Dear Sir /Ma'am,
I would like to inform you that, I was using your Aircel Post paid number [protected] which is registered in the name of Yashvir Jaswal. I made a payment of monthly billing of Rs.298 through my debit card but i got a message that amount got debited from my account but when i checked on my aircel app, payment was not received by Aircel end on that time, then again i made a full and final payment through cash on your Aircel store, but later then the first payment which i had made through Debit Card is also successful(ref.ID:-''FIDD[protected]''/1-APR-16/10:38")
I bought this postpaid number only for using internet data but the speed of your network was not satisfactory, so i decided to port out to Airtel on the same day in evening.I made payment through cash at your Aircel store.but the problem is that i made a payment twice (Ist one through Debit Card and the Payment ID is ''FIDD[protected]''/1-APR-16/10:38 and 2nd one through cash on 1 APR 16 at your aircel store) of same billing period and now my number is already ported out to airtel.
I was frustrate by using your service so i decided to close this account, so i made full n final payment which is made by your aircel store that was for Rs:570 Approx, so i paid cash however i know that my 1st payment which is paid by debit card that was my bill which is not cleared on that time according to the aircel app so that payment will come back on my account after some time..but after wait for 14 days i called to bank then they provide my payment reference ID which is mentioned above and below also.
So would request to you kindly look into this matter and refund my Rs:298.
