Dear sir I have a no.[protected] in your company. Since 25th February I suffering in problem.the company increase my billing amount .I request many time to you and helpline also .my no.block on 25th February since that company sending me bill company adding wrong charge wich have not use they not listening to me just they trying to increase my bill anyhow .at present my bill.amount rs2160 I can't pay this and my phone is block who using this service without giving me any service they increase my bill amount. request to you please close all and give me some kindness. Otherwise I am going to complain in pmo portal and send my bill detail and showing them how many people suffering like me. Please do the needful thanks anil kumar

    I am a airtel customer and i have planned to change my network to aircel... i have reached aircel showroom which is located in pachayappas (near taylors road).. after long time my turn come to reach executive and he asking whether i prefer changing to prepaid or postpaid... i said prepaid. he told me to change postpaid. i neglected. suddenly he said there is no availability for prepaid sim. also he is saying about the mnp process and the salary of the employees... finally he saying currently there is no prepaid stock, ... i asked when the stock wil be available. he simply said dont know... also he saying just convert to postpaid and convert into prepaid after 3 months . finally i decided that it is better to continue with airtel...

      My name is Anil k. Pal, My complaint is all about customer service of aircel, "customer care" are not talking properly & not giving the proper satisfaction to the customer . My major complaint is about to my amount deduction i have recharged my account on 17-Apr'2016 with Rs.100 i got the balance, However when i was checking my account balance just before 1 hours it was showing only 40 rs., when i called to the customer care then they told me that. Sir, their was 1 service which was activated on your no. with worth rs.35 However i wasn't aware about any service activation. Aircel activated that service from their end.
      When i was asking about my money refund the lady "Laxmi" was telling me. Sir, we are sorry for this but your amount cannot be refund. I asked why then she was just repeating the same line sir we sorry amount cannot be refund, sir we sorry amount cannot be refund...I asked her give me your manager no. then she said my manager is busy he can't talk to you.

      I want to know if the person is not aware about any plan or service so how can they activate that service or plan on customer's no. it's really shame thing for aircel i am using this aircel no.{[protected]} from last 5-6 years. i don't know they are doing this with me.They are just loosing their image...

The service was renewed on 18th April 2016 at 11:06PM for which you were charged Rs.35 again. VAS service has been deactivated from our end and as the charges are found to be correct, no reversal is applicable on the same.

      I didn't click any webpage or on any link as you are saying. I don't know which type of service provider you are. I don't know anything i just want my money back.Here you are defending yourself with these above comments so, please don't try to do this. Because when raised my complaint over here that time your one of person called me and promised me that your amount will be revert back into your account soon or you can get into you bank account with worth Rs.345/- what was that.That was just a promising note.Very bad service provider.

        My aircel no. Is [protected]. This morning i just received a message saying thanks for subscribing dazzling queens for which rs 35 has been debited from my main balance. And apart from that it also reads as the same amount will be auto debited every seven days. I wonder how such hopeless services are activated without customers concern. When i saw this portal i found maximum complaints of the customers are of the same type. Why actions are not taken against them even after so much complaints. It's an open loot by aircel team. I just want my deducted amount to be reversed. N hope it doesn't happen in future again.

          On April 18th I've received message from aircel saying, SUPER COMBO activated and deducted ₹5.0 from account(Time 22.27) after that I got another message saying thank you for activating SUPERW service and deducted ₹5.0(Time 22.27).After this again I got message saying thank you for subscribing 'Attractive model weekly' . None of these are services are activated by me. Then I called the customer care for their action, they're not text to refund the money which I've lost. They didn't give proper response to the problem which I faced. I've recorded the conversation for proof.please take action against this automatic VAS services.

            My number is [protected] see my situation is pathetic, i recharged with 101 rs on 11th of april since, i got an offer message that there is a special validity for 28 days of 1gb data but my data pack expired on 16th of april itself so i immediately contacted customer care nd they assured me that they will extend my validity to 28 days within 24 hours but today is 18th still my data has not been extended and now i feel they have purposefully blocked my number as it is always saying as busy for the past two days now i am really pissed off with your service please do something

              I'm [ srinivasan k ], resident from pollachi, coimbatore district and customer of aircel with the no. [protected] bought this new sim a week back, which was activated by your aircel staff a week back, it's been going good so far until[protected], 6:24 p.M through an unknown number, i have been disturbed by so many calls from that no. Claiming me that i am her friend, but since my daughter was using the phone, she got those anonymous calls since last day evening from two particular no.S of which one no. Seems to be more disturbing which puts me in deep solicitary trouble by indecent talks, which is really hurting my daughter very mentally disturbing, i been receiving messages from that no. Too...As i have found on the net, that it is the way to complaint via. Email, as i have took off my sim card for better reasons ... I want the concerned authority to initiate the action to block the number in calling me and also to warn them too ... If proper initiation is not taken then i have no other botheration in writing or lodging a complaint to cyber cell department or to the commissioner of police directly. This ordinary repeated calling is causing us a lot of hectic pressures and mental agony and putting us into deep depression...

