I am user of aircel currently and previously i was with BSNL, Airtel, Docomo. Usually we get message regarding special offers. On aircel *121# IVR, Offers for you section is there. I was checking offers and i saw one offer with "32rs Rate cutter. 1.2Paisa/2sec local and STD calls for 90 Days." Usually if we reply with the serial number it will show full details and after that reply 1 to activate or, something.
I replied the serial number of offer it was 4, for the details. Then i got message that Thank you for activating the offer. I got message also.
It was 18th may at 8-9pm. The next day i made call to check the plan.
It was 2paisa/ 1 sec.
I was shocked, i called customer care dialing 198, some lady picked i told all the details then she said don't worry sir the very first day 2paisa/sec will be the pulse rate for first 2mins. I asked is it daily ? she said no for the very first day itself. i said ok fine.
The next day means today i called a std number to check the plan. Then also first 2mins it was charging 2paisa/sec. I called to customer care again. Again i elaborated the issue then another lady said sir, Daily it will be charged for 1st 2mins of the day.
I have used all other service providers among them i like most is airtel and Vodafone also. For these scenario in IVR they first show the details no hidden charges after that it shows reply 1 to activate.
I am fed up with the service from aircel. These type of things have happened with me many times.

Complaint marked as Resolved Aircel support team returned the balance deducted and have deactivated the service. They also have assured me that this type of things wont happen in future.
