I am using aircel network from 2012 itself. The network announce it was closing down the company.

Everyone moves to other network using through the upc code. They told me to send message as port (Mobile number) to 1900. I done it. But i didn't received any port number. Somebody told call [protected] it also doesn't work.

Now, i'm very much sick. B'coz of my every connections like gas, bank, etc., all are link with this mobile number only. They send otp and other updations to this number only. If i didnt change my network i will lose the my benefits and my contacts also.

Kindly help me to get port number for my number. [protected]

I have been using Aircel since a long time. But it's enough now, no network in my area in a city like Hyderabad. Now the issue is whenever i try to send sms to 1900 for the port it doesn't go through. Hence i need my port code for this number Aircel = [protected]

My alternate Number is [protected] (non aircel)
Am facing an issue while porting my aircel. i have tried many time with my number add with port in-front to 1900 but still i did not received any reply from aircel. Can anyone short this problem.

I wanted to port from Aircel to Idea. Even after sending sms for the Upc, I've not received it. Please send it on my mail (i.e. pankajkriplani.[protected]@gmail.com ) as i am not getting any network most of the time. Please look into it.
I am not receiving UPC (Unique port Code) on my aircel number.I have sent message to 1900 several times but no response.
Also i called customer care but call is not connecting to any one.
Please resolve my query before my number getting deactivated from your side.

    Dear sir,

    I am a aircel consumer for approximately for past 5 years and around 1 month ago i have recharged my airclel sim which has approx balance remaining till now for more than rs.200/- but as now the service of aircel communication system dumped without any prior information.in such case please suggest me what can i do, if i move/port to other company then how can i recover the same amount from aircel.

      My number is [protected], it's my primary number and i am using this no. From last 9 years. But aircel had close it's service in our area without giving any information. I have to generate upc code my massage but i failed. I also try from phone number also but computer is telling that your provided information is not matching with our data. I went many times to aircel office but their office is close from last 15 days.

        I am using aircel for 13 yrs. Actually i can't get port code from aircel. Many times i sent port sms. No reply. Many times i called to [protected], i didn't get unique port code. And also i tried through online port code generation page. It s also not giving port code for me. No tower in my region. Please help me to get port code for my aircel number.

          I am customer of aircel network services, but before 5days the aircel authority stopped to provide services without information, i'm facing a serious problem as it was my permanent number, even they couldn't provide the porting code before discontinuing their services, please take some action, so that we could get at least the porting code to port the sim...

            Dear sir,

            Since 28 Feb, My Aircel number is not working,
            Network is not showing. I have to port my Aircel no to another vendor hence I need UPC code but I unable to generate UPC code because of no network of Aircel sim.even I tried to contact through another mobile number (Airtel) but still UPC code not received..

            I have raised the request regarding Porting issue in customer portal .Complaint no is (632529).

            since 1st March, I am trying to call Aircel customer care but unable to reach. I went to Aircel gallery but it was closed.

            I need to port my no in Airtel. So request you to provide UPC code for porting

              Aircel a mobile service provider has virtually closed their operations in chennai and aircel started advising to choose alternate service provider for better reliable connectivity. I am suffering due to lack of connectivity since past two weeks. Sms reading port [protected] sent to 1900 has not been acted upon since yesterday i. E 12th march 2018, i have not received the unique code without which unable to switch the service provider. Aircel is almost non existent and there is no connectivity causing huge inconvenience.

                I am trying to change from aircel to other as there is no outgoing calls from my number. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 11 jul, 2012 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.
                Please send me the upc in my mobile number asap.

I am in need to port this number since this number has been with me for past three decays. It's my official number and this number holds all the banking transactions that receive otp. I can't do any operations since the network is dead

                        When I entered 'mobile number' and 'last five digits of sim number', it shown that " couldn't fetch user details (Mobile number and sim numbers mismatching) I have called ivr numbers provided by aircel and it also gone useless. The problem is with my sim last five digits. Please provide me a solution to get UPC( Unique porting code).

                          I requested to port my aircel number [protected] to airtel. It is ported but i am getting tower both sims, aircel & airtel with the same number. When i tried to recharge my number airtel option it is recharged to aircel sim. 100 rs loss for me. Please check and do needful. So please deactivevate my aircel sim network. Please resolve this issue as as possible.

                              I can't get upc by sending port message as many times i can.. Even using ivrs the sim number is mismatched i have recently bought new sim because of stolen old one... So guys please provide me upc code as fast as possible.. Also now there's no aircel range anywhere so please provide me with upc here.. I couldn't get any of banks services for last two weeks so consider my situation and quickly response me team aircel..

                                I am having problems to port my aircel number i. E.[protected].
                                Because i m not recieving my unique porting code.
                                I have send message for porting code on 4 march 2018 but yet not received any code even after 8 days i. E.13 maarch.
                                I have sent msg as per prescribed process.
                                Please resolve my issue as i there are no networks available in my area. And i m recieving huge problem because of this.

                                    Am not getting network signals of my aircel sim since 1 week when do you guys resolve this problem? Since one week am getting stuck due to this network issue and i've got linked up all my social networks to this phone number, why does this network is not getting any signals and many of my friends aren't getting any network signals who are using this aircel sim, we people can't even port our sims due to network issue, how can we port our sims with no signals?

                                      I'm trying to port my number to aircel from past 1month. I tried all my efforts but didn't receive any code. Due to their service i lost my business calls.                                         I had received a payment reminder for my mobile no:[protected] and i had paid paid it on 06.03.18 through my kotak credit card. I had opted for portabilty to airtel and applied on 01.03.18, today while checking it has been rejected due to payment balance. Kindly go through this and immediately take proper solution. Due to your poor response iam facing lot of problems in my payments.
