I was travelling from Udaipur to Kolkata on 20.1.2018 via jaipur. While security check in I was allowed to carry water in udaipur airport for taking flight for jaipur . In jaipur airport i need to do security check in for catching connecting kolkata flight in jaipur airport. At that time I was denied to carry water bottle with me in jaipur airport.

Why such discrimination. What is the exact rule? Whereas, I have seen many people are allowed to carry water whereas many are not? Why so?

1st oct 2018!...[protected]... From this number i got a call (Said they are calling from hyderabad airport) asking me to pay "2000rs" for airport job registration (For confirmation) (Before i have sent them my documents and cv to their whatsapp number). And asked me to send the payment recipet, my address and pic to their whatsapp number. And they said in few days they'll send me the airport entry id card, which can be used for 15 days airport training, to my address. Once i complete the training they said, there will be interview and written test. They offered me the post of "floor manager" with a salary of "40k" per month.

Plz take action against these kind of fraudulent jobs!

After that they have mail by saying you are eligible for this post (Crew schedule coordinate). They have ask me for documents verification. And then they asking for money for rs2890. And ihave sumited my id card and marksheet. But this is totally fraud call.

Sir i received a call from fake aai team.they got my information from naukhri.com.they said they will conduct exam and then take.i paid 2000 rs.they sent me a link .i wrote that exam.i was qualified.they conducted interview and then they said that i was selected..they sent me confirmation letter.afterwards they asked me to pay 7500 rs .i paid as they were giving all payment invoice with AAI symbol and HR signatures...again they asked to pay 5500 for Id card.i didnot pay..they said i[censored] will pay only ur offer letter get confirmed...sir they are big cheaters...Name: Kapil Kumar(HOD)

The firm who has been given the contract for parking at bhubaneswar airport is charging every vehicle a parking fee beyond 6 min. For entering the terminal 2 of the airpport. The check gates for the parking tickets are placed 200 mts. Before the terminal intentionally so that everybody takes more than 6 min. Time to come out of the airport during pickup or drop off. I am sure this is done in connivance with the airport authority of india at bhubaneswar. I find this to be nothing more than blackmailing the customers to cough up parking charges inspite of not utilizing the parking facility.

My self a. Suresh i completed b. Tech in electronics and communication with percentage of 59.63% and completed my m. Tech with 67%. Aai recently announced recruitment advertisement no 02/2018.in that notification, education qualification mention as b. Tech with minimum percentage of 60%. I belong to st category and other psu companies giving eligibity criteria as 50% marks required for appering written examination for st candiates but aai recruitment is injustice for st candiates. Kindly modify recruitment advertisement and give chance for appearing written examination for st candiates.

Without completing 7 mins or due to traffic jam over there why a normal person ll pay that amount if he/she is right and the [censored] staff they even dont have any manners they were just behaving like gundas they were so rude and the system running over there of parking just fooling public with wrong timings.. nd taking 55 rs some action should be taken against the agency its very disturbing thing running over there i have seen prior complain but no action is taken this is not fair

Respected Sir, Yesterday I went to Guwahati airport to leave my son's around 12-40pm. I just dropped them and left for home. But in the gate, the parking guy charged me Rs60 for parking. I asked for the minimum time. He replied though it is written on the ticket as it is 5 minutes, it will be charged if anybody enters the airport. Please look into the matter. If minimum time is not there, you should not print it on the ticket. Or the parking guy is charging ? Thank you. [protected]@rediffmail.

Im Mohammed Tanzeem ahmed, residing at bangalore. I got a call on 26/june/2018 and one women contaced me( and said that i have been selected directly from hr department and for registration i have to pay 1800 rupees, i paid 1800rupees through Tez app (he shared me his bank A/C details Oreintal bank of commerce A/C holder name: SANDEEP, A/C No=[protected] and IFSC Code : RBC0101164 ) and then next day (27/june/2018) i had telephone interview with another women [protected] she took my telephonic interview and later another man called me who was hr manager himself ( [protected]) he said i have been selected for hr round before that i have to pay 4200 rupees for document verification process.. then i realised its a fake offer who are ruining the life of innocent people. I asked him to repay my money he said i will get back the money after 45 days... which is impossible ..i warned him and said i will file a complain in the police station.. and he was blaming me and saud that as i had mailed my documents during registeration taking that dicuments he was warning me instead.. then i simply kept quite because they are hackers they need 5 seconds to hack someone's account and number ...
My only purpose for this complain is to take legal action against them because tomorrow they will call other people...
Please sir take actions with this Frauds.. i have proofs also...

I was supposed to travel via alitalia airlines
From Paris to Rome to delhi
I was handed over the boarding pass
So was my husband handed over my boarding pass and our 2 luggage’s were checked in
Unfortunately my kids ticket references were not updated on their system on Paris CDG Airport
They refused to give the boarding pass
Despite being 2.5 hours in advance for the flight, we’re sup to pay 150€ for ticket updation
Despite that they acted on all this so slow
That wasted nearly 2 hours
By the last minute, we had no option but to leave the flight as we couldn’t leave by kids behind at the airport, without a ticket to travel
Now that luggage that was checked in, is not traceable, has a mixed lot of clothes and shoes, necessities we carried to our trip to Europe.
Have lodged a complaint at the IGI T3 where we landed subsequently via Air Astana through CDG-TSE-DEL Connection.
After spending a heavy amount again on tickets.
Issue is 1) trace our 2 luggages
2) who will be responsible for the last minute mess Alitalia created for us
They killed 2 hours making us run pillar to post for our kids tickets, the staff was totally unresponsive in handing us, made us wait even knowing that we would miss our flight. We were stranded at the Paris airport for 7 hours, had to spend a heavy amount rebooking our tickets
Please request to help us get our luggage back that was checked in into

