I have sent port message for my aircel number [protected] 15 days ago, but not received upc code yet.

Yesterday i tried to generate upc code through customer care number [protected]. I entered my aircel number and last 5 digits of my sim number. But the call get disconnected after few seconds without any message. I tried for at least 5 times with different numbers but same result every time.

Please help as the signals of aircel have gone and i am suffering very much.

    I tried a lot to receive to obtain UPC NO but did not receive yet. I send approx 20 days ago but did not receive any msg. I tried through phone call from jio to obtain UPC but after all process they told that you have crossed the limit of maximum try o[censored]PC. please suggest what should I do. This no is very important for me.

        Hi,
        I tried sending number to port. Did not get any upc code. Attempted several times, but did not receive any code. When i tried via customer care call, it said 'exceeded attempts'. There's no network and no aircel office is open. I want the upc code. Please resolve this issue at the earliest. It is very difficult without a network for this number.

          I've been using my number for the more than 10years & now facing issues as aircel network was shutdown.
          Hence gave port changing request & the same was rejected twice by aircel saying incorrect port number. But the same upc only im getting if i send sms to 1900.
          When aircel is not able to continue their service then what is the point of rejecting the request.
          I need my number as i said have been using it for years.
          Help me to reach out aircel executive to solve my problem.

              Not able to make outgoing and incoming calls on my numbers ([protected]). Also not able to port out as no message and calls are not being made.

              I am trying to make calls to other network from last couple of days but not getting through. I tried also sending mnp message but didn't get port id yet hence not able to port out to other network.

              Would i get a way out to port out the number.

                I want to active my my aircel sim. I tried my best but aircel customer care did not help me to do this. My aircel sim has been inactive for 3 month. I was out of station so I called the aircel customer care but she clearly rejected my request. So I want my sim should active as soon as possible.

                  I have sent the port code for changing aircel prepaid plan to airtel postpaid plan, but it is going to be a month since the activation is to be done. Iam unable to proceed with my tax filing, booking my gas cylinder and other important procedures. I request the concerned authorities to check this out immediately and help me regarding the same.

                  Hi, thanks for your continued support and efforts taken to resolve consumers complaints.
                  After contacting the Aircel people in Mount road, my problem was rectified.
                  Thank you Aircel and of course the consumer complaints forum for the same.

                    Dear sir,

                    My upc for my aircel mobile no ([protected]) is dt 219194 which was created on 28.2.2017. I am unable to communicate aircel to clear my dues, in these circumstance i went to aircel office at salem near four road, they advised after disappearing aircel in the mobile phone insert airtel sim.in the mean time an advance amount of rs.200 against my bill amount of rs.174 (On 3.3.2018) paid through online to aircel, on 5th aircel tower disappeared hence airtel sim inserted to my phone. Initially airtel tower has came and one message has came to my mobile phone ""your services have been set. Please restart your handset."

                    That's all - after that i am unable to get both airtel tower and aircel tower, i am unable to communicate others even too many otp's for my bank transaction and other transaction also failed due to this.

                    My question is as a mobile customer, if these scenario continues how digital transaction will continue in near future. This is utter system failure from "communication department".

                    If aircel demands to clear the dues from the customer without providing service to the public, it is illegal. I am facing too many problems because this failure.

                    Request you to take necessary action against the service provider and please port my mobile to airtel as requested earlier with immediate effect.

                    If service not immediately, a penalty may levied to aircel and the same to revert in my mobile account at airtel.

                        My aircel sim card last 5 digits are wrong as when i'm trying to port my aircel no. To another no. When i'm sending sms to 1900., ihave not got any response. Recently i have tried online but getting same error. I have downloaded an app to see my aircel sim 20 digits but appearing as it is showing as there are no digits

                            I have sent the port out sms at least 10 times from my aircel mobile and no response. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though u gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. I have tried lot many times in lot many way nothing seems to work its my more important number. All my works been got strucked

                              My sim card of aircel company is missing and i want to deactivate my sim as soon as possible. My mobile number is [protected]. I will reissue this number but i cannot do that until my lost sim will be deactivated. I cannot deactivate my number by calling customer care because i dont know anyone having aircel sim and my many important works are pending so kindly deactivate my sim asap.

                                I have tried a lot to get the upc code for port the number via sms. But still now i have not got any kind of sms code. Then after i contacted to the customer care excutive to get but the the excutive is not responding the calls. Yet i have tried through the systemize function to get the code but the spelling of the code is not listened by me, the 2nd digit of the code could not listen to normal ear either it is a 2 or 0. Please informed me my upc code to change the network.

                                  I am trying to port my number since quiet a time now... And every time my message to 1900 fails... I cant even reach their customer care number... And from yesterday my sim lost all the signals... This number is realy important to me.. Its realy old and am facing lots of trouble due to this issue... I own it since 8 yrs... Do help me out... I even wrote them a mail but no reply..

                                    Hi,

                                    Port code is not getting generated for my aircel number ([protected]). I have tried both the below options.
                                    1. Sms port to 1900
                                    2. Call to [protected] by providing the sim number

                                    Without getting the port code, i am not able to get the porting done for my number for past 1 week.

                                    This is completely irresponsible action from aircel.

                                        I am writing this complaint in regret!!!

                                        I have trying to receive upc from 2 weeks by sending sms to 1900 several times, i have contacted the aircel customer care services few days before they informed that "my upc has been created i will be receiving code within two days", but it is already 5 days i didn't get any...

                                        Also i tried to create the upc by dialling from other network to[protected]/[protected] but voice mail replies "you have excited recommended times please try later"

                                        And hard part is now i not able to contact customer care from aircel or other networks. My aircel numbers are:

                                        [protected]

                                        It is more important to me to retain my aircel number, i hope you understand my situation. Kindly provide my upc / suggest alternative / at least contact me in undersign to clarify me what is actual trouble is!!!
