I have activated apdecpi9 an auto renewal pocket internet of rs. 9 on this number [protected]. Now, for deactivating it i had tried many ussd codes and also called customer care. They had told me that they deactivated it but every night at 12:30-12:50 my amount is deducted. I had tried *121*902# also but no result. Please help me to deactivate it as soon as possible.

My Aircel number is [protected] from Maharashtra.
I have activate 59 rs pocket internet on 25 th November with validity of 28 days, till 12 December pack is over, some days after I got msg that your PI 59 rs pack will auto renewal in 3 days, to deactivate sms STOP to 59301, so I had done SMS immediately to 59301 but then reply comes no offer exist..
So again I had call to customer care, they told that dial *121*59301#, I have called this code also, but nothing happened.
Now after ending validity I got msg auto renewal fail because insufficient balance.
I don't want to auto renewal that, now when I do recharge it will deduct those charges, even after I following guidelines from aircel.
So, I want to take action on these kind of things and Aircel to deactivate my auto renewal pack.
In between i have activate 47 rs PI pack which could not be affect.

I complaint about it to costumer care exicutive officer and he promiss me to return in an hour. But till now i couldn't get.       Actually i paid the bill of 578/- and its almost 24 hrs now my outgoing facility is not been started i have contacted customer care too but no proper answers from them too..i have called 15 -20 times to customer care but still i am in the same condition the customer care took my complaint 4 times and still my out going facility is not started again they are telling me to wait for 4 hours now its 3rd day my outgoing is not been started

          Hello sir im amarjeet from delhi I ordered a sim from aircel website, around 3 weeks ago .I got a call from aircel department on 12 may and they send me some numbers to choose then I purchased [protected] number which is a new postpaid connection I received the sim on the same day as well as i give that guy all the documents at the same time . verification of home address is done by the aircel executive on 14 may but today its 20 may 2016 and my sim is not activated whats going wrong with the aircel depatment help me .             Hello! I am haridev. I am an aircel subscriber in karnataka. I had subscribed for rs.37 internet pack once. The problem is its auto renewal. I tried to stop the auto renewal by going through the company given procedure. I texted "stop" to 59301 as directed but i received the text saying there is no active service. I have lost rs.37. Please fix this soon. I request concerned authorities to punish aircel for this malpractice.

                I am user of aircel currently and previously i was with BSNL, Airtel, Docomo. Usually we get message regarding special offers. On aircel *121# IVR, Offers for you section is there. I was checking offers and i saw one offer with "32rs Rate cutter. 1.2Paisa/2sec local and STD calls for 90 Days." Usually if we reply with the serial number it will show full details and after that reply 1 to activate or, something.
                I replied the serial number of offer it was 4, for the details. Then i got message that Thank you for activating the offer. I got message also.
                It was 18th may at 8-9pm. The next day i made call to check the plan.
                It was 2paisa/ 1 sec.
                I was shocked, i called customer care dialing 198, some lady picked i told all the details then she said don't worry sir the very first day 2paisa/sec will be the pulse rate for first 2mins. I asked is it daily ? she said no for the very first day itself. i said ok fine.
                The next day means today i called a std number to check the plan. Then also first 2mins it was charging 2paisa/sec. I called to customer care again. Again i elaborated the issue then another lady said sir, Daily it will be charged for 1st 2mins of the day.
                I have used all other service providers among them i like most is airtel and Vodafone also. For these scenario in IVR they first show the details no hidden charges after that it shows reply 1 to activate.
                I am fed up with the service from aircel. These type of things have happened with me many times.

                      I have complained previously n now also. The thing is aircel is not providing data balance message as it used to do previously. Due to this we are loosing our mail balance. Some times huge amount in minutes. This is very pathetic. It hurts customer service. When companies like airtel are providing why are u not able to do so. I request you to do this asap as i don't want to loose any further money due to this issue and u should also not force us to shift to other networks as iam in aircel from last few years. Hopefully u should start this service asap as i thing every data user is facing the same issue. Moreover for net u should not deduct main account balance without customers permission.

                        I haven't subscribed for any vas, but today 19 may 2016 at 7.30am i have got a message from aircel saying thank you for choosing juiceup weekly at rs 35.0. You have been charged rs 35.0 for 7 days. To unsubscribe sms stop to 155223. Click here http://thepind. Mobi/glamour. And 35 rupees from my account have been detected, i called for customer care and requested them to deactivate it and they said that i have clicked some link on the internet which is the case for the activation of this service and the detection of the money, but i haven't browsed to any such websites like as to myself might have clicked some nonsense links to activate this kind of things, and most importantly i have just got woke up only at 8.45am then how could i have able to done that.

                        Moreover even if there is such links that do exist which detect money from particular mobile number without any confirmation from customers end then how can aircel have this kind of links as to activate such kind of nonsense vas packs, this is illegal and robbery. This all must be stopped. Aircel have to give my money back.

I repeatedly called from my aircel no. On 198. But every time they reject my call. I lodged complain from alternate number but there is no solution. Customer care team of aircel behave very badly.

                                      I have been suscribed with a nonsense service named nama namitha. Now 30 rs has been deducted. Now tell me how to deactivate it. Bcz i hvn't suscribed it intensionaly. Aircel has charged me 30 for this useless service. Which holds no use to me. I want my deducted balance back as soon as possible.                                         Dear Sir, I want to inform you that my problem has been resolved. I have a call from aircel to know my issue but sorry I can't provide the contact detail as it is mixed up now. I have got my deducted amount back. But worrying for future. Thanks for your care..                                         On 11/05/2016 night around 7.30 i have been using net. I seen my mb was 8mb in my data pack after 5mins i have sent only one watsapp text. After that they have me 4.5mb something and they taken 50rupees from my main balance. And immediately i call to customur care they didnt respond me properly. So tale necessary action as soon as possible.
