I have raised request to provide UPC to aircel so that I could Port out my number to other operator owing to zero network coverage of Aircel in my area.I have sent the port SMS multiple times to 1900 but no response is recieved. Also there is no support from Aircel Customer Care as their number is down. I am having great losses in my business due to unavailability of phone calls. Please send UPC as soon as possible.

    I have an aircel sim which i am desperately trying to port. It is linked to my bank account, aadhar card, lpg booking facility and credit card. Network is there but when dialled it is always telling number is busy or engaged. I have sent many messages to 1900 but still i have not received upc code necessary to port my aircel no.
    Please help to solve this problem, i desperately need it.

      I buy the sim in mysore karnataka, but now i moved to salem, and my sim cannot be detected in my phone, i try using other phone, but it cannot be detected at all too, it keep searching the line

      It keep searching, so i cannot use internet banking, call, and messaging at all,

          My name is sipra bal from past 5 days i am trying to port out my aircel number ([protected]) to other telecom network but i am unable to do as they are saying the maximum limit to call the customer care has exceeded, they are not processing my request even if try to call through non aircel number and give my last 5 digits of sim card. I had already send an email to aircel customer care still then they are not responding. Please aircel send the upc code to my email acc (Sipra. [protected]@gmail.com).

            I send sms to 1900 port (My no.) but doesn't get any reply from 1901. After an hour i try it again but i don't get any response. So i check my send sms detail and it shows that sms was sent and delivered successfully. After that, i try the calling option from another mobile no. But in the end, they say "you have exited your maximum no of attempted."

              Sir, i am using aircel from more then 5 years. I am trying to port my aircel number as it does have any network coverage and the places where i had netwrok coverage i sent porting message several times but i am not receiving porting code.                 I am trying to port out of aircel but i am not getting any support. There is no network of aircel due to its sudden shut down.                   Hi,

                  I have sent port [protected] to 1900 multiple times but i have not received the upc code yet. I have tried calling the 121 number and tried the option there to generate the upc code but that also didn't resolve my problem. Is there any other option to generate the upc code other than sending the sms? Please help me to get the upc code.

                    I am trying to change from AIRCEL to Anyother network but AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times but to no avail.I visited Aircel Customer Care for this issue but Aircel Executive says we are not help you providing UPC.

                          I have two numbers and both from last three days not working for a second I need UPC for porting to Airtel I am having too much difficulty in communication with others as both numbers are too old and everyone in my network call on them . Aircel service centre are closed in my area and no network so unable to generate UPC codes and a sim is cut into micro SIM so I don't have that SIM last five digits for UPC to generate so it's kind request give feedback on [protected] otherwise I have to sue you in court really upset by Aircel service ...it sucks

                            Sir, I m using my Aircel no.[protected], from last 1 year and 6 months. Due to Aircel some reason I want to port this no. Today I went to Vodafone shop, and they try to port my no. But failed as a msg appears "the no.is of less than 90 days". That shopkeeper of Vodafone told me to contact Aircel customer care, but as in Aircel there is no.network. So I am unable to talk customer care executive.
                            Actually, I had purchased the said no.in Kolkata in 2013, but in Aug 2016, the said no.was ported to Aircel U.P east.

                            I am unable to port my no.

                                  I am with Aircel for more than a decade, and I am currently located in USA and using my aircel number for receiving OTP. Unable to connect to the network anymore, need help.

                                  I tried contacting the the customer care numbers provided and sent emails as well, but did not get any response so far.

                                  There was no prior communication about the service disruption, need help at the earliest.
