    How can airtel accept a recharge on different operater (Jio) and give confirmation massage?
    My mobile number [9860xxx655] is belongs to Jio operator, on dated 11th may i
    Recharged my number using Google pay app, in hurry i wrongly selected
    Airtel operetor instead of Jio, after the recharge get pending i
    Was pretty sure that the recharge will be failed and amount will be
    Reversed to my original payment mode, but surprisingly after an hour
    Recharge showing successful and confirmation massage also came from
    Airte erecharge transaction id], i
    Can't beleive in my eyes is that happen, now when i call Jio
    Customer care they are telling me there is no recharge done on the
    Same and contact to airtel, now when i contacted on airtel with txn
    Number they can't fecth the Jio number details and inform me to
    Contact Jio,

          This is not possible if the alternate number is on another network. Calls to 59059 are not getting processed.

                I have made payment for rs. 2123 on dated 11.05.2020 for installing broadband connection, although despite regular followup and exchanging emails, airtel is not giving any response. I have sent screenshot and bank statements to them showing money deduction, however, despite making extra payment for installation (Which not recovered during normal situation) they are not taking any action.

                Its quite frustrating experience for me, as, broadband connection was urgent requirement, if they were not able to provide the connection than on what basis they accept the request.

                Despite all of efforts and phone calls there is no resolution from Airtel so far...surprisingly yesterday night I got message that Airtel Fibre connection not feasible at present moment.. what the hell, you have already taken advance only once the feasibility is over of the area (as address of installation was entered before making payment) than how you can refused.. neither Airtel is informing that what happen to the amount already paid in advance for installation and one month service cost.

                They are clearly harassing the customers as I have already 2 Airtel phone and DTH connection and hardy had any bad experience so far but broadband team is really very unprofessional neither they are replying to my mail.

                        I have done recharge of rs 45 on my number online but it is not showing up in my balance. This has been twice to me now. Look into the matter and show my balance. The recharge is done on 12 may morning and i am not getting my balance showed up. Everytime i try to call the service says that the balance is low and cuts my call.

                        Why am i supposed to pay 598 if all that i want is talktime?

                          Please get the internet and broadband connection disconnected with immediate effect this has been told to your executive yesterday only.

                          I can't bear anymore and i will not pay bill if any charged for internet and broadband from 11-may-2020.

                          Also, it is good to note management don't respond to escalations and keep sleeping on customer emails and complaints

                          Also, they want to fill there pockets with money even if customer has to suffer and even when they failed to provide service from last approx 2 months

                          Disconnect the internet and broadband immediately
                          Waive of the last internet bill or provide remote and adapter for dth

                                Dear sir,

                                I am one customer of your airtel dth service in w. B. Kolkata-700059 and have took the connection in december 2019 with wb value sport hd pack. Customer id is [protected]. Airtel service personal came and installed the same properly and was working very nicely.

                                But since the beginning of april 2020 i am facing huge issue with the airtel dth connection.in every channel picture is coming and going off with blue/blank screen in every 10-20 seconds continuously and we are unable to view any programs.

                                We had raised seven complain id with airtel and called many support person of airtel many time since then and service engineer came twice and fixed the issue but every time the fix was temporary as after three to four day the same issue came back again and again. (Sr no.[protected], 23400922, 23456762, 23808555, 23826897, 23843960,[protected]

                                Service engineer every time informed that due to lockdown they are not able to give permanent solution but my concerned is that we are not able to get the dth service but have to pay charges for the same since two months. If airtel have any restriction to provide service properly during lockdown then airtel should have provision to not charge from customer i[censored]nable to provide service during lockdown

                                Taking money but not providing service in the name of lockdown is not expected from company like airtel.

                                Hence requesting to please frame policy accordingly "in lockdown if no service then no charging from customer".

                                Very bad management company.after reporting problem for so many time since so long time no one is their to provide any solution but full company is their to take the charges from customer accurately.

                                If Airtel have any restriction to provide service properly during lockdown then Airtel should have provision to not charge from customer in case where unable to provide service during lockdown.

                                    Sir, actually on may 3, 2020, i have recharged mobile no. [protected]of rupees - 98 throgh paytm airtel reference no[protected] at 9:50am. By mistake, i opted recharge having unlimited internet /6gb pack in place o[censored]nlimited calls for 28 days. This recharge, i have done for my mother and she just use her mobile for calling only having simple small phone. So, my request is that kindly convert the scheme o[censored]nlimited calls on the same mobile number if some additional amount is required, i will do the same also. Please change the requested scheme. It will be a great support from your side and create loyalty among customers.
