Nowhere in the world is collecting money for pick and drop at airport. You are wantedly stopping a vehicle for a certain period again charging money for exceeding 5 minutes. This is the very nonsense thing. I am a regular flyer. Every week i need to go somewhere. Why should i pay every week for just 1minute drop and pick. Please stop it. It is also a symbol of begger where telling it as a smart city. Stop it today onwards if you are actually showing a smart city with smart mentality.

    Yesterday i went to airport to pick one of my guests, i was hardly there for not more than 3 mins. When i gave him the slip at the time of exit, parking fee collecter tore the slip infront of me and said that you have to pay the parking fees as you’re more than 7 min inside the premises.

    This is the way they are printing money by fooling peoples out there.

    Pleas see display in the exit booth wherein clearly it is depicted to call Terminal Manager (Mob.[protected] in case of any such incident. You may do so next time. Presently, as you have not provided any evidence, it is difficult to initiate actions against the car parking contractor. Never the less, we are issuing warning based on your complaint to the car parking contractor.

      I am an account holder of icici bank for about 2 years. When i checked balance from the imobile app, my money in account was less from the previous days balance. I was thinking why i was having such deduction and i checked my mail and phone whether i received any notification. But i didn’t.in the app i saw a charge of 584 rupees in the name of smab chgs-aug17+ 105.12 rupees in the name of igst are deducted from my account.         I had to travel from lucknow to chennai on 13 september, 2017; from indigo flight 6e-541. Time:0605/1005. My pnr : a6m3ui. It was a connecting flight via bangalore. There was no announcement made in the flight whether we have to be seated in the flight or have to do check in again before landing on bangalore airport. No crew member gave any kind of information.in bangalore airport no information was provided from which gate we had to check in and no last call was given. On asking for indigo counter, security staff (Female) did not allowed me to reach the indigo counter from inside and made me to enter the airport again from outside. Flight stay was mere of 30 minutes. I reached the indigo counter by 8:50am but flight take off, without giving any last call. Message of gate no for check in was sent on mobile to me at 11:46 am which was of no use. Indigo staff said to me that they would not provide any flight to chennai and i had to book again which costs me a lot. I had a conference in chennai and i had to reach as early as possible as i was already late, i booked again form indigo which costs me a lot both in terms of money and time. I want both my money and time replenishment.

          There's only one flight operating from jorhat airport. The demand for the tickets is so huge that we are forced to book our tickets from dibrugarh or guwahati. We are always out of tickets. We need more flights from jorhat to kolkata delhi. Even the terminal is so small and congusted that it's very uneasy for us to board our flight. There's not adequate chairs in the waiting room and the terminal is too small and ineffective. We need a new terminal and more no of flights from jorhat. This is not my complaint but the complaints of all the people living out here in jorhat. Please take some steps 🙏🏻. The current terminal is creating incovinience for us to book our flight from jorhat airport.

            To day i went to airport jabalpur by my car no. Mp 20cc 2652 to see of my son who is going to mumbai by spice jet flight. It's departure time is 12.20 hrs. I drop my son and return within 5 minutes. The parking person at air port is telling that now time is 6 minutes and demanded 35 rs. The free parking is only 5 minutes. When i asked him to give me receipt for time then he denied and demanded money. There is no parking place and no person is employed to park the vehicle at airport jabalpur. Only they are collecting the money. He also misbehaved with me. He spent time to take money from other car which is just ahead my car. He take me a person who is working at airport jabalpur. The person told me that i can't help you pay money and make complaint against him.
            As such i am requesting your honour to kindly take necessary action against him and give justice for me.

              Hi bhubaneswar airport management is the worst management i have seen through out india. Parking fees collection making passengers in boarding there the fights. Food and beverages served inside the airport is not hygenice canteen service provided by aron food service services the worst quality food.

              The system can be improvement by listening to the complaints

                To whomsoever it may concern,

                My mother was recently traveling to india from singapore (After visiting me). I had sent a new laptop for my brother as a gift. The box was opened and laptop already signed into. Nonetheless, she was stopped at the kolkata airport and asked to pay import duty on this laptop.

                From my knowledge,
                “ one laptop computer over and above the said free allowances, is allowed duty free, if imported by any passenger of the age 18 years or above.”

                Further my mother was travelling with aunt, and neither of them had any laptops/tablets except this one.

