I am having an aircel connection ([protected]). A few weeks back I recharged this mobile connection with a special recharge worth Rs.204. This recharge offers 1GB data + Rs. 104 talk time. At the time of recharge, I was having an active data pack with nearly 10 MB balance and a talk time balance of approximately Rs. 3. I received the data and talk time balances as per the offer and hence my mobile account was having 1GB +10MB data and Rs....

Sir, I called to aircel customer care service and I told my problem that I am unable to use my 3g services and also unable to view 3g data balance and they
told me that they are transferring my call to their supervisor but they rejected my call. It was not only once I called them 4 to 5 times but their were rejecting my calls.
