Hi Aircel
I have port my reliance[protected] from to Aircel postpaid SIM and was paying the bills for all promptly. After some month, bill amount kept on increasing when I checked with it, I was paying for ETC. which I was not using. I contacted customer care and proved them that I am not using any extra paid services . they gave me revised bill for that month. I paid it. again the next month same thing face as amount was added to my bill. Called customer care. I explained everything that has happened last month and asked them to register a complaint. It was done and deadline was given. Before the deadline itself aircell ppl started calling me and asked for paying bill. I explained everyone that a complaint is raised and I was waiting for revised bill. Until last, revised bill didn't come and I paid bill with late payment charges. And again continuously three months I paid with extra charges or any paid services with frustration to call the WORST AIRCEL CUSTOMER CARE.
I was fed up and planned to port to Vodafone. Only after settling all the bills normally a network allows to port. BUT some customer care ppl provide some amount is like waiver. And i pay all amount of bill. Secondly i don't use my no. In roaming, but bill is making with roaming charges, or really i am not using that time aircel no. I received bill from AIRCEL as well as for the same month. And I argued with some ppl in the customer care. Yet I am receiving that case is going to be filed against this non-payment. Why should I pay my hard earned money to a horrible and ridiculous nw like this. I may not be getting justice. But I want to let ppl know how much I suffered because of this network. Or some ppl call me . We are calling frompatiyala house court or delhi police station, we received a complaint anvelof about your name or father name, then i m scared and pay total amount . After these process Every thing is okay. Or i contact customer care center to block or disconnect my [protected], bcoz i m not interested with your services
They are saying sorry sir we are providing you a some amount of waiver . Then m using continuos . But again above complaints or call barred system apply . Then i am very irritate or call care ppl they are saying that, we are proving a some amount off, when they are saying these word m asking that when you are sending a off(waiver) Text msg and i received it so i pay the bill. But no any text massage received form us . So i don't pay the bill amount . After some days some ppl call me same thing that we are calling from patiyala house or police station or using abusing language .
I am very Disappointed or irritate . I am going after no one help provide by aircel care then i raised a complaint of consumer court . I have many word or experience is about aircel services .
1. Waiver amount always provide by aircel care min. 400
2. Secondly they are saying sir plz your bill is Rs 821/- something but we are providing 321 waiver something . But any text msg or call not receive by us .
3. Some people called they are police men or patiyala house, or really i am very scary feel .