                  I was called by a man namimg ashish singhania from delhi from contact no.[protected] tellling me that he is calling from jet airways and my resume was selected for recruitment at pune airport for ground staff oppurtunity. For security he asked me to deposit rs.2500 for getting a job there. Kindly track down the person as soon as possible as they could harm more people through fraud calls.
                  My neft payment completed 2 time of rs. 1017 to air authority of india vacancy of western region my application unable to submit but balance deducted from my acvount of rs. 2034.

                    Yesterday, i arrived from bengaluru, at biju pattniak domestic airport by indigo flight at 13.30 hrs. My vehicle came and picked us up in no time and reached the exit gate in the alloted time of 6 minutes. Due to a long queue, we were delayed further and ended up paying rs.60/-., for no fault of ours. They delay the vehicles on purpose, to increase the toll collection. Please stop this racket. Even other people were arguing about the delay. Kindly look into the matter and oblige.
                    No luggage Trolly at 12.05 am...

                    People with small children were all aback running here there to search fr trolly...

                    Jetaieways assits.. no where seen.

                    Arrived by jetairways 9w621 seats 31 a b c d..

                    It is always same ever after complaining ...

                    Amader mahan kolkata...

                    I feel shame...

                    Is there any solution...

                      I m a serving person in indian air force i booked a flight with go air from sringar to delhi on 30jul 17. My booking reference is kdmwop. The flight was cancelled by airline i got a mesage that airline will call me for further. But i never got a call. Instead of that i call many time for refund every time they told me that i will get my refund in 7 working days ; but sir its now more than three months i am still waiting my rerund. Sir plz do the needful thank u.

                        This is in accordance to my journey with air india flight ai670, bbi-bom on 16-aug-2017 which is to depart now at 1615 hours. I am travelling with my both physically challenged parents, one with paralysis and other with osteoarthritis, hence had booked two wheelchair s in advance.
                        When i reached the airport and ask for the service, the attendants and supervisors sitting there didnt respond and were busy in their own talks.
                        Request you to take required action on this issue.

                          I have booked indigo airlines flight pune to delhi on 25th of july 2017
                          Flight -6e-863 pnr no mivhme

                          I was assisted by indigo staff (Two girls) to get boarding pass through web check in at counter before indigo baggage scanner.

                          Was having a small duffel bag to register as check in luggage, went to indigo baggage scanning counter, scanned my bag, the person on duty tied blue tie on it and he asked labels to the lady sitting to opposite side of scanner.
                          Mean while he signaled me to go.

                          When i reached delhi airport and did not find my bag, reported incident to indigo counter, the lady at desk explained since there is no mention of check in luggage on boarding pass there is no luggage arrived at delhi.
                          I explained all events happened at pune airport luggage scanning counter, then she interacted on phone to pune airport indigo staff.
                          According to input given by her bag was at pune airport, and can be connected to next flight from pune to delhi
                          However due to time constrains, i requested her to arrange holding of bag at pune airport with indigo concerned staff till my return. Also indicated my readiness to collect bag from them on my own.
                          She coordinated smae and provided a contact number of pune airport indigo staff in her handwriting.

                          After return to pune as informed by her contacted on number, i had to expalin all details to five times to different persons. Each time attendant would ask me incident defeatils and assure to look into it and request to call back in half an hr.
                          Till date nothing happened, no response.
                          Today i received reply from indigo customer care that no baggage as chek in baggage is registered on my name against said pnr.

                          I strongly demand for
                          A) names of staff available at pune & delhi airport on 25th july, am claiming to have interacted.
                          Pune airport cctv footage focussed on luggage scanner counter between 3.30 to 4.30 am
                          Gentleman on duty at scanner desk and gentle woman at scanner desk.
                          This footage will clearly show my baggage being accept[ted by the gentleman, tying tag on it, asking labels to gentle woman ta desk, and signalling me to go.
                          B) cctv footage at delhi airport indigo help desk, this will be surely available because at same time i was interacting with your lady staff, an alarm was initiated from fire alarm system and concerned authorities came there.
                          This will proove my luggage existence, its collecting by luggae scanner staff at pune, and my interaction with delhi indigo staff which indigo customer care team is denying to happened in their email response.
                          In all this have invested my time and efforts, at no mistake of mine.

                          In the mumbai domestic departure cafe area not clean and not maintaining well after the pax used the tables still leftover tissues and dirty, floor dirty, tables damaged, all the cafe outlets are not following the basic sanitation standard.