                  Unauthorized subscription of pocket store fortnightly = rs. 49/- gone for unauthorised subscription without my consent – mobile no. [protected], i want aircel should credit rs. 49.00 to my account. Really disgusting! Horrible! Just 2 days back, you reverted rs. 20 to my account for the same reason (Different subscription forcefully activated); again you activated pocket store fortnightly amounting to rs. 49.00 again without any consent.
                  Fade up with aircel, cheating and looting public’s money by activating some of their products without taking consent from the customer. My earlier balance was rs. 59.00 but now came down to rs. 10.00 due to this type of cheating money from their customers account. This time they have charged rs. 49.00 in one go by unauthorized subscription of pocket store fortnightly = rs. 49/- and my balance came down to rs. 59/- to rs. 10/-, without any confirmation from my end, whether i have agreed to subscribe or not. I can challenge aircel that you cannot show any sms or confirmation from my end that i have confirmed my subscription to that pocket store fortnightly.
                  What a fun! They don’t even take the trouble of interacting with the customer. One have to keep on calling 198, 6 # 3 then 9 to speak with the customer care for 20-25 times, hours after hours and always its busy. Most worst customer care in this mobile world. Plz help me so thay aircel would credit rs. 49.00 with immediate effect to my account. I did sms stop 155223, to stop the subscription; there they sent me sms “you are not subscribed to any vas services”. I asked for last two service request, the return message is so cryptic, it’s too difficult for a customer to read it out, what is written. I have got all the sms from aircel which could not be enclosed as there is no option to attach. It’s ridiculous, because aircel can start the subscription without consent and deducting my balance without intimating whether i would like to subscribe or not. This time, i think i should go to consumer forum if my complaint does not solve by aircel team.

                        I am having an aircel connection ([protected]). A few weeks back I recharged this mobile connection with a special recharge worth Rs.204. This recharge offers 1GB data + Rs. 104 talk time. At the time of recharge, I was having an active data pack with nearly 10 MB balance and a talk time balance of approximately Rs. 3. I received the data and talk time balances as per the offer and hence my mobile account was having 1GB +10MB data and Rs. 107 talk time after the recharge. Internet connection in my mobile was continuously in ON condition.Next day, when I tried to make a call, I found that my talk time balance has been completely exhausted. I had given complaints to aircel customer care (ref. no.: 1-[protected]) and appellate authority (ref. no.: 1-[protected] ) but they both didn't resolve my complaint. According to them, Rs.107 was deducted for GPRS usage and hence it cannot be reversed. But they are not telling why they deducted from talk time balance when 1 GB data pack was active? Even though I am not sure about getting a satisfactory solution for this complaint, I would like to use this forum to inform at least a few about my bad experience. I have already decided to port my number to some other trustworthy mobile network.

                                  Sir, I called to aircel customer care service and I told my problem that I am unable to use my 3g services and also unable to view 3g data balance and they
                                  told me that they are transferring my call to their supervisor but they rejected my call. It was not only once I called them 4 to 5 times but their were rejecting my calls.

                                      I have recharged my aircel mobile number [protected] with the roaming pack of rs 83. However my outgoing is still charged at rs 1.15 per minute and incoming at 45 paisa per minute instead of incoming being free and outgoing being charged at 1 ps per second. Tried to contact customer care but they kept me on hold pretending to transfer my call to higher authority eventually it was not answered. Instead of being a good customer of aircel for long i think its best to port out my number to other operators.

                                        Please launch aircel network fully in srikakulam, viziayanagaram and visakhapatnam districs as will as possible because all networks are available but only aircel network is unavailable please launch aircel network in north andhra we are all waiting for your network fully coverage as bsnl, airtel& idea if you are launched aircel network with mnp service some new connections are started and some new sim connection are started and i'm also take and i advice my friends also because your network and your offers are very attracted so here peoples are like your network
