I am trying to change from aircel to other network as there is no network of aircel at my workplace and calls could not be connected to idea network. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times. Your aircel customer centers were closed and there is no one to resolve the issue. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

I have requested UPC number for above from very long. But not getting any response from Aircel team. Help me getting UPC numbers urgently! This is not expected from company and it is causing huge loss to me. My am facing issues while working as I am missing many important calls.

Tower keeps appearing and disappearing and has been non existent in the past few days. Unable to receive any otp or messages or place calls. Have tried to contact customer care but the call never gets transferred to an agent due to "technical difficulties". There is no network and no customer service and no stores like we have for airtel or vodafone....

Please solve my problem aircel is not solving my problem i am sending port message and calling also on there head office number. It's my official number please send port number soon it's my official number so i am loosing my clients please help soon

Hello everyone, i'm a aircel subscriber just like you since a decade. What aircel is doing now is unacceptable. Just like you even i've requested at-least 10 times since a week and they're not doing anything. I'm planning to take this matter to the court. I tried to generate my upc code for my number [protected] (Kolkata circle) but when i'm calling to [protected] and giving my phone number along with my last 5 digits of sim serial they says i've exceeded maximum attempt to generate upc. I want my upc code asap, this number is very important to me.

I am not receiving the upc code when i am trying to port out by sending the sms port [protected] to 1900. I am trying this for last 10 days.
Also aircel has got my deposit of rs.2500. How can i get this back.
There is a frequent loss of signal and its affecting my business. I am looking to port out as quick as possible. Looking for the immediate response.

I am santhoon. My mobile no [98650xxxxx] (Postpaid). I changed the mobile network on 10.10.2017. But still, there is no refund of my deposit amount of rs500. If i called ur customer care they telling amount will be refunded within in 3 months but today time period is 7month there no amount is refunded. The only answer to your customer care is your request is forwarded.
My time is wasting daily for this reason....

I lost my mobile phone with aircel sim. How i get new sim or sim number. Please let me know. I visited aircel gallery the person said company closed. So not possible to start your no. I am using the aircel number: [protected] since 10 years and registered it at many places officially. It is having very low or no signals at all, in these days. It's effecting my daily life seriously. Sad thing is, it isn't providing a upc although i am trying for it from more than a week. I see the aircel offices near my locality closed.

With due regards it is to inform you that i want to port my aircel number to airtel but i am not getting any upc code from the aircel customer care team inspite of sending my mobile number to 1900 for mnp purpose. Please help me i am not getting any signals in my area. I am a business man and i am at great loss because of aircel i am loosing my valuable customers.
