I had recharged 148 data pack on 6th april, according to that pack i should have 1280 mb data with 28days validity, thus 3rd may is the day to expire the validity of this pack, i can check by dialing *122*011# that i have 462mb data remain in my account. But from tomorrow balance is being deducted from my main balance instead of that 462mb. Rs. 40 already deducted. I want the explanation for that, this is not the first time, i faced this type o[censored]nusual deduction many times before. Now i have to port to some other network or i should take the help of consumer forum if i don't get my balance back. I called 3times to 198, they are giving different reasons in different time. I am getting confused.
