Excess billing in month of feb.

I disconnecte my net pack with is 98 rs.per month 2g .this pack going to finish on 26 Feb in mid night .on 26th noon I ask my balance they show me 360. And know that when my net close and I stopped net usages. Next day I ask my bill they show me 1690 I shocked and continue to calling customer care.they said you have used net on 25th and 27th is not true.i reguesting to them but...

I just recharged my net pack for rs.198 for 1 gb . To my knowledge 1gb means 1024mb...but my account just had 750 mb...this is absolutely dissappointing . Caller tune deactivation

I had activated a caller tune on my number 2days back but there was some voice recording which aircel use to play before the caller tune started hence i called there customer care and asked them to removed the voice recording but that stupid customer agent deactivate my caller tune . Since then I am trying to reach there number but not able to connect them . It just says that we are experiencing heavy traffic and the call gets disconnected...

Hi Aircel

I have port my reliance[protected] from to Aircel postpaid SIM and was paying the bills for all promptly. After some month, bill amount kept on increasing when I checked with it, I was paying for ETC. which I was not using. I contacted customer care and proved them that I am not using any extra paid services . they gave me revised bill for that month. I paid it. again the next month same thing face as amount was added...

Wrong information on c1249820

On march 21st 2016 u replied to my complaint c1249820 that i'll be latching to reliance n/w if i goto kochi. So i took sim from palakkad and i cant latch to any n/w here including reliance. I had already told that i'm planning to take sim frm palakkad and whether i could able to use services at kochi.
Customer care told not latching possible in kerala.

Could not stop auto renewal

Hi my prepaid no. is [protected]. Fraudulent Aircel is cheating its customers. They say that they will provide unlimited 3g PI for one day at Rs9 at FUP 100mb. They only provide 50mb limited data instead. Another big problem is auto renewal. They renew PI9 pack everyday as if they are paying for it. In internet they say USSD to stop auto renewal of pi 9 is *121*902#. That code doesnot work at all. Please help me get rid of this unnecessary...

Autoactivation

Customer care response is very bad as comparison to other company

One service is activated automatically on my number and they deducted 60 rupees suddenly. I called them 4 to 5 times to deactivate this service and they told me that your service will deactivate within 24 hours but No one did . 3 days same thing happened I called them and they told me same thing.

Which is very low grade service that I felt. It's a Customer care Service where No one care for customer. Then why people will use...

Sir this is premchand. My Aircel mobile no is [protected]. My balance was deducting by activating some services through aircel. I registered a complaint to aircel for my balance deduction issue. I am calling them from 4days. They say that your balance will be return with in 1hr. But upto now not at all received. Today i called in the morning time they said that it will be added in 1hr. From the morning the customer care is not at all responding....

Incoming call issue (only bsnl calls)

I have been using Aircel Kolkata postpaid connection almost for 3 years. At first the service seemed to be good but lately its getting worst. They neither give any bill, soft copy or hard copy(repeatedly asking for it though). They just send a sms and when customer service people calls; inspite asking for the same, they just disconnect the line if not paid the bill(but never give bill). I have no qualms...

Balance deducted for no reason

Hi I am using aircel sim for past 8 years. Last Saturday 16/04/2016 I have recharged a special recharge for 283 rupees. It provides 2 GB data and 153 talktime. After recharging my net balance was 853 rupees. I started using Internet for office work. I hadn't browsed. Saturday evening my balance is shown as 0. There is no message confirm for what purpose the balance deducted. When I called the 198 for complaint they told that server is down...

Voice not clear
