I am trying to port my aircel number, did send the port sms to 1900 but no response from the aircel,
No customer service representative is attending the calls, there are no aircel service center gallery in navi mumbai.
Getting no signal from aircel has let me in big troubles since all my banks are connected to same number.
Being aircel my primary number no body is able to reach me

And I've tried calling [protected](TN Aircel customer service number) but it's not working. Please help me out. Say some other ways that I can port my number.

My number is [protected], and sent multiple port messages but have not received any message... We have not note received any information about it..

Aircel did not even sent us a message about this. When i am dialing for upc... They are saying that they cannot mat the mobile number and last 4 digits of sim in their records.

Am facing same problem with my mom's aircel number where we are not receiving any calls and messages.. Number is [protected]... We tried for upc but today got a message that you are not authorised to send port request for this number. However it is my mom's number...

It is very critical as we have this number updated everywhere..

Aircel authority i humbly request you to plz send me upc code... As i'm trying so hard.. Living out of contact from my parents. As i faced this problem earlier too in last month but still i kept on hope that your network issue will improve... But thats to no avail... I tried several times to call your customer care, switch off and on my phone around 12 times called and mailed several numbers to get help bt no network... Even for any other work i am not able to get otpies even can not send or receive sms.. You see how critical this issue has become. Nothing
Happened to connect to the rest of the world so please send me the upc code as i am away from my parents and needless to say want to connect to them... So plz plz send the upc code

Dear sir,

I have been sending port sms to 1900 for the past few days and even cleared all my pending balance due against my availed credit service. I am still not getting the upc code from 1901. I have written to care. [protected]@aircel.co.in & appellate. [protected]@aircel.co.in but haven't heard from them. I am having no signal at my residence area for the past two weeks and aircel is my primary number that i hold. This is hampering much of my daily activities including financial transaction notifications. Kindly look into the matter and send me the upc code so that i could do a mnp to some other provider.

I am from KOLKATA,

Of course remaining without signal for TWO weeks I tried the PORT option SMS wherever I got the slightest network, but received no response.

Next I tried the IVR option : I have called the Kolkata Aircel number given ([protected]) and got through. I have followed the IVR options for generating the UPC code and given my 10 digit aircel number and the last 5 digits of my 20 character SIM number. But everytime it is saying “you have exceeded the maximum number of attempts allowed”.

I found an update that you can port online from ekyc.Aircel website (online UPC generation page), but the link to the server is down, you can keep trying.

Second : I visited a local retailer and they generated the UPC code via AIRTEL (not sure how), and i ported to AIRTEL. they informed i can port to any provider but at a nominal cost. Ported number will be active after 5 days.

There is no network in my city patna from last few weeks. Somehow one day i got the network and sent the msg (Port my no.) to 1900. But they did not sent me the upc. So i called up there customer care, they told me i will receive my upc in 24 hrs. But no result even after 72 hrs. I even complaint through email to aircel regarding this but there also they didn't reply even after 4 days.

I just want my upc for my aircel number

I have to change my father's aircel number to other network because of the aircel network problem. I have tried to get upc code by sending sms to1900. Even i have sent more than 10 sms, i didn't get any response from aircel. So that, i am trying to generate upc code from other network for my father's aircel sim. I have entered correct mobile number and sim number. But it says mobile & sim number is not matching. Please help me to resolve this problem.

It's effecting my daily life seriously. Sad thing is, it isn't providing a UPC although I am trying for it from more than a week. I see the Aircel offices near my locality closed.

As I need this number working immediately please help me get a UPC or atleast provide some provision through which we can migrate to other network without a UPC asap.

1. I sent the sms requesting upc many times to 1900, but no response.
2. I also tried acalling the ivr number provided. While updating the last five digit of aircel sim number, i keep on getting an automated msg saying that the provided number is not matching with the record available with aircel.

I request you to resolve the issue at the earliest and enable my mobile number to port
