Hi team,

This is gowri and i am having an aircel connection # [protected]. On 30th april i got a message from aircel stating that i have subscribed talkies package of worth rs 30 and validity for 30 days. This isnt subscribed from my end and i am sure aircel has activated this without my knowledge.

When i had reach out to the customer care they informed me that this talkies package has been auto activated, that's the reason they have deducted rs 30 from my main balance and they denied to provide more information about the same. Aircel team is involving in such fraudulent activity where they subscribing the some packages if the customer has sufficient balance. This quite often happening on daily basis.

I request aircel should stop involving such fraudulent activity and this creates lot of frustration and lose of faith and hope on aircel.

I would expect aircel should reversal my amount of rs 30 in our main balance for the same.

    I got msg to submit docs.I was late and my number ([protected]) got suspended. I went to RT nagar aircel outlet and he asked me resubmit the docs and pay 300. I gave all my docs and paid 300, by today it's been 25 days he has not given me alternate sim. Every week I visit the outlet and come back putting my head down..I have been using this SIM from past 7 years.

      Yesterday(29/04/2016) I have made payment amounting Rs249 through paytm for aircell 3g 3GB data pack, amount has been deducted from my paytm balance but i haven't got the data pack till now i called to aircell customer care center and explained about my problem but they said it's problem of paytm we cant do anything regarding this ...can you please help me to resolve this issue

          Sir, whenever i recharges my aircel no. [protected] through online banking or from shop. After 2-3 days ₹5 deducts from my main balance. I have complaint 6 times to customer care but they always say that u hav download video. But sir i use WI-FI so why would i use net by my sim. Whenever i call them they use to say that don't worry sir next time it will not happen but every time it happens ...plz do something sir

After that i got message that enjoy 750mb internet for 21 days. Please take an action. I have attached that snapshot of the message also. Spoke with customer care. But they are not changing to the mentioned plan

              Dear Aircel.

              In below mentioned mails already send to TN- Aircel mail id but still the Problem is not solved kindly take the immediate action. Complaint is given more than 9 days but no action will taken from TN- Aircel side;

              Past week 21/4/2016 i top up my aircel mobile number 80- 77TT. Specific amount is debited in my account. But the aircel actual balance is not up. I given a request to aircel executive on that date she registered the complaint. She said your complaint as been closed on 26/4/2016. Next day i call to aircel customer care and i spoke with executive and i ask what is the status and what about my top up money status. Executive said we can't see the complaint status system is down she said to me call after 4 hours. Based on that i call to customer care after 4 hrs i ask him now tell the status and what about my money. Customer care executive person is not answer my question he said to transfer the call to is team leader he name is Ganesh (Chennai aircel customer care - Zone Chennai) he said to me call after 2hrs.

              I ask you one thing this is way to treat the consumer/customer. Past 10 years am using the same network aircel i never face like this kind of the issues.

              Kindly take the immediate action to solve my queries and refund my amount. my compliant no 1- [protected]

              above mentioned persons handled in this issues they are not to know the actual problems. Please depute the trained candidate for customer care persons.

                    My name is bina and i am complaining for my maid dhanalakshmi. This is very sorry state of affairs. My maid called aircel office in chennai, to pursue and complaint and the employees were playing on innocence asking her again and again to call the same number, the number being [protected]. She innocently called again and again. Fortunately she had me as a witness, me!!!
                    She called from[protected].The employees were toying with her. This is really sad.
                    Aircel service is getting bad to worse i would say.

                      I had recharged with rs. 9 and rs. 693 (Internet packs). Transaction id fsm[protected], recharge reference no. Bh72770309711461903292673. Both recharge and payment status display success but when i dial *130# it shows 0 data balance. When i restarted my phone it shows that the sim is invalid!
                      Hoping an instant and immediate response to my complaint.

                      He is a big Cheater in world level monthly they are cheating 100 rupee very very fruad network in the world, this Cheaters taking 100 rupees every month I m not activate that service I called two times and inform them that customer service is not responding pls don't choose this network

                        Aircel has deducted my 35 rupees without any reason. My number is [protected] up east zone. I have not activated any service or tariff from my side neither have i given any such consent. Aircel has been doing this earlier also; and also its complain helpline ignores by telling "server problem call after some time".
                        Please provide me my money back; and take necessary action against such actions of this company.

                                (Aircel is cheating customer by sending messages (Containing offers) which have a very vague meaning leading to loss of monetary value for customers)
                                On[protected]Tuesday 26th april 2016 10:41 am) one message comes to my mobile no [protected] [dm 600006 (Offer for today: 15% tt on rc 34: get loc calls @ 1p/2s for 60 days on recharge with rs 34 + rs 5.1 talktime (15d validity). Extra benefit in 6 hours)]. I am going to retail shop for rs 34/- rc. After rc it will come to rs 34 successfully. After about 2.20 minutes one message comes to my device thanks for recharging rc 34 your extra benefit credited in your account. Happy calling with aircel. The extra benefit credit only rs 5.1. The message clearly says recharge with rs 34 + rs 5.1 talktime (15d validity) (What is the meaning of that) where is another benefit of rs 34/-. Please credit rs 34/- on my mobile no [protected] as soon as possible. If fail to credit i am going to put this case to consumer court of http://pgportal.Gov.In/. If aircel sends these types of messages then it should please credit for the same. If don’t credit don’t send these types of messages. To directly rc 29/- your benefit is 60days for 1p / 2s. Please don’t send these types of messages. The aircel customer care is the worst customer care.
                                My previous 4 complaints not resolved.

