I was called to Aircel service center regarding my refund because i loss my last 3 recharge, they inform to me we will processed with in 24 hours..after 10days me only called to service center to know the my recharge details, that service person told to me sorry sir we can't proceed your refund because its delay..
Is the correct way to haldle the customer..??please refund my money from the service center and do needful.

    Dear Sir,
    Aircel is deducting Rs 5 per day for Pocket store. I did not activate this service in my Mobile [protected]. They have charged Rs 5 daily form my main account balance without my permission .
    Unsubscribe this service from my mobile No [protected] and refund the amount aircel has deducted from my main balance as soon as possible. I am feeling very irritated for choosing aircel. Around 50 rupees has been deducted from my main balance till today. I am not sure when they started to deduct amount from my account. I need refund of total amount which aircel has been deducted from my account. Do the needful very soon. Take it as a serious issue and solve it soon.

      On 4/5/16, caller tune was activated by company and this is not first when something was activated by company.This thing happens everytime.Iam really very disappointed. Customer care assure me that they will refund my money but they didn't refund and disconnected my phone.So I want you to give my balance back.Otherwise I have to take strict action against AIRCEL because there are so many people with me and same thing happens to those people also so everything is against your company now a days.

        I am using aircel. I have activated unlimited internet pack which takes RS.9 per day and it said it has autorenewal. while i was using on monday i was deducted RS.42 stating that 4mb data has been used .When i complained to the customer care they say that the pack will be activated only from 02:00-midnight(12am) hrs . I dont see the point of a day that is usually 24 hrs here.They must have stated this in prior .How would i possibly know that i cant use during 00:00(midnight)-02:00 hrs.I need my money to be refunded and they better specify this daily internet is only only valid from 02:00-midnight(12am).So that next time some other poor guy wont be put through this again. And i tried complaining through mail which stated the recepient mailbox is already full no matter how many times i send.When i try complaining on their site it states that due to technical reasons it cant submit my details.

          I am using aircel sim from past five to six month's but from 04/05/2016. My sim was not working and i dont have a update regarding about the issues so i changed sin location then also it was not working and it's not happens 1 st time befour i have faced same kind of issues my frist number-[protected] and right know 2nd sim number-[protected] and the problem was same i request you please resolve my problem and kindly note my active number [protected]

            My aircel number is [protected]. On this number i have recharge with rs 26 on 3/may/2016, according to company promise may call rate for local a2a will be 10p/min for 28 days. But till now my call rate for local a2a is 25p/min. While recharge conformation message and stv confirmation message has been received. Please resolved my problem before i will leave aircel.

                I am in roaming and my roaming pack is still activated but after few days, my balance started deducting.
                I am calling customer care executive since 6 days, but got no solution.
                Every agents are ignoring to resolve my problem, and either they disconnect my call after hearing the problem or tell me to call after 4 hours, 2 hours, or to call tomorrow.
                Please help me regarding this.

                I've activated roaming pack of Rs.18 which have unlimited free incoming calls in Bihar and UP, but my balance is getting deducted on receiving calls. And my pack is going to be expired on 11th of May'16. And I too have selected aircel network manually.

                I don't know the exact date of recharge, but I've checked the date of expiry on *133#, and today is the last day of my pack. And what are you all going to check? You going to refund my money? Totally unsatisfied with aircel, and customer care executives, as I was calling them since the first day of deduction but they didn't helped me, even they always disconnect my call without asking me. Totally unmannered behavior.

                  I have been using my aircel number [protected] since 4 years having no problem till now. But suddenly today when i tried to make a call to my friend then i heard a voice as "you have barred your outgoing calls" and the phone was disconnected automatically. Then i made a call to my friend by using another number and told him to call me back on my aircel no and found that he also heard a voice "the incoming for this number has been barred" and he can't..but till yesterday it was working cool and l have also used this to make call.. also i want to inform you that i was continuously using this no without making it switched off for long time.

                  This number has so importance to me since i am using for long time. Also i have used this no for almost all online activities on internet.

                  I therefore requesting you to please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

                  Your concern team has called in the just next day of my complain and they told that they are doing this because my number was taken with college id document and requested me to submit my current passport size photo and Aadhar card xerox copy and after that everything will be okay.
                  But still after sending my documents to our nearest aircel office they have still barred all incoming and outgoing call...

                  Why are you doing like this now i am in very trouble because i have used this number for all my internet related activities and as it is my old number also it is shared to all my friends.

                  Now i am again requesting you to please fix this as soon as possible.

                    Hey my name is vishal i bought aircel sim card from new delhi and also i live in delhi.but everytime i tried to call someone it says you are in roming even from my home which is in south extenstion and i belive it"s a part of new delhi and i called customer service first lady she said they got server down then 2nd guy put my call on hold and the he hung up on me then 3rd guy he abused me and hung up on me i want resoulation i am unhappy from the aircel services and their customer services as well and i can"t change my number because my aircel number is registered everywhere that"s why i have to tolerate this can anyone help me ..

