Hi aircel,

My name is ronald andrew wallang. I am writing with respect to my aircel maharashtra number - [protected]. I have received a porting code earlier which expired on march 10, 2018. It is fz811515. I need to know do i have to get a new upc code on expiry of the above mentioned? If yes, please generate as necessary. If no, please affirm and advice what i need to do. Thank you.

    No towers in my area working.

      Its harmanpreet singh here and my number is [protected]. I have requested for mnp from aircel to vodafone and they have approved my request but the aircel network has not gone so my vodafone network has not activated, also i'm not getting any calls or messages so please solve this problem as soon as possible. This number is registered everywhere like banks, aadhar card etc so i need it urgently. My alternative number is [protected] and my email id is [protected]@gmail.com. Thanks.

        I live in jamshedpur. From 10-15 days there is no network of aircel. I have aircel sim which is very urjent number for me. I want that same number. Without any information network of aircel went away. I want port number for going to any other company with having same number.               Hi Sir,

              I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of AIRCEL at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times from 1st March but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As I'm in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area. Even I dont know my sim card number(printed in back side of SIM) to get IVR sevice, since I cuted my sim to nano sim earlier.

                  Hello aircel, i own the aircel number [protected] for more than 10 years. Now i like to continue the same number in other network. So i tried requesting upc via port sms but didn't receive one for more than 20 days. So i tried generating one through ivr of other network and through web link of aircel. Inspite of giving correct mobile number and last 5 digits of sim number, i always get the reply "unable to generate upc: sim number mismatch". I need the upc for my mobile number to switch network. So aircel, provide the porting code for me either through my alternate mobile number [protected] or through mail id [protected]@gmail.com

                    I have send several port sms for porting my aircel to different network. But i haven't received any upc code. I didn't want to loose the number. As it is my official number i can't change the number. Please help me out and give me the upc code for porting the number to different network.

                      I have been trying to get UPC code since last 20 days in all ways

                      1 Sending port reqest to 1900 in given format several times

                      2 trying to get from [protected] with last 5 digits if sim card

                      3Through online ekyc.aircel.com Its reply was

                      Unable to Generate UPC: Customer Mobile number is not active at CRM

                      kindly generate the upc code sir

                            From the last month, aircel network is not available in my state, i. E., assam and despite multiple attempts i have not been able to obtain the unique porting codie (Upc) for my postpaid aircel phone number [protected] so that i can move over to another network of my choice.                               Several time, message sent for number portability but did not get code for port. Can you please help me out to do so. Its urgent request.

                              Even i tried to call on tall free number and several aircel number but its not working. If company is getting closed, what is the fault of customer. This number is distributed everywhere. I want port this number asap.

                                  I have been using aircel sim for the past 7 years.
                                  I use aircel sim very much as i am in medical field.

                                  When it was announced that aircel is not being used anymore, i send a message " PORT [protected]" to 1900.
                                  I sent this above message several times.
                                  But till now i have not received any UPC code. Please send the UPC code soon so that i can use the same number with different sim company.
                                  Kindly consider my notice.
                                  This is very important for my Job.

                                    This is manoj k s, currently residing in chennai, the complaint is regarding the aircel port number not been received after sending several requests. I've sent sms to 1900 for getting my port code for my aircel mobile number-[protected] where all my bank accounts are linked with the same number number. Although i have sent the request to generate the port code to 1900 several times, i did not get any reply from them. It would be grateful if this is solved.