Date — 25/05/2018 paid rs 2100 ammount to (Airport authority of india),

That this is your registration fee but next day call give me seven thousand ammount to about traning perid but i cancel the job and i said that my ammount is refnd, but today is call that your ammount refnd than first you pay 1400 rupes pay than your ammount rend, this is fraud pls help me and refnd my ammount in my a/c

I entered my vehicle from main gate in amritsar airport for parking and parking slip given to me by parking staff in entrance but i lost my parking slip as i came out from the gate for exit he ask from me for slip i told them i am forget some where he does not recognise me and asking for 170 as double charge, i told them you check cctv footages for entrance you will got the entery timing then you charge me according to that time but he wrangle with me and told we have not installed cctv cam at entrance you just pay us 170. So it's my request to aui to ensure thing about amritsar airport as they are making money with fraudulently because they have install cam at all location except main gate to lot the people

The bbi airport charges rs.50 as visitor entry fee. But, the visitor lounge and the ticket counters are now obstructed by a food vendor called "street foods".

There is no point in charging for visitor pass, moreover they should not allow as such.

It is totally making us look like fools for paying for services we do not receive.

The airport is taking money from the relatives of the passengers for services and at the same time giving up spaces dedicated to those services to commercial companies to make more money.

This is not acceptable and thieving from the part of the airport.

I am denied free web check in as the airline indirectly don't allow you to web check in without selecting seats and all the seats are available only for a pay. This happened to me when i tried to fly today via spicejet mangalore to hyderabad. This eventually makes the webchink in option either paid or you need to reach the airport early and collect your boarding pass. This is unfair as the last aisle seat is also charged. Hope the authorities look into this matter and take necessary action. I was aware that only the first 7 rows can be preferred for a charge.

Paid rs 60 for a plate of samosas to baker street, lite bite foods pvt. Ltd. As per the menu, infront o[censored]s one samosa was bought from neighbouring stall of naashto where a plate is for rs 80 with 2 pc's of samosas, we were offered one samosa bought from there by baker street which we returned in protest as menu doesn't specify quantity of samosas in a plate refund our apologies were not offered even.

A bottle of water was also bought payment of rs 40 was done but bill was not issued.

It's a case of cheating by purchasing 02 samosas for rs 80 and selling as one for rs 60 to a consumer and that too openly.

How these companies are given contracts by airports authorities to run such businesses where the intentions are of making money by all means without any ethics.

Kindly take the necessary action and advise the outcome so that our fellow travellers don't face such kind of problems in future.

After 3 days, someone call me named gourav mehra. His phone no is [protected]. He told me that he is the hr of airport authority of india. And tell me that i am shortlisted to a requirement of indigo airlines. And i have to generate my id and for that i have to pay 2050/- and then he sent me an account no -
Sbi a/c name - kapil kumar, a/c no.- [protected], ifsc code - sbin0019100. And that's why i have daught into my mind. And i search by that account. And then i saw that he is a fraud. And then i go to airport authority of india' s site and then i called there by helping of that site names www.aai.auro. the phone no is [protected]. But they can't help me to keep that fraud. I tell you please help me to keep that fraud..

I am travelling from hyd to vskp on spicejet. We were boarded on the plane and for more than 40mins we did sat in the suffocating aeroplane as the air condition system has failed. We were not intimated or at least made an arrangement for us to wait some where else. Kids were crying. The seats are better in a non-ac bus than these here.
Please take an action if there is still justice is prevailing in our country.

Yesterday i went to babatpur. Parking men are big nuesense there. Everyday there is lot of fights. So many newspaper coverge is there.
Time slip that we get is 5 minutes before & at exit point they fight for money.
Earlier 15 minutes were alloted which was cut down to 10 minutes & we actually get less than 5 minutes. On top of it they manage to delay in taking
Money so it crosses the time.
Make it man less it should be machine operated.

I want to lodge a complaint against the lady security check in guard who was in-charge of checking the ladies physically on april 28, 2018 at around 6 pm at ranchi airport.

I was travelling along with my son (Who is just 5 years old) by indigo flight 6e 997 on april 28, 2018 (From ranchi to bangalore scheduled at 7.20 pm). When i went near the security check-in counter along with my 5 year old son, the lady security check in guard shouted at me that i need to send my son to the male check in counter. When i told her that he is just 5 years old and cannot stand alone in the male check-in counter without any escort, she yelled at me that he is not that small and it's close by only and she will not check in (As if he is an adult and not 5 years old). My son started crying very badly ad she again shouted at him saying that he is a male and she will not check him.

Luckily my father in law was also travelling by the same flight and hence i sent my son along with him for the security check in. When i asked the lady security guard that what if i was travelling alone, she very rudely replied that she doesn't care and she would not have checked him in the female que. I told her that i am frequent traveller and have been at different airports but have never seen such a rule for a small child but she kept on shouting at me.

I just want to ask a question - doesn't a 5 year old need an escort?. What if i would have sent him in the male que without any guardian (As the lady secuity check in guard present there refused to check him) and someone would have physically assaulted him in the que or have done something to him or my son himself would have run away somewhere? Who would have been responsible for that?

I urge you to train your security check in guards to understand the difference between a small child (Just 5 years old - to be very specific) and an adult.

I am not sure if any instructions would be given to that guard or not but am eagerly waiting for your reply - this is not just my question but i am worried about all mothers who travel alone with their small kids.
