    On 27th jan 2015 i gave my original certificates to jetairways but still now i didnt get my certificates and job for me.manytimes i called the hr in jetairways but i cant contact them.i dont know how to get myoriginal certificates back.without my certificatesi cant go to other job i suffering lot .so please help me to get my certificates.thank you

      I had given a written complain to airport authority at delhi dosmetic airport and they had said that they will look into the matter and give me the mail or call me up within the next 2 working day, and the complain was made on 01.08/15 at 1248 hrs and today is 05/08/15 and till this date no mail or phone call from their side.         Dear Sir/Madam,


        I, Dr. Mafruza Sultana had a scheduled flight (FLIGHT NO: SG 514,
        PNR: A99BKD) for Bengaluru from Kolkata today i.e. on 31/7/15 at 6:55
        A.M in Spice Jet. I was coming from Krishnagar, Nadia which is around
        100 Km away from Kolkata. I was supposed to come yesterday night from
        Krishnagar but because of very bad weather conditions and car problem,
        I was unable to come so I left from Krisnagar at 2 A.M in the morning
        for Kolkata. I reached Kolkata NSCBI Airport at 6.05 A.M. When I was
        about to enter through Gate No:2A, I was stopped by the Security
        Officials as they asked for a print out of the ticket which I had in
        my mobile .They advised me to get a print out of the ticket from the
        counter of Gate No:3C, for which I was charged Rs.100/-. After getting
        my printed ticket, I entered the Airport and completed luggage
        security check and then I went to the Spice jet Counter to collect my
        boarding pass, but the officials at the Spice Jet Counter denied to
        give me the Boarding Pass saying that as I was late because it was
        6.20 AM and the counter is closed so they won’t be able to give me the
        Boarding Pass even after explaining my situation and my earnest
        request for several times. They suggested me to take the evening
        flight for which I needed to pay Rs.12, 000/-more or for cancellation.
        It was not possible for me to pay that amount at that moment and after
        that I requested them to allow me to meet any higher authority Of
        Spice Jet or any senior Airport authority to explain the matter. They
        didn’t cooperate with me in this matter also and did not answer any
        other questions properly so I was compelled to go out of the Airport
        and return back home as I had no option left. I did not arrive late in
        the Airport intentionally because the situations and circumstances
        were not in my hand and a bit more cooperation is expected during
        emergency times like this.
        I have been a frequent passenger in flight and have travelled in
        several Airlines but this was the first time I had booked a ticket in
        Spice Jet and I had a horrible and very bad experience. This kind of
        conduct and service which I received from Spice Jet Officials was
        unexpected. This sort of behavior is seriously unexpected from an
        Airline like Spice Jet and as per as my knowledge Airlines is a part
        of the hospitality industry and the most important and essential thing
        in this industry is the service and cooperation provided to the
        customers. Since I am associated with a Hotel Management Institute for
        more than a decade now, I am disheartened to receive such a treatment
        from an Airline like Spice jet. After returning home I had a word
        with your customer care representative Mr. Jatin and explained the
        whole thing and requested him for refund but he advised me to send a
        mail to you because they do not have the authority to refund the
        ticket fare except the tax amount approx 600/- where my total payment
        amount is 8316/-. As per an Indian citizen I expect that you will
        look into the matter seriously and refund my ticket fare.

          Parking charges

          I would like to bring to your notice about the parking charges for departure passengers.There should be separate entrant range n exit for departure n arrival passengers.This is illegal n very annoying too.Why should I pay Rs55 when I drop someone.You should have the pick up points where people can park the vehicle without charges like in Delhi or at metros.No where in the world they charge for the departure passengers.Can anybody do something...

          I travelled from Chennai to Kolkata on April 02, 2015 by IndiGo 6E512. My check-in bagage was tagged. When I took delivery of my bagage at the Kolkata Airport belt No.4 I found that the tag was removed and 50 pieces of Rs.10 denomination notes (all that was left with me after using 50 pieces) was removed. A pocket comb and a strip of digine tablets were also removed from the zip pocket of my leather trolley bag. Well, my main concern is not about getting back Rs.500/- and the comb and tablets but the quality of people handling the cargo. Please ensure that people of high integrity are recruited for such jobs.

