When i heard of some news regarding the shutdown of aircel during december 2017 and january 2018, the message from aircel states that it is a rumour and aircel will continue its service. By believing in the message (Sms) officially from aircel, i recharged my account with rs.600 and opted for a offer of rs.400. And i have rs.200 in my aircel account.

But before two weeks, aircel suddenly stopped its service and whenever possible that is, when the tower signal comes again the only message i received from aircel is "we are expecting a disruption in network, please make alternative arrangements-aircel". When the disruption happens, i still had one month of validy for my above mentioned rs.400 plan and rs. 200 in my aircel account.

Being an aircel customer for around 10 years, they have stolen my money.
They didn't do anything to return the balance in aircel account.

They even took many days to give my port code.
They are not all considering their customers. Money is the only thing they see.
I was trying to call the customer care but no response. How a big company like aircel can shutdown its service without any prior intimation to customers. Because, no loss happens within one day. They definitely would have known that the are gonna loss. So they would have been informed their customers atleast before a week.

Trai was questioning jio regarding its free services when other telecom companies complained about the continued free offers from jio. Does that mean trai is only concerning about only the income of big telecom companies and not the service delivered to common people??
I kindly request trai to take take necessary steps against aircel for its negligence towards customers to return atleast the money we had in our aircel accounts.

I was having airtel no. Before than i port to aircel because that time aircel providing best services, but now i am having lots of problems with aircel.

I am having severe problem due to this blockage.

You are requested to resolve it soon as possible.

When i try to get upc through ivr and enter my no [protected] and enter last 5 digit no of my sim as mentioned earlier its says information doesnt match with their records kindly help me... I tried many times to contact their customer care but they did not give any response, also try to contact them by e-mail but also there i was disappointed.
And most of the store nearby me are closed.
Its very urgent to me.

I purchased [protected] this no of rs384 in month of feb ant till today i am not getting ur service u all did a fraud, i have complained more than 30 time to juniour executives and 6 to 7 times seniour executives they all are missguiding me, just tell me one thing are you going to return money or not. I want to convert my aircel number into airtel network. But upc code is not
Being generated due to unavaibility of network.

I tried to get upc code by sending"port [protected]" to 1900, but did not get any response from aircel on"06th march 2018". But now network is not available.

Please help me sir.

Hello aircel, i own the aircel number [protected] for more than 15 years. Now i like to continue the same number in other network. So i tried requesting upc via port sms but didn't receive one for more than 20 days. So i tried generating one through ivr of other network and through web link of aircel. Inspite of giving correct mobile number and last 5 digits of sim number, i always get the reply "unable to generate upc: sim number mismatch". I need the upc for my mobile number to switch network. So aircel, provide the porting code for me either through my alternate mobile number [protected] or through mail id [protected]@rediffmail.com

If anyone faced porting problems. I can give the solution who is suffered from generate the upc code. One website is their that is https://ekyc.aircel.com:444/ekyc/genupc. Html. You can try the online port on night time. For night time the server is fast. Morning server is down. But today all are having android phone please go to play store. You can search aircel port generate app is their and you can download it. Onething you entered your mobile number and last five digits of sim card number

I have mentioned my correct mobile number and last 5 digits of my sim card. While trying to generate upc to port to new network. However receiving an error messages stating sim & mobile # does not match after entering my correct mobile number and last 5 digits of my sim card number.

Sir i am customer of aircel since 2015. The aircel in jammu and kashmir did not exists more. I want keep my sim card in existence. I have try several times for upc code but failed

I am trying to change from aircel to airtel for [protected] as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 28 feb, 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

My connection is disconnected. I launched to airtel network according to airtel mini store, but presently no network access my colection. So pls give portable code of both numbers

Hi... Im an aircel user from west bengal and want to port my no to another network. But the customer care number of airecl of west bengal is not working. This is my only number im using. I have totally detached from the rest of world due to this network failure of aircel. I need to know when millions of indian customers are facing the problem wat the telecom ministry is doing? Is those telecom ministers are for name sake and elected by common people and getting salary from the incomes of common people. They should take care of this matter. My no is [protected]. Madam/sir,
I have sent requests to aircel for upc code through all means i. E. Text message, e-mail and voice calls on their customer care number (After taking all details the call drops and nothing happens) to no avail. They are not providing their customers with the upc code even after several days of making the requests. It is really frustrating, because of all this i am unable to receive important calls and messages as everywhere i have registered myself through this number only. Please do something fast to resolve the issue.

As aircel network is not working so i cannot send any sms are even can't call to aircel office, so i need upc code for port my number without this i'm help less kindly help me as soon as possible because i cannot contact with anybody and i'm in big problem with this network from 3days as today i have went to all other network stores they are requesting me for this upc code with out this i can't get my number back

I've been trying to generate upc code for my mobile number which is +91 [protected] but i'm unable to do so, i've also tried to call their customer care but it isn't working so no response from aircel's end too, i also tried to call [protected] but it says that the sim number is wrong even if it's correct, kindly please solve this issue as soon as possible!

I sent port request to aircel long back but i didn't get the reply yet however when i tried to port through calling [protected] number from the non aircel number that also didn't work. I'm struck now. This number is my only number and using it every where.

I visited some shops where sim cards are being sold there too face the issue to generate upc code for my aircel number.

Moreover in my area all aircel outlets are permanently closed.
