This is diss service to the customer and trai must interfere to control this kind of telelecom operators who collect money from customers and won’ t respond to provide service or to port out. I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 05/03/2018but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.my no.[protected]...

I am not able to receive porting code on aircel. I have sent porting sms multiple time in past 2 weeks.

In my home location, the network always shows "emergency calls only". I have kept the phone in my office and sending porting sms daily.

Please help me get the porting code asap as lots of financial and personal dependency on this number.

I am not recieving any network signal in my aircel no. Since more than 2 weeks. Whenever i try to generate porting code, the reply message says my mobile number isn't correct. How's that possible when i'm using this no. For more than 3-4 years. I even linked my aadhar to it. Kindly resolve this matter as soon possible because i can't close this no....

I have been continuously sending sms and email requesting upc code for my aircel no [protected]. But still have not received any upc code till date. Seems no one is bother about customer service and just want to harass people.

As you know the aircel is shutting down their company.

Aircel has stopped it services without notifying us. No signal coverage, all my work has been stopped suddenly by them. I have not imagined this situation can arise in this developing environment.

I'm trying to reach their customer support but they closed all lines and stores.

My name is vijayan living in chennai and my aircel sim have a 19 digits serial no. The sim format is (E. G-12345, 12345, 12345, 1234) and several times i send the port out message but no response so i tried to another way using other network via get the upc code so i call the [protected] first i choose my language and once again choose upc code generate no. Option and finally type my mobile no. 10 digits like a [protected] and type...

I tried to port my current aircel number by sending message at 1900 but didn't received any upc code. When i tried to port from another service provider by calling at [protected], i was unable to do that as my last 5digits of the sim card is not matching with the records. Please see to this matter asap.

I have sent the port out sms for couple of times from my aircel mobile number in the last last 2 days whenever it got any tower and haven't got any response as there is no longer any tower on this sim. It's completely dead for 1.5days straight. I can't send further msgs. I also tried to generate the upc from my another network, though im giving my correct mobile digits and sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect and doesn't match their records....

I sent sms to aircel more than 20 times over the past few days. I have still not got the upc code for the number [protected]. Unable to reach customer support and also ivr says invalid information when i provide my sim number.

This number is linked to my bank accounts. This number has been with me for long time and linked all my online transaction accounts....

I have been trying to get upc from aircel and have been requested it many times since 5 days by sending "port [protected]" to 1900. The message is getting delivered successfully but i am not getting the upc code.

It's my primary number and has been across all my bank accounts and identity proofs. At least provide the porting code so that i can continue using the number. Or it would be really a tough time....

I have an aircel number being [protected] in the kolkata circle. For the last few days, i am continuously sending porting requests but am yet to receive any reply from the aircel network. Even after calling the customer care i tried to generate upc code but the code that was given to me was wrong and my porting request to airtel was turned down due to mismatch. This shows that the network is deliberately doing this to harass its customer base....
