I've been trying to get upc for 2 weeks. I've sent messages to 1900 many times but i haven't received any response. Please provide me the porting code as i'm facing a lot of difficulty in receiving calls and messages. My phone number is also linked to my bank account thus i'm not able to make any transactions. Please consider my request seriously.

Aircel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I am using Aircel since last three months and now I want to port my sim card to any other network but when i am trying to send a message for port request to 1900, it is getting failed each time

From past few days no signal is there in my circle Bihar and Jharkhand.Also my balance got deducted it was around 276 rupee and i cannot used that amount as company is bankrupt. So kindly refund my balance.

Hi Sir,

I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on6 March 2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in trouble.

Hello Sir/Madam,

I am trying constantly to PORT my Aircel no into Airtel but Aircel is not providing me the UPC inspite o[censored]sing the correct format for generating.

Aircel signal is totally DEAD and I am not able to do my OFFICIAL WORKS as the number is for official use. Please, SORT the matter as soon as possible.

    Hello Sir,
    Please help me I have tried many time for generating UPC code by SMS or IVR but not getting UPC Code. IVR reply your mobile no. Or sim last 5 digit not found in our record. Or SMS send on 1900 many time(24 times) but no response by SMS. The same scenario for my Brother aircel sim as well. Kindly suggest or resolve at the earliest. Please It's very urgent provide UPC code. Any one have solutions please comments.

    Same problem with me. If you swap the sim MICRO to NANO or any other circumstances you are get new sim card in past, then these problem occurred.

      With my due respect want to let you know that i have been trying to get the porting code by sending sms to 1900 several times, but not getting any code.

      I have very poor network at my place, thereby i want to port this number. I have been trying several ways to connect to the customer service of aircel but i am unable to do that.

      Please help me out, as i am in urgent need to port my number.

      I have tried to call [protected], but when I provided my last 5digit sim-number, they are saying that the sim is not registered with them. How the hell is the number active then for last 2-3 years. Is it a joke? How they can do this to a customer when he is in some urgent need.

      Hi friend,

      Don't depend upon Aircel to help you. Try to call [protected] from any mobile no. follow the instruction.
      Keep your mobile number and the SIM number ready(last five digits of the number printed on your SIM)

      Listen to the IVR voice.
      -- Select your language preference.
      -- Choose, You are an existing Aircel customer.
      -- Choose to generate UPC code for your number.

      IVR will ask to enter your Aircel number for which you want to generate UPC.
      -- Enter your Aircel mobile number.
      IVR will ask for last 5 digits of your SIM number.
      -- Enter your 5 digits of your SIM number.

      Now the IVR will tell you the UPC code over the call.
      its a 8 digit code. ex. DX123456
      first 2 letters are alphabets & rest are numbers

      D -- signifies the service provider name- Aircel (Dishnet Wireless Ltd.)
      X -- signifies your circle name . changes according to your circle Ex- O(Odisha),
      so for odisha the UPC will look like "DO123456"

          My mob.[protected] was in service from 2011. From fifteen days i am facing
          No service problem from aircel. At this time i want to port my said number in
          Other service provider. All the near by aircel stores are closed. On customer care i want to get my upc code but customer care said that your sim card no. Did not match our records. Last year i bought a duplicate sim. Now what can i do to port my number.

            My number is [protected], hyderabad. sent SMS to 1900 quoting my mobile --port [protected]- on 3rd march 2018. it is shown on internet that it would be sent within an hour . but as on 7 march 2018 i did not receive. i sent again SMS on 5 march and 6 march 2018. no action please. kindly send code. there is no service on 8 march 2018 . it says there is no facility
            for net work for voice calls. no SMS also is going. with the result there is no chance of connecting Air cel

              I am aircel user but due to some problem in service i am not getting my aircel network i have tried many times but failed to get port m of aircel number [protected] it is second time i am submitting my problem here but not getting any solution to my problem due to which i am facing many problems as many official messages and call are getting missed i am getting financial mental and health issues due to this if my problem is not sorted in limited i will concern higher authority to deal or to solve my problem i need solid solution to my problem in limited time or i will make it solved in legal ways it been long time in which i concern the local aircel providers but no of them are ready to help if the service is not provided they should provide the port code so i can use my authorised number they are not understanding my problem through which i am suffering if the solution of my problem is not done i will make sure to tackle it in legal terms in this way i have proceed if the solution i not get quick i will get it through in legal terms

                  Due to in need of porting im sending to (1900) as "port [protected]". Aircel prepaid -[protected] from feb 23 2018 to till date 8 times. Till now i have not received my porting code for [protected] aircel. This is not the quality i believed in (Aircel) you. I have been tired of sendind port [protected] a number of times to 1900. But there is not even a single reply msg from aircel. I need my code for porting kindly make arrangements as soon as you can.

                    But always get replied Wrong SIM number.

                      No network is available in aircel in our area ofjyangra - baguiati, kolkata-700059 for last one month. Out side this area in some places networks are available but form that places i can not able to make any call in other network, though i have more than rs. 100 in my aircel balance with one year of power.
                      If they are not able to give service, please return my money back.
                      They are not accepting the call from customer care.
                      Please do the needful to get back money.

                              From 06.05.2018 my sim card is not working no netrowk is found.
                              Please help me to get upc code number.
                              This is my important number. I can not let it go. I am unable to get the serial number of my sim because in maximum android mobile the sim slots are micro or nano. Please help me in this regard as soon as possible.

                                    I have send several port sms for porting my aircel to different network. But i haven't received any upc code. I am using this number more than 7 years and this is also my official number. I didn't want to loose the number. As it is my official number i can't change the number.                                       I am a prepaid aircel customer. Please provide me the upc code for aircel kolkata telecom circle as i have sent port message to 1900 and also called the mobile number that is provided in the website but they are saying that your mobile no. And the last 5 digits of sim no. Does not match. I have not yet received the upc code. I have to visit north bengal several times and i don't get networks there and here also the network is not available properly and also this number is put in my bank account, gas connection, aadhaar number and also in my office so this most urgent & important for me to port out to other suitable networks.
                                      Please please help me.
