This situation is there for last 10 days. Please action asap.
Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I tried more than 10 times for port my aircel number to other number since last 15 days. But I didn't get UPC Code for my aircel number. Please send me my aircel number UPC quickly.

I have tried to get UPC several times since I would like to switch from Aircel to other network. However, I am not getting the UPC after sending porting requests to 1900 several times.

Kindly generate the code.
I want to port the number to AIrtel. But Aircel company is not obliging. I have tried sending SMS to 1900 and their number [protected]. Which of no use.

    Dear team,

    I am using aircel service for past 6 years.

    On last month, i purchased a new mobile and got a replacement sim as old sim was in bigger size.

    Currently due to network issue, i am not getting calls / messages in subject number.

    Hence, i had tried to get the upc code by using[protected]. But i got reply as "mobile no & sim no is not matching with our records. Kindly come back after taking correct details". While trying with my old sim no also, i am getting the same reply.

    I had already sent message as "port [protected]" to 1900 on last 04 03 2018. But still upc pending.

    Requesting to provide the upc code at the earliest please.

      Hi team,

      I urgently request you to please provide me the UPC for my aircel number as I in an area with no network coverage. I have tried several times to SMS to 1900 but I have no responses yet in the past few days. this is extremely frustrating as I am facing major challenges for not having network on my number.

          Sir, i have not been able to generate upc for my aircel sim whose last 5 digits are 32827 as their customer service care service are saying that it doesn't match with my mobile number in their database. I tried the other way to generate by sending message of my number to 1900 but that too in vain. Please resolve my issue as it is my very important number.

              I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my place. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times from 5th march 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area. My email id [protected]@gmail.com

                I want to port my aircel service to other service... Message not send to 1900 (Universal port number) from last 7 days. Even i called their complaint number 198, they keep saying me their server is down.

                It is something blocked by aircel, just to ensure that no body is able to port from aircel to other providers.

                  Hello, i have been using my aircel number for all my important works and banking, now as i'm in the dead zone the network is also gone and even when the network was present there was no response to the port sms which were sent. Kindly address the issue as this is a very major problem for all my businesses. The company has shut down all its outlets in my city and also their numbers appears to be switched off as well. Please take a look into it.

                    The last few days have been a struggle as i am unable to receive or place a call due to bad network of aircel in our area. I want to port out of aircel and when i send the port to 1900, i receive a message from aircel which reads,

                    Dear customer, please send the request in the below format. Port

                    I have been trying all possible means by writing the port as "port" but all in vain with the same incoming messages from aircel. Is this some kind of strategy adopted by aircel to block all means of porting out the aircel?

                    How should one resolve such issues?

                      I have called [protected] as i am from west bengal zone. I have tried it from my jio network. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though i gave my correct mobile digits and last 5 digits of my sim card number it says incorrect. The number is very important to me and i need it. Kindly suggest or resolve at the earliest.

                              I want to port my aircel no to other operator, but im not able to send the msg from my cell having a bal of 63 rs.

                              Please help me out as to how can i get the porting code because all my bank accounts and credit card details are attached with the same mobile number..

                              Please suggest me an alternate way of doing it as sms are not going from the present no..

                                Not getting upc code.. Even at ivr call its saying my serial no. Not matching with the database.
                                I send about 15 msgs to get upc code in correct format..

                                    It was a very beautiful journey with aircel, i am not able to call or sms from my number nor incoming call coming to my phone number from past few days.

                                    I m using a aircel sim since 8 months.now about 3 days the sim is not working properly.and having problem with tower.maximum time the tower was gone!from today the sim is not connecting!i used different sim in my phone those are working properly!now what to do?

                                      There is no network for the last 24 hours. I cant even port my number. The msgs are not going. I cannot call anyone. It has become emergency calls only. The ivr is not working. Customer care executives are not receiving. My aircel number is linked with every important aspects. I need help as soon as possible.