                            I was charged Rs 700 for a journey from Bhopal airport to Shahpura area. A distance for which cab providers such as Ola charge about Rs 350. Kindly look into the matter.

                              I booked a flight with indigo for 30th June 2017 from Kolkata to Indore via Raipur. Everyone knows that the boarding closes 25 mins before. But I got late a bit and the boarding was about to close. The indigo people told me to run to catch the flight. When I reached security check in, the police officer who checks our passes didn't let me go before others though other passengers gave me the way. He was constantly saying the be in line just like others. I was constantly begging him to let me go but he didn't budge a bit and said call the person who told you so. When I went to indigo help desk, instead of helping, she said that she can't help and told me to try another security check in gate. I went there silently without the officer knowing that I'm breaking the line and stood in front of him and got everything done. I ran for the gate and i was the last person to board.
                              Despite of constant requests the police officer didn't help me. This time it was me, next time it can be anyone. Such unprofessional behaviour is totally unacceptable. When someone is in problem, the most basic requirement is to consider the problem and solve it. But here if the officers didn't have allowed me further, I might have missed my flight. Then who will compensate the loss I would have suffered?
                              Kindly look into the matter. Just reading this and treating it as just another complaint will result only in more complaints.

                                Dear sir/ma'am,

                                I booked my mother ticket for travel to singapore from delhi as i had stroke last month in singapore and was admitted to hospital. When i booked ticket i got confirmation and confirmed pnr from the airline. Now when my mother went to airport to jet airways counter 10 minutes before the flight time now they are saying that we can not give you confirm seat as flight is over booked. If flight is over booked in that case they should not have given the confirmed pnr. I request you to please take strict action against the airline even they are not ready to give proper reasons and they are very rude as well. Do not ready to listen anything. Need your urgent intervention.

                                  On dated 15/06/17 at chennai airport around 11:30pm airport authority toeing vehicle hit my car and driver and co diver not even appolozise used unparlimentry words and escaped immediately. This type of incident we feel very worst that to still happening in international airports. Kindly take necessary action on appropriate drivers

                                    Today my elder brother mr. Soumya banerjee suffered due to non cooperation from the staff of jet airways in chatrapati shivaji international airport, domestic terminal 2. He had a connecting fligjt from mumbai to kolkata on jet airways at 8:15 am, he was travelling from johannesburg via mahe island (Seychelles) and was supposed to land in mumbai at 4:10 am. Unfortunately it got delayed by more than an hour. After landing he had to wait in queue for immigration and customs check for around 4 hours. After such hastle when he reached for his next check in for jet airways the flight was to depart after half an hour. The lady jet crew refused to allow him board the flight and asked him to get help from ethiad. No staff from ethiad helped him and he simply missed the flight, he was clueless about the situation and was compelled to book another flight in air india with huge charges. Firmly speaking, he was in no way responsible for the delay and neither of the airlines who have collaboration helped him resolve the issue. Now my exhausted brother is helplessly waiting without having food and rest till his next air india flight scheduled at 8:50 pm ist. Total waiting o[censored]seless 14 hours which he lost can never recover in his life. Flight number: hm5582 (Mumbai - kolkata), jet airways monitored by air seychelles.

                                    In the light of above negative happenings, i would request you to kindly resolve the issue and tell me the possible way of money refund from jet airways to recover his hard earned money.

                                      You should manage efficiently only, your works like exit by cars. There is jam, heavy jam, a defect on your part, for the cars to exit your car ticket gate in time,, and your people there are unnecessarily asking for money.

                                      There is heavy jam, your people still demanding for money despite due to the delay caused due to jam, which should not occur..

                                      Such probs and behaviour by guys not solicited.
                                      Today itself, correct your car ticket entry and exit,,.. Ok.
                                      Make it more efficient..
                                      We can not wait for so long, and tolerate the indescent and shameless behaviour of your staff, of the car ticket checking.

                                        On 2nd March 2017, during my travel from Bhubaneswar to Bangalore by 6E 3869, I had purchased "Chicken Biriyani" from Ayush Service Snax Bar located on the first floor. While eating the food, I found a dead cockroach in the Biriyani served. I had immediately written a complaint addressed to the Airport Manger and handed over to the in-charge/Manager of the snacks bar, as the boarding was announced. He assured to get the same registered and acknowledgement/ copy of the action taken will be mailed to me. I could not follow up as I was travelling abroad and busy with my official chores.
