Respected sir/madam,

I am not getting the upc (Unique port code) on my mother's aircel number i. E +91 7610*64.

I already sent a message 'port 7610*64' on 1900 to receive the upc but got no response.

I sent that message past 3 days and there is no response until yet.

Please help me in getting the upc and i will be very thankful for your support.

I tried to generate my upc code for my number [protected] (Bihar circle) but when i'm calling to [protected] and giving my phone number along with my last 5 digits of sim serial they says i've exceeded maximum attempt to generate upc. This is a serious issue. Tell me how can i get required upc.
I have tried of getting the same over port to 1900 too. Unfortunately you are not responding there as well.

I am also trying to generate my UPC code by calling to a number [protected] from an Airtel mobile number.. Registration of my Aircel mobile number is with the kolkata circle. I tried for 2-3 times but I didn't get the UPC code. But now I am listening from this customer care number ([protected] ) that I have exceeded the maximum attempt.

Could you please suggest me how to solve this problem as this number is very urgent for me.

aircel number is [[protected]] and i am unable to receive porting code. Kindly revert me with my porting code on [protected]@gmail.com, as it is not our fault in this bankruptcy of aircel. I am a loyal customer of aircel from last few years and soon i am going to have our number deactivated. Aircel should have informed us before shutting down their business. I strictly advice aircel team to regenerate signals for few more days for its users so that they can port their numbers easily. I am in a big tension, as i had updated this aircel all over my banks, adhar card office etc.

I had subscribed Aircel postpaid mobile connection after payment of security amount. My Aircel no was [protected]. since then i have ported my no to another telecom in Oct 2017. the company is yet to refund my security amount and unspent amount. i request company to immediately refund the same.

I am trying to port from aircel to airtel and i am facing serious difficulty in getting the upc code. I tried customer care and they are giving wrong upc number as 67232 which is generally 15 digit number. I even tried sending sms to 1900 several times but not getting the correct upc code. My mobile number [protected]. Please assist. I am using this number for 15 yrs.

I have send request to 1900 to port my aircel mobile no [protected] for more than 25 times since 23rd February 2018. But I have yet to receive any port code from aircel. I want my port code immediately so that i can choose another operator to continue my mobile service. this mobile no [protected] is a very important no to me.

I have been trying to generate upc code of my 2 aircel nos. But everytime the process is unsuccessful. I have also tried the other method i. E. Calling from other opertor but still the process is unsuccessful.
I went to the retailer and even he tried but it was unsuccessful.
My aircel nos are : [protected] and [protected].

Kindly provide the upc for both nos. I will be highly thankful for the same.

Time line of 2 working days has long passed by and have not received any help and email from your end after sending several emails to aircel customer care.

I might have to register a complaint with trai if such attitude of yours continues. I hope you understand it is good to finish on a good note so that customers could come back if your service is relaunched..

My aircel sim is inactive now. I tried generating upc code both by sms and ivrs it states that the last 5 digit of the sim is not matching. I have lost the sim earlier and got a replacement sim i believe the the new sim number was not updated in the aircel system.

I can share the mobile number and the entire sim no on request for verification.

The number is linked to all other official accounts including aadhar, bank, gas etc.

Please help at the earliest.

Dear authority,

I have been sending repeated porting request but aircel is not providing the upc since last 20 days.

I live far away from my residence and my parents live there alone. Due to zero network of aircel in my area / house i am unable to contact my old aged parents neither they can due to the network issue.

Every time someone has to go to the roof with mobile so that network bars shows up and then to make a call or send an sms.

I want to switch to another network immediately and for that send me the upc.

First, of all we didnt get any messages from aircel when we sent a message to 1900 for porting out of aircel
Second, when we called [protected] to port out, i was informed a automatic voice over message stating number of attempts exceeded.
Third, when airtel office tries to get upc code. The aircel customer care rejects our request.

Kindly help as to how should i proceed. I have been having this number for the past 20 years and all contacts are with this number

For last few days i have faced network issue at my aircel numbers:

1) *276
2) *277
3) *400

Now incoming and outgoing status is either not reachable or something went wrong of above numbers.

Can you tell me what’s a problem on these numbers and why faced bad network issue?

Also tell how much time it will take to resolve bad network issue from your end?

I was tried to port my aircel numbers but till now i haven’t recieve any port/upc code.
