Hi sir,

I want to change (Port) aircel network. Aircel no. [protected], there is no network of aircel at my workplace. Therefore i'm unable to send that port msg to 1900.
But i need my same no. As it's very important.
Aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. Giving me excuses. And ccr are very rude. Pease send me upc. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.
My alternative no. [protected]

    Dear concerned,

    All aircel customer are facing a lot of issues with the network.. Kindly give us some other alternative option
    My number - [protected]. I have sent a mail to the customer service a week ago stating at least resolve the issue. I guess none has made efforts to resolve the issue. Kindly help the customer and ask them to fix at least the unique portable codes service at the earliest.

    Provide me the upc number

      Hi,
      I have sent the port out sms at least 10 times from my aircel mobile last 3 days and no response. Today i tried to generate the upc from my another network, though u gave my correct mobile digits n sim card last 5 digits it says incorrect. The same scenario for my dad's aircel sim as well. Kindly suggest or resolve at the earliest.

      I am facing the same problem and Aircel's UP(E) Customer Care Number is not working says "Number doesn't exist".
      This is my primary contact number I can't even perform transactions and other tasks as well.
      Please look into this matter as soon as possible.
      So much disgraceful. One who intend to jump but system drastically says ur mob no & sim serial last 5digit didn't match. Then what the hell one can do, all over the connection with Customer Care as well as local offices are shut down. TRAI should look after the issue. Otherwise we call TRAI looks like a BiG doll.

      What we can do .Please take it to TRAI's notice and resolve ..

        Dear sir. Im a aircel prepaid user want to port my no to other network but ai have sent porting request to 1900 more than 5 times. Still im not getting the upc code... This no is very important to me... I want the problem to be resolved soon. Im aircel user of west bengal. After filing the bankruptcy of aircel this same porting problem happens to all customers of aircel. Trai should take care of this matter. If a company is bankrupt now customers of that company are being punished?? Strange about the administration of trai. Not at all looking up in this matter.

          But it always says that "message not sent". And also contact the customer care but there is no response from your side. Then how can i get mnp code from your side?.

            My aircel number is: [protected]. From 10 days there is no network in my mobile. I got to know that company is shutting down. Now i want to port it out to vodafone. How can i do it? There is no network coming in this sim. Please help me.
            I am from odisha circle. Using aircel from 6 years. I want this number back to online as all my bank account and upi address are linked to this.

                  It's a kind request to aircel not play such dirty tricks. I have tried porting number of 29 states but still it says i am not of that circel. My number if of odisha. I am in india only and tried the porting number of 29 states but still it says i am not of that circle. Is there any 30th state added to india? Come on you stupid people it's the matter of my future and you all got no chill? My number is linked with so many things and losing it will just drown me. It's a very kind request to port my number out.

                        I am trying to change from aircel to airtel as there is no network of aircel at my place. Aircel is not providing me the unique porting code. I have send the sms requesting upc many times on 28 feb 2018 but to no avail. Aircel guys please send me upc code as soon as possible. As i am in dead zone of your coverage area.                           I have two aircel numbers and i have sent message for portability. I received the codes but unfortunately i have not utilised within the time.
                          Then i have requested again for the port code. But now i am unable to get it.
                          I have tried multiple times. But i am unable to get the port number. I request you to look in to the issue and help me to port my aircel numbers immediately. When govt has given clear instructions regarding portability. Then this type of service caused inconvenience to the customers.
                          I hope you people will help me to come out of this issue asap.

                          this is ridiculous, unprofessional approach from aircel.
                          If company is going to shut down, they should provide min service to the customers.
                          I have visited so many aircel stores in the city.. most of them were closed.
                          Please respond..

                            Dear sir,

                            My aircel no. [protected]. I am using aircel service since 5 years. But since one month, i am facing too much problem in your network. My business is totally dependent on my number.
                            And there is zero network in navi mumbai, airoli area near my shop. I am totally out of contact from my business due to your no network issue.
                            Hence i have taken a decision to port my aircel number to airtel. For this i have sent many time port [protected]. But i haven’t received upc code from aircel company.

                            I visited aircel gallery which is at nerul (W), but their response is also the same, that they cant do anything for this. And also calling on 198 have no solution.

                            I request you to please send me upc code, so that i can convert my sim to another network. As i am facing too much problem due to no network.
                            I just that you will give me upc number by today without giving any more problem to me.

I can call the customer service but the ivr call said the call should be connected to our customer representative and so some music heard. Till waiting did not connected.                                   I have sent a request message twice for upc code from my mobile number [protected] as i am facing serious network problem at my work place and at the locality of my residence as a result i cannot make online payment and my bank accounts and other services of linked with this number. I request authorities of aircel telecom to issue me upc code so as to facilitate the process of portability...
                                  I even tried calling your customer care number but every time my call will be disconnected stating "we are facing heavy call traffic".

                                  It is really frustrating, please give me upc code so that i can do my work smoothly...

But i didn’t get any reply message with upc code from 1901. I have sent the message so many times and i didn’t get any response back from any concerned authorities.

                                        This is my number [protected], more then 10 time i have send port message at 1900 but aircel not sending me port code. Aicel also has blocked my number so that i could not connect with cuatomer care.

                                        Sir please action against aicel and also register fir.