                    Iam recharged with 32 rs call rate should be 1.2 praise for 2secs but it's costs double I.e 2praise for 1 sec.iam recharged with mobile itself showing that 32 rs recharge is for 1.2p/2secs but its charging me double.i also called to customer care but not get right solution.please provide solution for the same

                      Aircel credited my 30k for the reason of some activation issue but i did't made any activation.and they cut my amount.at that time i was not surfing internet any more and they means there customer care executive told me thay it was done by me while i was surfing net and that time i use to ok button of a aircel pop-up.and this is not a single time.i face the problem several times.plz help.or i have to port my no forcely.thank you.

                          after making aircel consumer complaints, I got a call from [protected] no. he told we r calling from aircel office, just now I sawd your mail regarding 80 rupees deduction, within a hour we will refund your amount as 100/- for that required your debit card details. I told pls transfer to my HDFC account, for that he told no need Account details of HDFC pls share Axis or ICICI debit card details we will give 100 rupees worth coupon, you can recharge online. I raised a question why I need to share the debit card details, u can recharge to my mobile no directly, suddenly he cut the call

[protected] since a long time and i m having faith in this company but on 3rd may, 2016, I got SMS that " Thank you for choosing Juiceup Weekly at Rs. 35/-. You have been charged Rs. 35/- for 7 days" and Rs. 35/- has been deducted from my account balance.
                            Sir I want to know that how is it possible to deduct money from my account without my concern. And I haven't asked for any type of VAS service. This is forgery.
                            I tried several times to the customer care but they are not picking the phone.
                            Sir please do the needful and return my money.

                                I had recharged 148 data pack on 6th april, according to that pack i should have 1280 mb data with 28days validity, thus 3rd may is the day to expire the validity of this pack, i can check by dialing *122*011# that i have 462mb data remain in my account. But from tomorrow balance is being deducted from my main balance instead of that 462mb. Rs. 40 already deducted. I want the explanation for that, this is not the first time, i faced this type o[censored]nusual deduction many times before. Now i have to port to some other network or i should take the help of consumer forum if i don't get my balance back. I called 3times to 198, they are giving different reasons in different time. I am getting confused.

                                      I have been using aircel for more than 6 years.
                                      Aircel deducted money from my balance for subscribing video talkies on[protected].But i didn’t request for that. They deducted 75 rs from my main balance.
                                      I got a message saying amount got deducted and to unsubscribe sms stop to 155223.
                                      Immediately i send “stop” to 155223.
                                      I got a reply a reply saying to stop video talkies 50 type 1 and reply back.
                                      I replied with 1 and i got a message saying “invalid request”. Please reply with stop to deactivate an existing service”. (I have the screenshot).
                                      On[protected], i got a message saying “ your video talkies 50 at rs50.0 is auto renewed for 15 days. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223.
                                      I responded for that and unsubscribed that.
                                      Now for this 125 rs has been deducted without my interest.
                                      Today on[protected], i got a message “ your social book 75 as rs 75.0 is auto renewed for 15 days. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223.”
                                      Again they have deducted 75 rs from my balance.
                                      Totally 200 rs.
                                      It is disgusting to see aircel stealing money from the main balance. & that too thrice in a span of two weeks.

                                      I need my balance back.
                                      I'm tired up on following up with the customer care.

                                        Today on 1st may 2016 i have used internet at 9.01pm i have browse google map & suddenly i have disconnected the internet i have seen the session cost is rs.1.41 & volume usage is 2265k again i have connect to internet & suddenly disconnect, again also same session cost is rs.1.35 & volume usage is 84k.Even i have complained to your customer care he has told my internet balance is end at rs.8.50pm & two times they have disconnected my call.After that i have tried to call him again & again every time it was showing busy, 1st thing aircel have such a stupid & careless customer support executive they thing customer is fool he can't understand anything whatever they are doing there.Again i have checked my balance that is showing 1012mb at 9.12pm & again i have connect to internet & suddenly disconnect, again also same session cost is rs.0.30 & volume usage is 84k. This is too much...I am very dissattishfied with your service.Such a 3rd class & careless company aircel i have never seen in my life.Everytime the same uissue happening with me.What's the issu.Should i keep .25paisa in my number & do internet.

                                        I have the the screenshot also with me as proof. Total rs.3.06 was deducted from my number in that three time internet use as i have mentioned previously even sufficient internet balance was there. I have not browse any vendor ad also if you want you can check from aircel site.I want my refund otherwise i will put the screenshots in social media & show everyone how aircel is cheating with customers. Even they have no proper software to track the internet deduction details from the main account balance.They are using low quality software such that the stupid customer care executive don’t get the actual internet balance present on a number.I will wait for further last 24hour to get resolution from your side. After that i will take action as per my wish. It is not the issue of only rs.3.06.It is the issue that nobody properly check their main balance aircel cheating this way from his customer & give service of rs.9.00 unlimited internet to a customer.If it was my fault then i will stay quite but this is the technical issue from the aircel site & not this time only previously also 2 times same thing happened & they are now not agree with their fault they provide me solution if in future this deduction again happen then they will. This fraudulent activity everyone should know who want to buy aircel sim for internet or those are using aircel internet. I want my money back within 24hour, after that if i will not get my money back i will put this complain with proof in social media.
