Dear sir, i am using airtel dth services my dth id - [protected], i have recharged it on 5th may 2020 with 300 rs and selected channels but since 15th may 2020 i got an error code 4 on my tv screen and i am unable to view channels which i have selected, i have contacted the customer care service 30 to 35 times but they have not resolved my problem and always told me please wait, my complaint no are[protected], 24044346, 24050759, 24028605, and 24052075 etc, sir please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible, i will be grateful to you.