            Greeting, I am writing this mail on behalf of my wife.. As she was going to Kigali on 8th feb by kenyan airways, As she took the domestic jet airways from lucknow to Mumbai but she did not receive the baggage on Mumbai domestic airport, she called to jet airways help desk many times every times, it’s seem that executives in helpdesk they are trained only for same repeated answer that “ we are trying our best … we will get your baggage very soon in Kigali Rwanda airport .. contacting Bombay airport etc etc “.. but there is no any satisfactory answer from your side ... Please understand my frustration Waiting for your positive reply .. thanks

              My complaint is regarding Parking Space opposite Juhu Beach which comes under Airport Authority of India and is given to some private contractor Mishra. The parking has a maximum capacity of 350 vehicles ( as informed by them ) but there are much more parking done at the same time cramping the spaces between cars and leaving almost no space to come out of the parking. On 1st Jan 2014 I went there and parked my car. While returning when i came back there was no space at all to remove my car out of parking as all was soo full and parked very closely in front both the sides of the car. Initially there was no one to guide the car out too.. then in some time some one appeared and asked me to drive and giving directions but at a point of turning there was no way car would come out without touching the other car in the side as there was no space at all .. i asked them to do something and they were like it wont touch just keep slowly turning the car and the expected happened and car got a scratch ...:( and still they were like its nothing it happens and all !! When i was angry and confronted them they agreed that they have over parked the vehicle's and hence no space for car s to come out !! Now there is no way this dent and scratch can be removed until the original paint is removed and dented and painted to the door I Want Strict Actions to be taken against the contractor Some Mishra and expense be borne by you all for the denting and painting of the car and a penalty for giving me mental stress and harassment ! Attached is the receipt of parking and the dent and scratch on my car ! Awaiting the reply for the same.

              This contractor who has been issued contract of AAOI is cheating people since long.

              He is supposed to charge Rs.3/- for a bike for 1 Hour of parking. And Rs.15/- for 12 Hours of bike parking.
              But he charges everyone Rs.15/- irrespective of parking time.

              The rate mentioned in your Ticket is Rs.60/- which is for 12 Hours.
              The parking rate for a CAR for an hour is around Rs.20-25/- (I do not remember exact figure, Please refer a board which is installed near parking entry)

              Sometimes attendants give used Ticket to new people by striking off Reg. no.

                Dear sir One of my relative had been dead on 30/06/14 at C M C Vellore, Hospital and after that we taken flight from Chennai to Kolkata on 01/07/14 with dead body.I had taken this ticket from travel agent namely SPEED BIRDS PVT. LTD. No 102, ARCOT ROAD, R.J. MANSION, VELLORE-632004 And paid him Rs. 52, 000(Fifty two thousand ) for that. He had given tickets but not provided the bill that i had paid.I demanding him from last few months but he is not providing the bill. Actually the dead person BIRENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA was working in Govt. service and we have to produce this bill to said authority. The details of the tickets are below:- Flight Number - SG325 Flight Dare - 01/07/14 Seat Number - 8D, 8E Passengers Name - Santan kumar, Ruby Kumary, Dugu and the dead body of Birendra kumar Srivastava. I am trying from last three days through e-mail and phone but not any response giving by the authority. So please help us in this drastic situation. For this i will be always thanksful to you.                   I called one auto from my residential area...which costs only Rs.60.00...and a taxi from airport wud charge Rs.250.00. The auto entered thru parking gate with a slip and I got into the auto from arrival lobby...we crossed exit gate within 5 minutes and then stopped by gate keeper and forced to pay Rs.30.00 as parking charge...even though there was no parking charge applicable as per time of stay enroute... I am sure many other travellers are also facing same problem...and unable to raise the voice...because probably it's a small amount for them as compared to time needed to spend for the purpose for public alerts. I conveyed to problem to AAI, BBSR...unfortunately no result and I think we have to accept the fact either AAI authorities are not concerned and too much concerned for the incident...

                    The baggage handling is pathetic! They are thrown around with no care. I got a suitcase from Singapore to gift it to my sister's in- laws. It was in a fine condition and was packed in polythene when I checked it in but when I received the suitcase, it was full of scratches and wet. The brand tag on the top was also broken! Is this how they perform their job? If people don't know how to handle it, why can these functions be mechanized? What is the use of paying airport development fee?

