I had visited the Aircel office near Taylors Road in Kilpauk for upgrading to micro sim for my prepaid number.

The person at the counter said that since I did not recharge my number for 2 months, I have to upgrade my number to postpaid by paying Rs.350 and then only I will be given a micro sim.

Then I visited the Tambaram Aircel office, and the same story was told with Rs.250 recharge.

I thought...

I am a customer of Aircel post_paid and Mobile Number is [protected] using the number last 10 year but now it's showing 'SIM card registration failed' message

Why redues my balance without any service..
I received my a call from customer care than say your call is low active (Rajpms27) service but against reduees my balnce and now my cll rate is high charge... I don't know how... But i want to my balance 89 rupes only

I had requested several times at aircel to change my number from postpaid to pre paid.

Even after filling the form with all supportive id proofs and submitting it in the aircel office for converting my postpaid number to prepaid there was no response.

I was clearly told that with 10 to 15 days maximum i would be receiving a call...

I would like to bring to the notice of the company that the amount i topup for my prepaid number is unwantedly deducted by your company.. First there was some mobi music rs.35 was deducted twice. Even i sent a stop sms again the same thing happened.. Secondly there was this fun bazaar..
