I'm not getting my upc code even after sending the sms please generate it and send it to my email as i was unable to do any transactions.

I have sent port sms, called on customer support number but didn't work anything. Finally visited aircel stores but all are closed.

    I have been a aircel customer for more than 12 years. My all works are stopped due to no network in my aircel sim card. Please provide upc for [protected] aircel number. I have urgent and i want to port my sim card. Due to this problem i m not able to do all my office work i cannot able to get upc through sms. Sir please give me my unique porting code.

      . My aircel number is [protected]. I am trying to change from aircel to others network as there is no network of aircel at my area. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 20 feb, 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

        When aircell was not able to provide service, what is stopping you to provide mnp number, atleast we will switch to other network, currently i am stuck and not able to book essential services like banking and cooking gas cylinder booking etc, it is been more than a month and there is not proper communication from aircel, their helpine numbers texted by aircel are not working or dropping calls saying technical issues

        Tired of sending port number to 1900 and calling [protected], no response, this is serious issue and trai has to take immediate action to sendout port numbers, govt mandate everything with otp and these mobile network providers are cheating public.

          I have tried a lot to get the upc code to port my number still i have not got the code. And the customer care excutive also does not recieve the call.. Whats going on in your sector. I just call to 121 to get the code but the system feeding letter i cannot understand either the 2nd digit is 2 or 0. Please provide me the upc code urgently within 1 hour.

              Hi,

              I want to port my aircel number ([protected]) to vodafone.
              I have got upc number but it is wrong upc number (Wrong upc number - get683475).
              And i have tried many times to customer care to to get correct upc number but they are not replying.
              Kindly provide me correct upc number otherwise i need to take serious action against you because my aircel number was abruptly inactivated few days back (Without informing me).

                      Last few days there is a huge network problem to call anyone from my aircel sim. I got a sms from aircel that i can generate my upc code by dialling [protected]. I called this number from other operator number today morning. After that my sim isn't showing. I linked my aadhar card with my number. All my contacts are based on my aircel number. Now what to do? Feeling helpless. I am using aircel from last 9 years. Great payback!! Huh!!

                        Dear sir,

                        I am a customer of aircel kolkata circle for more than 8 years. I have sent port to 1900 to obtain upc for porting to other network operator. Till now, i have not received my upc code. I tried calling aircel customer care but there is no operative to receive my call.

                        This is very frustrating and cumbersome for me to carry around my primary number with a network provider who is having network outrages and i am left missing important calls due to unavailability of network.

                        Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest or guide me as to what my next course of action should be.

                        I tried calling Aircel's IVR No [protected]. Provided my phone no and Sim no. At first they said to try again later due to technical problem. Again trying after 1 hour, and following the same process, it is saying that I have exceeded maximum no. of attempts.

                              I have an aircel prepaid connection with number [protected].

                              Since 1st march 2018 i am not getting any newtork in my aircel number. Facing issues as this is my prime number. I have approached aircel by email / calling customer care about this problem. No resolution so far.

                              I have now decided to port out of aircel. Now facing problems with upc code.

                              I have tried all the methods like sms to 1900 and ivr calling, countless times.

                              All methods are not working to generate upc.

                              I have written countless emails to aircel care - no response.

                              Kindly provide upc for my 3 aircel numbers below, all in my name, satyajit karmakar

                              Facing a lot of issues as my aircel number was my primary number.

I have submitted all the necessary documents and waited for the last 1.5 months but till now action has not been taken, when i have enquired in the airtel office then they told me that your bill was not completed but i have paid my outstanding amount below attachments are all my payed slip but today i enquired in the aircel office then they had told me that the bill was not paid.in this way i had been cheated so please take immediate action so that i can get airtel sim. So this is my due request to you that because this number has been provided to all my government department and i am facing lots of problem, so take immediate action. By mistakely i have told the problem was resolved but it had not been resolved

                                        Aircel office executive told me that i have not paid money but as i have sent attachments it had been paid.Because of these reason it had been showing that my outstanding bill is due, and due to which the porting is not completed
