Hi,
I am a aircel network user and from past few days iam don't have network at my place. I have tried to port my number by messaging to 1900. The sms was sent successfully but i didn't receive any reply. It might be also due to network issue i am facing. Porting with the help of last 5 digits of sim number is also failing. My mobile number is [protected] and my sim iccid number is[protected]. Please help me generate upc code to port my number to other network.

    I have been trying to get upc from aircel and have been requested it many times since 5 days by sending "port [protected]" to 1900. The message is getting delivered successfully but i am not getting the upc code.

    It's my primary number and has been across all my bank accounts and identity proofs. At least provide the porting code so that i can continue using the number. Or it would be really a tough time.

      Hi sir,
      I am trying to change form aircel to other sim as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 1 march, 2018 to 6 march, 2018 but to no avail. Aircel please send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.

        I have an aircel number being [protected] in the kolkata circle. For the last few days, i am continuously sending porting requests but am yet to receive any reply from the aircel network. Even after calling the customer care i tried to generate upc code but the code that was given to me was wrong and my porting request to airtel was turned down due to mismatch. This shows that the network is deliberately doing this to harass its customer base. Please resolve this issue at the earliest or else i have to resort to legal action.

          Aircel network is completely nil and i need to port my number but since the network is zero, i m neither able to send a msg to 1900 nor make a call to customer care in order to get my upc code but i m unable to send my request.. So wt is the solution plz make some way as soon as possible and as well there is no nearby aircel service station in my locality. So please try to understand customer's situation make it fast.

            Aircel — unable to receive porting code for aircel number

            I am having problems to port my aircel number i
            Because i m not recieving my unique porting code.
            I have already sent msg as per prescribed process.
            Please resolve my issue as i there are no networks available in my area. And i m recieving huge problem because of this.

              I wish to change my network from aircel to other as there is no network in my area. However, i haven't received the UPC code inspite of sending multiple messages to 1900. Please look into the issue and provide me the code at the earliest. I've been facing a lot of problems due to this network problem with Aircel.

                I want to port out my number from aircel because of their poor network coverage, i have sent the porting massage approximately 4 times it costs 0.50rs a massage yet i haven't received any unique porting code from aircel. I tried to call the customer care but it did not connect, not even their offnet numbers. I really need to port out because its my primary number and its registered in my bank also. So please provide me the upc as soon as possible.

                whats going on I've been waiting for weeks now and I did not get any response by any side. What do you guys want, If I do not get the porting code in next two days their will be a legal complaint against you guys because I can not even contact you

                  I have requested for porting out of aircel by sending sms from two of my aircel numbers to 1900 but i am yet to receive any reply on either of the numbers. The numbers are of kolkata circle and one of the numbers has already faced blackout for a couple of days. The numbers are [protected] and [protected]. I need the upc code as early as possible so that i can port it to some network as both the numbers are linked to aadhar, banks, university and other offices.

                    I tried using the normal porting process. aicel is not letting us to port our numbers. i need this number as i use it for all official matters. if this keep happening i have to drag the issue to the court.
                    this is not only unethical it is also a criminal offense by the company. i'm disgusted by their services. either let us port or you find the best lawyer cause we are hunting you down.

                      It has been 5days my aircel network is not working. Without an information they disconnected all the services. Please take a action on them. We are all suffering because of this issue. All over india there is no network. Trai didnt take action on aircel network. All people are struggling. Without network we cannot use network portability also. Please take a severe action on them.

                          I have been trying to send PORT message in order to change my network since 26th Feb but the message sending has been failing.

                          I am facing zero network coverage in Aircel and its so frustrating that I am not allowed to change my network as well. Messages sent to any number even to 1900 doesn't work.

                          Tried all ways like

                          *Changing network to Airtel
                          *Changing network mode to GSM
                          *Removed and reinserted SIM

                          This is so frustrating and I need to change my network.

                          I tried calling Customer Care but no luck.

                          Please help to resolve my issue. Mobile Number: [protected]

                              This is disgusting. Before wrapping up everything, the company must inform their customers to take necessary actions. My numbers is more than 10years old and this was my official number and I simply cannot let it go. Their is no more service center available and even aircel customer care stopped working. So how to get my upc or sim card number??? I tried several ways by installing sim card app but the sim card number I got is saying wrong when i am trying to generate a UPC code with that. PLEASE HELP!!!

                                I am trying to change from AIRCEL to AIRTEL as there is no network of aircel at my workplace. But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times on 27 Jan2018 but to no avail. AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As i am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

                                  Unable to get upc code through msg and call,,, when i call everytime i put right serial no according to my no but it says details dont match with our records!                                     I would like to possess regret of aircel network facilities. I have recharged it by 50 but i can't use my services. Is it your way to serve your customers. It maked me feeling angry about it.

                                    Even in full signal i can't use good quality of voice and internet service.
                                    It's a matter of great disappointment from me.
                                    I would suggest not to buy aircel connection.

                                        I have sent the port out sms at least 10 times from my aircel mobile last 3 days and no response. And there is no aircel store nearby me to check why it's happening also i mailed to aircel customer services but no response from their end. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though i gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect.
