Hi, I am trying to get my MNP no through PORT out message for entire last week, but there was no response from AIRCEL. And this week, my SIM is not active, so trying to reach Customer Care for generating UPC for the past 3 days. Everytime, the call is getting rejected stating that it a technical fault. So, no proper response from AIRCEL yet. Can I get any further update on this MNP/UPC service? Also, the Tambaram Customer Care shop is closed as well.
Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
