the matter to the highest possible authority.

                          I've applied for port code and received UPC as CDOxxxxx. I've applied to port my existing aircel number to Jio network.But my porting application got rejected by donor (aircel) saying that UPC is mismatched. This happened thrice and I wasted 300 rupees in this process.

                          The UPC received is containing 3 alphabets and 5 digits (CDOxxxxx). Is the UPC wrong? Else, knowingly aircel is harassing me ?? Is there any procedure to complain before TRAI?
