    I'm using my aircel number [protected] from many years and i had given this number to all of my educational instituations and also this is my personal identity number which given in all my personal identities like aadhar, passport, etc.,

    There is network issue from few months and i'm trying to port from
    Aircel to airtel due to issue of networking.

        My aircell number [protected] has been deactivated since 8th of march. I did not get any information about it, it has no network. I am living in up since last two year and this number belongs to delhi. They hacve asked me before to keep using my number and i had sometime got rechar it too. Now without any warning they have deactivated it. It is very importent to me. Please make it working asap.

          Hi, i have been facing this aircel issue since it came to public and they were not ready to help the people by sending the upoc on time because of which we are not able to move to other network. What is the resolution for this issue.

          Our numbers are linked to all the bank accounts and other govt portals and we cant even do money transfer for urgency without the otp. Please help us in this matter and do something for the people

[protected] to another network because when i'm try to call its showing ( Not Registered on network) now i having a trouble coming here for 2 weeks i'm try to port via msg but msg service also not working then we try customer care (area New Delhi ) [protected] i follow the instruction on the IVR it will ask language input first then i choose aircel network that's all never ask for UPC code.                             Not getting aircel signals to my sim, i dont know what happen. I got the information that aircel is closing aircel sims. I am trying to change from aircel to jio as there is no network of aircel. When signal came i send the sms requesting upc many times but aircel people are not responding and when i called on[protected] there is no response form their side.                                   Whenever I am trying to send sms to 1900. SMS is not send and get a response from 1901 that "incorrect request, please send the UPC request with correct format "PORTMobile number" to 1900.
                                  I have send it several times and got same responses. Please look into this matter seriously. Most of the aircel customer are facing same issue....

                                    I am using aircel since last 10 years, now all of a sudden aircel has stopped operations.

                                    I'm unable to use my Aircel SIM card from past two days in Pune. This number is from Rajasthan circle. I've tried using the SIM card in different handsets but the issue still persists.

                                    This issue started popping-up from 02 March, 2018.

                                      I have been living in manali, chennai - 68. Since last 3 week there is no aircel signal in and around manali and tondaiyarpet area at chennai which highly interrupts my whole business process. Kindly resolve me with providing me any other solution or option to porvide port number to aircel number. I have been facing high stress due to the aircel network and their customer relatioship also. Even their appelant authority doesnot resolve the problems quickly. It took me 1 and half years to change a post paid sim to prepaid sim. Very worst in resolving customer grievance.
                                      Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