                      Respected sir,i am travelling with small kids in bombay international air port,in imigraton department harazing the child very badly child got scared of people,imigration officer asked to send the child alone after checking the passport and he is not allowing to stay the child with me,iam a lady who travell alone with three kids awell culterd nation but worst behaviour showing..comparing to other places

                        today morning i went to Chennai airport to drop my brother. At the entrance i was given a parking token with time mentioned as 7.25 am. after dropping him i had to travel a long distance to reach the airport exit. this concept of 5 min no charge is only to fool ppl. as after getting the parking token it will surely take more than 5 min to drop and then exit frm the airport. if there is crowd in the exit then we are left with no option to pay the fee calculated based on every second. in my case the staff there asked me to pay rs.167 initially. my exit time was 7.33am. then when i asked them for the bill he informed me to pay rs.67. i gave a rs.100 note and got change of rs.30. but the bill was raised for rs.67 only. when asked for the change of rs.3 the staff informed they don't have change.

                        i think the service provider and the AAI both are jointly making such looting from the ppl who come to the airport. if for 1 car they take rs.3 extra by means of change then pls calculate the no of cars per day in to the airport and the amount that they would have earned by just saying there is no change.

                        also we don't know how much will be charged and we cannot always keep exact change to pay the parking fee. its only the service provider responsibility to ensure that proper change is given to the user of airport. my parking bill no is 1954 and my vehicle no is tn69av4964.

                        also i doubt whether the service tax charged in the ticket is being remitted to the government department as they have mentioned as registration of service tax no aabcg9697cst002. my email id :- [protected]@gmail.com

                          Dear Sir/Madam,

                          I went to Kolkata Airport (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport) to get Yellow Fever Vaccination on March 7, 2013. I bought the entry ticket for Rs. 60 and went on the 1st floor. On the 1st floor the Medical Services Staff (Mr. Modal & his team) misbehaved & harassed me. They made me run from pillar to post and then I was asked to wait outside making my ticket invalid.

                          Then we were asked to buy entry tickets once again. Though we were entitled to free entry but was made to buy the tickets because the Airport Manager was not present at his place of duty. I was made to buy the Rs. 60-ticket once again. Then the lady who earlier mishaved (in Dr. Mondal & his team) told me that your syringe is broken. Here, I would like to know how did she knew that it was my syringe which was broken when she had put all the 10 passengers' (waiting to get vaccinated) syringes together. One Mr. Tarun suggested that he would give me one of the passengers' syringe & I should pay him some extra money. The staff collects two syringes from one passenger and uses one to vaccinate them. The unused syringes collected from all the 10 passengers were never returned to them.

                          Then when I asked for the lady's name to lodge a complaint against her, the entire team hid her name & other staff members put there ID cards in there shirt-pocket. Finally, the lady's name was neither displayed nor revealed inspite of my asking them several times.

                          I would like to highlight the fact that the kind of behavior meted out to me was way beyond humanity. Dr. Mondal & his team harassed me to the core. I did not go there asking for favors, rather I have paid Rs. 300 for the services + the Rs120 for two tickets (which was never required in the first place).

                          Kindly look into the matter & let justice prevail so that in future these people do not repeat their mistakes !!

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I went to Kolkata Airport (Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Airport) to get Yellow Fever Vaccine. There the Medical Services Staff who carries out the process of Yellow Fever Vaccination behaved rudely, misguided me & made me buy two tickets for one entry. Mr. R Mondal & Team is very in efficient & follows no rules. Please find attached the two tickets I was made to buy where I should not have bought one also, because the Medical Staff should have accompanied me. However, there was this lady who was very rude, misguided people & made them pay for two tickets to get entry.

                            I was not there asking for a favor, I paid for the services. Moreover, being a government employee she should realize that its her duty to follow rules & decorum. She was even carrying out her household chores (like solving some School-issues over the phone) rather than attending the passengers.

                            Kingfisher Airlines — MISBEHAVIOR OF STAFF

                            i booked ticket from delhi to chennai for 4 pessengers in the month of march .My travelling date was 27th april 2011 and my pnr number was CREWFZ . i booked ticket on ur toll free number and collected from airport and my payment mode was cash.. i cancelled the ticket on 26th april on phone ..ur tele executive told me that i can collect cash back either from airport or connaught place ofiice ...today on 31st may i visit ur connaught place office ( delhi) to get my cash back.. they saw the tickets and told me that all 4 passenger should come with their identity proof to get the cash back.. i told them that ticket was booked by me, i m giving u my id proof but they refused me to pay me..i tell them my friends ( rest 3 pasenger ) lives far away from here and they r not able to come for such a small amount but they bluntly refused me to pay the money .I told them to give me in written that all passenger should come with there id to get the refund , but they refused to give in written , at last i have to call my friends to collect the money and i waited there for 2 hours . it was realy a very bad experience , .beahviour of staff miss manju thapa(supervisor ), pawan sachdeva( acount executive),and harleenj are very bad.. they are very rude towards customers..kindly take action against them and do the needfull

