Hi,
This is ashok kumar from chennai and my mobile number is [protected].
Actually, we already we had a complaint regarding bill issue on jan 14 2016 and resolved on feb 27.
After that my total outstanding is shown as 167 rs.
In the next month i got my e-bill, and in that it showing you total outstanding as 1500.In the adjustment, they have mentioned 1000 rs.
Again i logged a complaint against this and called after 2 days, the customer care executives said, there was an issue in the application. So, please call after 2 hours.2 weeks gone. Yesterday, i called and got same reply.
Collection is also calling for the payment and asked the complaint status and they were replying call 1988, you will get the status.
Kindly do the needful or else i go with alternate.
My outgoing is not working now even if i tried to change my portability.
Resolve this issue and close this on priority, as am getting lot of issues in this provider.
