I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 3, 8, 9, 11, 12march 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

    i want to port my number
    i am staying in hyderabad, i took this number 3 years back, i gave this number to many friends, collegues, family, banks and many other contacts
    i cannot change my number as of now
    so please need to port for another signal
    for sending this message also there is no signal
    whenever i got signal, i sent 7 messages till now, there is no reply for 1 message also.
    unable to call or contact customer care also
    how can i get upc code to port my number?
    what is the solution?

      Hi sir,

      Myself akilan. My aircel number is [protected]. I have my unique code validity till 16/04/2018. I shared this code to another network (Jio) operator however the new sim card not able to activate. As jio customer support team told me aircel cancelled my request. But i don't know what is the reason for this. Please tell whether i can change my network or not. Please note i have unique code and i have signal also. My alternate mobile number is [protected].

      i ported on 31 mar 2018 from aircel to airtel and activation date was given as 17th april 2018.but not activated yet.now customer care is saying upc code mismatch/details not available or any other excuse.what to do now?

        One year back i tried changing the network and aircell didn't send porting code and now again i have sent sms to 1900 with my number and aircell didn't send porting code, the services are so poor that i don't get the network, i request aircell to kindly send me porting code immediately, the services are so bad that i don't get network anywhere and i loose important calls

            Hello banu same issue happend with me also when i send port out msg to 1900 its gets failure... Whats the problem i changed service centre no. Also for that but that issue still appear

M/s Vodafone - Hosur, had submitted all the documents collected from me 20-Feb-18. They confirmed that the porting should happen in 7 days time.
                  On 02-Mar-18, received the following SMS from M/s Vodafone:
                  " Hello ! Your Porting Request CDT 26318 dated 02Mar18 had been Rejected by your current operator due to the Porting Code does not match the Donor allocated Porting Code for this number. Pls contact your current Operator for further details."

                  Need help to port out me out of Aircel.

                      Hi team,

                      I have been facing issues in generating upc for my number for over a month. I was asked to call the number[protected] with the last 5 digits of my sim number. I tried reaching the above number and the call gets disconnected with the message “this number does not belong to this circle” as i got this sim in tuticorin i tried reaching the tamilnadu circle number “[protected] /[protected]” which terminates with the error “we are having technical difficulties in connecting you to our executive” and “the number is currently switched off”

                      I have done everything to get the upc code and it’s more than a month. I cannot wait more than this and i need a solution.

                        I have sent the port out sms at least 10 times from my aircel mobile last 3 days and no response. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though u gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. My number [protected], last 5 digit sim number 02774

                                  I own the aircel number [protected] for more than 10 years. Now i would like to continue the same number in other network. So i tried requesting upc via port sms but didn't receive one for more than 20 days. So i tried generating one through ivr of other network and through web link of aircel. Inspite of giving correct mobile number and last 5 digits of sim number, i always get the reply "unable to generate upc: sim number mismatch". I need the upc for my mobile number to switch network.
                                  So aircel, provide the porting code for me either through my alternate mobile number [protected] or through mail id elayaraja. [protected]@gmail.com

                                    My sim card was working till 23rd february but now it is not working and not catching signals. I inserted the sim in different phones also but still it was not able to catch any signals. My number is [protected]. It is urgent to get that sim working as all my calls and important messages are directly connected to it. My aircel sim is now 5 years old and therefore it is my main number and hence i request you to kindly address the problem on an urgent basis.

                                      I sent the message "port 8432*51" on 1900 but there is no reply from the aircel company. They are not giving me the upc (Unique port code).

                                      I also tried to contact there executive on complaint number 198 but they said "due to some technical issues, we can not connect your call".

                                      This number is linked from my bank accounts and many more important places. So i am writing a complaint if the company will listen to me here.