                            Kingfisher Airlines — misbehaviour by employees

                            Dear Sir,
                            It's regarding misbehavior of one of your employees at the Mumbai Airport. On 3rd June, 2011, my parents landed from London at 1030 hrs. They were shifted to domestic airport by staff, as they had flight to Delhi at 1420hrs.They are senior citizens and were going first time. When they asked about their flight, they were told that Kingfisher staff will assist them t o board their flight. Their luggage was already sent, but, nobody helped them thereafter. At 1400hrs they were worried and asked again. Then, they were sent to the terminal from where flight was supposed to take off. On that counter, one of your employees Ms Babita was present. When asked, she talked very rudely and told them to wait and not disturb her. Further, she didn't send them to board the flight immediately. So, they missed their flight. It was a great blow for my parents as they were waiting since morning. They were extremely tired and in great stress. When enquired about next flight, Ms.Babita scolded my mom by saying not to waste her time as it's not her responsibility. As my dad has knee problem, he could not run here and there. With great difficulty, somehow they managed to get tickets for 1830 flight no.IT335 by paying Rs17, 000 for two. Along with Babita, one of your managers was also there. He also didn't respond. There was a time when Kingfisher Airlines was known for its courtesy, mannerism and well behavior with its customers. I'm sorry to say, but we are highly disappointed by the way your employees behave. It was a humiliation for my old age parents. Being a respected citizen, my parents are still in stage of shock as how those people misbehave with them. Instead of helping them, they kept them waiting. They wasted so much of time otherwise they could have boarded the Flight no.317. I also checked on the net but none of your flight is of Rs.8,000. Then, why did they charge so much, I can’t understand. It’s a shame on your part for having betrayed our trust. You have lost the tag of being a responsible airline. We thought you would be responsible at least towards senior citizens, but the result is in front of our eyes. Hoping action is taken,

                              I have travelled for Indore to Mumbai on 27 Jan 2013. My wife and one and half year kid were there to drop me. We just spent 10 Min together at pickup and drop lane and did not park our vehicle. However my wife informed me that they had been charged Rs 40/- towards parking charges. I think 10min is the minimum time required to unload your luggage form the the vehicle and last minutes talks with your love ones.

                              In indore airport the parking charges are forcefully being taken by collecting up huge lines on the exit gate and misusing the 7 min free parking.
                              If a person just goes into airport by mistake he would have to pay parking charges as they pile up lines at the exit which almost takes 10-20 min hence everyone is being forced to pay parking feee.

                                As a B.TECH graduate in Electronics n Telecommunication around six months ago I have filled the form of "AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA" for the post of AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER for which I have to pay Rs 414.14 but instead of that i paid Rs (3*414.14=1242.42). It was written in their notification that the deducted amount for which the form has not been filled would be refund soon within three months but it past nearly six months n i got nothing. I mailed them also n once the response came to give my details n as per their demand i provided the necessary details with the account from which the extra amount has been deducted but after that they didn't respond nor they refunded the amount.I mailed them again to know when wl i get the amount but they again didn't respond. Now the exams has also been finished on 1st July 2012 n but yet now i didn't get the extra deducted amount (Rs 828.28) .So kindly help me regarding this matter what should i do now??

                                AAI — money by cheque put in wrong account

                                submitted vijaya bank cheque no 034059 dtd 12. 6.2008 amt rs 500 amount was debited fm a/c on 30/06/08, on verification personally fm ur office on 14/08/08 it was confirmed that payement is recived but reflected in some wrong a/c, the person dealing the matter there promised thgat he will correct the mistake but inspite of subsequent visit to idgadh road building and numerious call to the coustmer care has not resulted in fruitful solutions
                                plz look into the matter

                                On 18 th November 2018 AAI called me and told that I can apply for the job of air ticketer in guwahati airport and the process done my sending my documents and I have also given a test online where I was selected and before that they asked me to register and give a amount of 2500 rupees to there ac number given...and I have done as they said and after that again they told me to give 8000 rupess for training period of 25 days but then I m not able to pay that amount so I have told them and they told me that which I have paid for registration will be refunded...but now they are not refunding the money and also they have blocked my number and in whtsap number also they blocked me and if they receive my phone they say that they are busy

                                So sir I request you to solve my matter and also request to contact them and refund the money which I have paid them..

