Hi,

Aircel is not providing me the upc code, and no aircel offices are open and no customer care support . its very rediculous to be in such a situation :( Please help me

Not getting signal at all, unable to recieve OTP its very very painful please please please help me out here . please send me upc code, if you need futher details i will let u know

    I have been sending port messages to 1900 multiple times and didn't get any response. When i tried to call ivr it's saying my mobile number and last 5 digits of my sim card number not matching as per records. This is all just non-sense. I have been using that sim for a last 6 years. Please help me to generate upc code and its very urgent.

      More than 10 messages have been sent to 1900 in last 5 days for generating upc but i haven't received a single communication from aircel. Calls made to [protected] - which gives an option to generate upc - answers with "this number is not of this circle", while other numbers such as 121, 198, [protected] answers with "your call cannot be connected due to some technical problems".

      Not sure of the next steps that can be taken at my end. Please assist.

          Aircel is not providing upc. I need to port my number out of aircel as aircel network is not there from 3 days.
          I need my phone number to be same.
          Not getting opportunity to port.
          Please help me to port so that i can switch networks.
          I need to use my number for calling and messaging purpose.
          Since there is no network i am unable to use it.
          Please help me to port out by giving me upc.
          Will share you my number once you respond to the issue.

            I am trying to port my AIRCEL number [protected] as there is no network of aircel at my location.
            But AIRCEL is not providing me the Unique porting code. I have send the SMS requesting UPC many times since 4th of march 2018.
            AIRCEL guys please send me UPC. As I am in DEAD ZONE of your coverage area.

              I cannot port my aircel number to another since there is no signal in my area. When i tried to port from another service provider i was unable to do that as my last 5digits of the sim card is not matching with the records. I've gone to areas where i can get network and also sent the port request message numerous times but din't get any message/upc code in return. Please see to this matter asap.

                I want to UPC code for my Maharashtra Aircel no hence i called their customer care no and asked for procedure .As per their suggestion i try to send my details on care.[protected]@aircel.co.in but every time getting message as "The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending this message later, or contact the recipient directly."
                Hence again i contacted to customer care and got suggestion as try after 2-3 hrs.
                I tried after 2-3 hrs but same message i got as per previous.I tried many times but same thing is happening.
                2 days back i tried with "appellate.[protected]@aircel.co.in" as got suggesstion on another complaint but no any reply.
                I want UPC code as early as possible as this is my important contact.
                I am trying to get UPC from last 15 days but i didn't getting it.I tried with sending lots of mail but getting same reply "mailbox full"

                  I am jayashree biswas. Live at bongaon, in north 24 pgs. I am a aircel customer. My aircel sim is out of network. We are unable to call. Not exactly me our whole bongaon, aircel network is out of service. It's only showing emergency call. My aircel no is [protected], this my very important number. This is connected with my every important place. I am unable to get port my number. How can i get rid from this problem. Pls slove this problem as soon as possible. I and my family members are customers of aircel for a long time. How aircel can do this such type of cheap behaviour? My mail id is [protected]@gmail.com. And another phn no is [protected]

                    I have got my port no and then i have bought Vodafone sim, but after registration i have got msg frm Vodafone care tht aircel has rejected ur portal no, not matched, call is also not going for aircel customer care and only porting cl is going. And there is no showroom available open, everywhere closed, this number is very important for me, so kindly take the actions as soon as possible

                      Hello Team,

                      I am unable to port from Aircel to Idea. I have sent many messages to 1900 but I didn’t get any reply. I have tried to call customer care multiple times but I didn’t get any reply. I have also sent an email to aircel customer care still waiting for there reply. Please help me to resolve the issue and to get the UPC ID.

                        Please provide upc for [protected] aircel number. I have urgent and i want to port my sim card. Please provide me porting cord. Due to this problem i m not able to do my banking work and office work.

                          I sent a text at 1900 writing PORT [protected]. But I did not receive my port number. I even called to this no [protected]. But it did not resolve my problem. Please help me out here. I'm in a big problem. In my area there is no Aircel service. I've no choice but port. Please I request to Aircel customer care to help me out, and send my port number on [protected].

                                  Last few days, i have sent porting request more than 20 times from my aircel number. Still i didnt get the upc number.
                                  Instead of, im getting request format is incorrect.
                                  I'm a professional. So this number is very important for me. I gave this number to all my clients.
                                  Now the network is totally gone. I dont know how i'm able to get upc from aircel.

                                    I have registered an mnp with upc to port from aircel on feb 20, 2018 and got a new bsnl sim on the same day. My number [protected]. After 8-9 days there is no change. When i call your care they asked me place a new request. Again i generated a new upc, applied and have registered an mnp with upc on march 1, 2018 and again got a new bsnl sim on the same day. Still there is no confirmation from aircel on my number. The upc provided is valid till 10th march only. Plz confirm my porting request and atleast provide me the current status of my request so that i will take some further steps. Thanks in advance.