                                  Any VAS service like drizzling queen or full songs download pack was not activated by me. I am sure that This pack was automatically activate in my phone. Aircel is a 3rd class service. 198 number I am trying 50 times but I fail to solve my problem. It's network also bad. I use Vodafone and airtel sim but I am not facing this type problem in my life.

                                      Hi,

                                      This is ashok kumar from chennai and my mobile number is [protected].

                                      Actually, we already we had a complaint regarding bill issue on jan 14 2016 and resolved on feb 27.

                                      After that my total outstanding is shown as 167 rs.

                                      In the next month i got my e-bill, and in that it showing you total outstanding as 1500.In the adjustment, they have mentioned 1000 rs.

                                      Again i logged a complaint against this and called after 2 days, the customer care executives said, there was an issue in the application. So, please call after 2 hours.2 weeks gone. Yesterday, i called and got same reply.

                                      Collection is also calling for the payment and asked the complaint status and they were replying call 1988, you will get the status.

                                      Kindly do the needful or else i go with alternate.

                                      My outgoing is not working now even if i tried to change my portability.

                                      Resolve this issue and close this on priority, as am getting lot of issues in this provider.

                                        My mobile no. is [protected]. I changed from aircel postpaid to prepaid on July'15. Today I received a call from Delhi court [protected], stating that i have a bill amount of Rs.1603 and it has to be paid immediately otherwise a case will be filed on me in Aminjikarai police station. She asked my card details which I refused to give and asked me to pay online asap or a case will be filed immediately. She threatened me like a criminal and made me pay the amount online. She didn't even give me a time to call your customer care. Only after paying the amount she said that I'm now free. This is absolutely ridiculous. After paying the amount when I called your customer support they said that the amount paid is excess amount and it will be refunded. To receive the refund, I've to visit the nearest aircel store and when I visited there, they're redirecting me to your headoffice. It's going on round and round. Help me with this please. This is the relationship number the lady provided to pay the money 1-[protected].

                                        I was told on 28.04.16 that the excess amount will be sent via a cheque on 28.04.16 and I'll be receiving it within 60 working days. It is more than 80 working days now, and I still haven't received the cheque. This is causing me a big trouble. My patience is becoming very thin, all I need is my refund.

                                        All I wonder is, how come your regular monthly bill is sent within 2 days while the cheque takes more than 60 working days to come. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I didn't receive the cheque by this month, I'll seriously take this matter further.

                                        This afternoon I got a call from this number +91-[protected] saying that they are calling from Thirvanmyur RTO, a female named Lalitha.
                                        They told me that AIRCEL telecom operator has raised a complaint against me for not paying an amount of Rs 65000 from the year 2014. They told me that the number was +91-[protected] and that I was using it in 2014 and not paid the dues. I was never a customer of AIRCEL and I have never even heard of that number in my lifetime.

                                        When I told them the details, they told me that the issue has been raised by AIRCEL and that the Court has ordered to cancel all my documents and take me under custody for not paying the bills.
                                        They mentioned my address clearly and told me that two policemen would come from the nearest police station and remand me and I had to fix an advocate and take up this case in the Egmore Court in Chennai on Monday.

                                        They further told me that the last amount due was Rs. 2000 and if that was paid, the case would be revoked. They did not even give me time to verify and scared me. Hence, I agreed to make the payment and they asked me to go to the site - https://epayment.aircel.com/aircel-billpay/pmt_face.jsp and make the payment.

                                        While making the payment, they asked me to select the Relationship No. / Account No. option and told me to enter the account number - 1-[protected] and asked me to make a payment of Rs.2000.

                                        I made a payment using my internet banking. They told me to send the transaction ID and asked me to send my e-mail address to the number which they called so that they call relveive me from the case.

                                        I had a doubt with them and went to the Aircel relationship center in Spencer Plaza, Chennai and told them the case.
                                        To my shock, I could see that the account number which they asked me to make the payment was not linked to the number which they told was in my name.

                                        The account number 1-[protected] is linked to the name of NEERAJ MOHAN with the mobile number +91-[protected].

                                        I further inquired with the number they had mentioned earlier in the phone call (+91-[protected]) and to my shock I could see that the connection was in my name.

                                        Further, I was shocked to see that three other numbers were registered on my name, so in total four numbers, out of which three are postpaid (disconnected now) and one prepaid number which is active and not in use.
                                        These details were provided to me by the Aircel executive in the showroom.

                                        Below are the numbers that are in my name with Aircel and I have NOT TAKEN ANY CONNECTION WITH AIRCEL. Somebody has misused my ID proofs and has got connections in my name.
                                        I kindly request you to deactivate all these numbers as I DO NOT HAVE ANY CONNECTION WITH THEM.