                                  While trying to apply for the post of JUNIOR EXECUTIVE(AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLER) in AIRPORT AUTHORITY OF INDIA on[protected], i have entered all the payment details. The amount of Rs.414/- was deducted from my account and i didn't get the payment ID. I tried again and in second time i got payment ID and i submitted the application. The amount was deducted twice. I sent several mails to [protected]@aai.aero regarding repayment of money which was deducted from my account for the first time but there is no response from them.

                                    Sub:- Non Payment of Hire Charges of Luxury Cars at Kolkata.

                                    Ref:- Transportation Agreement for NSCBI Airport , Kolkata With
                                    M/S Kingfisher Airlines Ltd.

                                    We are the official transporter operator for Kingfisher Airlines Ltd,NSCBI Airport,Kolkata to carry the Captain Crew and Commercial staffs in and around city Kolkata since 21.09.2010.

                                    Our formal transportation agreement commenced on 01.01.2011 for a period of 36 months i.e upto 31.12.2013 for 14 & 9 = 23 numbers of premium model luxury vehicles against a value contract for 5000 km & 3000 km respectively.

                                    Since beginning of the contract, payment was not made us regularly ,resulting a accumulation of Rs 41,35,008.00 (Forty one lakhs thirty five thousand eight ) only up to June 2011.

                                    Kingfisher Airlines Ltd , local officials had frequently asked us to bribing them for release of the payment including some high officials , which I have informed to the higher authority of the Airlines along with the principal owner M/S UB Group. No initiative were seen from their end .

                                    At present all our cars are kept as standby mode in the Car parking complex of NSCBI Airport , Kolkata .Now they were neither making us payment nor plying our cars as per the terms of transportation contract. High level corruption is going in the Kingfisher Airlines Going on

                                    We have requested their KFA authority to close the dealings by paying the 60 days notice period, if the service of our concern not required by the Airlines. Now they are reluctant to even reply our mail and made no communication in this regard.At present one black listed vendor is introduced against personal benefit of some officials.Currently the service are provided by some broken old car against our new cars which are kept at parking place as standby mode .

                                    It is very surprising that inspite of several mails from the user deptt , no action is initiated against the tainted transport vendor.

                                    Now Sir, we are in this trade after obtaining bank loan and EMI have to be paid monthly basis, non payment of hire charges throwing us in the dark and to face many more legal complications.

                                    It is my earnest request to help me to recover my payment and allow us to survive with the business under your kind interference.

                                      today morning i was taking a flight to chennai from delhi airport at 6 am ; in the first instance i was waiting for a wheelchair to shift my 83 year old mother ; seeing all the facts , the security person at the entrance was forcing me to move away as the wheel chair was still not brought by the indigo airline people ;in the hurried act , my cell phone worth Rs 18000 , which i keat inside the car was stolen ; i am of the firm opinion that the security officer has stolen the cell phone , switched it off and kept on chasing me away to escape from the theft

                                      in the same flight , i booked my suitcase which was locked and it contained a bottle of whisky and later when i received it at chennai , i found that an attempt was made to open the suitcase as the lock was pulled apart along with the hooks attached to the zip ;they are doing this only after screening the contents in the xray scan machine
                                      this could happen at chennai airport also , but i doubt that there will not be any screening of arrrived luggage

                                      it is my firm opinion that your air port , from the entrance to the luggage handling site
                                      is being handled by real rogues , with due apologies to honest and kind persons .
                                      pleas ask the senior supervisors to keep an eye on these people and have good charactered people to handle these matters .

                                      in chennai , every laggage is tied up with a plastic tag to protect stealing
                                      why it is not done at delhi
                                      is your officers are also a part of this attempt to loot ?

                                      Same thing happended with my parents even some stuff inluding some clothes were also stolen by breaking the lock dont know where and to whome i should complaint it is the story on Delhi international airport.

                                      Just last week same thing happened with my mother who was travelling by herself . She was travelling from New York to Kolkata. At Delhi she had to change her flight. At the security, my mother's gold chain which is worth now a days at least 1 lakh Rupees. All the security officers involved with this loot.At the security they harass people for this. All the officers are so poor, why they don't get paid that they have to steel people to support their family? It's shame that in our country no one is safe. All the educated beggars out there.
