My airtel landline number is [protected]. For last 6 months i keep getting internet down problem. They cannot escape saying corona lock down. I am facing problem with them for long time. Every month i have to raise a complaint and some technician will come and resolve and it will work for 2 to 3 weeks and again same problem. Now internet is not working for more than 3 weeks and still it is not resolved and they simply closed my ticket as resolved without even addressing the issue. I have called the customer care and requested to cancel my connection but they are not at all doing that. They don’t have option from the app to submit discontinue request and nobody pick phone to talk.
Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    Hi,

    I was having a fixed line with broadband connection (Fixedline number-[protected] & broadband id-[protected]_kk) for which i had raised a termination request on 18th march with request id[protected]. I had 3 followups with the customer care for closure of the connection & i was told that connection is terminated & as per airtel executive there will be no bill generated after 18th march. On 12th april 2020 i received a bill of 790.75 which was too much as per prorate basis. Even though i was not satisfied with the bill amount i still paid it without any second thought to settle the account.

    Eventhough connection was terminated on 18th march, a bill of 943/- is generated on 12th may 2020 & a reminder set for the payment

    I am trying to reach airtel team in all way but all my complaints are closed without attending & without talking to me. From all the forum getting same auto reply as below

    "thank you for writing at airtel.

    As a preventive measure to avoid the spread of corona virus, our customer care advisors are temporarily not available. This is as per government's directive.

    In the meantime, please visit airtel thanks app airtel or our website to manage your airtel connection.

    But their app also doesn't help. Whatever complaints/concerns are raised, all are closed without attending or talking to me. Request for your support to resolve this billing issue.

    [protected]request was raised for billing issue at airtel nodal-ticket was closed without attending /talking to me.
    [protected] request was raised for billing issue thorugh airtel app-ticket was closed without attending /talking to me.

    I have approached all of airtel authority level to address my concern but none is showing interest to resolve rather focussing on billing reminder.

          Did payment online for a recharge but. the money got deducted but the recharge wasn't completed. they are not replying to any of my emails or calls. its been more than 24 hours. i dont know what to do right now.

              I have switched my sim from 3g to 4g but atrer 30 hours it is still not activated. I am not able to make calls or send SMS. Every 30 minutes i am seeing the message that "We are unable to process your request. Please retry later."
              Custimer care number is nit working IVR is not taking me to call center executive at all it just says press 123589

                Hi,

                I had made electricity bill payment of calcutta electric supply corporation (Cesc) for rs 1310 on 18th may, 2020 via airtel thanks using flat rs 50 cashback offer. The payment was successful but did not receive the cashback, though the offer is valid till 31st may, 2020 and the minimum transaction amount to avail the offer is rs 700. Please find below the transaction details and help me get the cashback as promised in the offer.

                    I recharged twice with the Rs49 pack in Airtel prepaid. The first time I paid through Paytm it said transaction failed, so I tried paying again. Now I see it has recharged twice. The AIRTEL customer care number is not connecting me to the staff...please help.

                              My plan is of rs 399 and i give 88 as a tax and on top of that airtel charges rs100 as a late payment.
                              The point is i am paying a total amount of rs587. Trust me i also uses jio services and they give 3gb data per day and unlimited local and national calls with sms also. But here i am getting unlimited calls but only 20gb data per month meanwhile i was getting 90gb data on jio at rs350.
                              But since i am a loyal customer to airtel i was not switching to jio but now the water is above my nose. I will wait for 1 week and if they donot waive off rs100 late payment. I will leave airtel and ask others to do the same.

                                      I would like to inform you that i did a recharge on 08th april 2020 during the lockdown on my mother's mobile number [protected]. The amount of rs.379 deducted from the account through icici bank credit card number [protected] with ref. Number 74056630100009956849592 please find attached a screenshot of bank count for your reference. But recharge was not done on [protected]. I tried calling customer care but unable to connect because of lockdown, that's why i am sending an email. I request the customer care team to resolve this issue as soon as possible and do the successful recharge on [protected].

                                        Dear sir, i am using airtel dth services my dth id - [protected], i have recharged it on 5th may 2020 with 300 rs and selected channels but since 15th may 2020 i got an error code 4 on my tv screen and i am unable to view channels which i have selected, i have contacted the customer care service 30 to 35 times but they have not resolved my problem and always told me please wait, my complaint no are[protected], 24044346, 24050759, 24028605, and 24052075 etc, sir please look into the matter and resolve the issue as soon as possible, i will be grateful to you.
