My mother's sim is a micro sim and we needed a nano sim. At the airtel office in brookfield, staff said the name is different spelling and id proof is wrong. When asked how to resolve the issue he asked for 3000 rupees but new sim is only 25 rupees. This sort of extortion is not expected from airtel. I have now "tried it" as per the tv ads and i'm so not happy with the staff and workers. Most of them were dozing off and playing games and not bothered to solve a customer's problem. Hope the airtel team gets back to me.

On 10.10.2018 Airtel releases annual pack. After TRAI guidelines in Feb. 2019 and 01.05.2019 regarding LDPs, Airtel imposing his monopoly on consumers. Pl. resolve

      Sir my name kotesh mobile number [protected]. The said number not going out going calls and messages since 02 april 2019. Also call drop so many times, i complain many times to customers service centres but they didn't solve my problems till date completely
      In april month partially solve after 15 days of my complaint and that month the said problems i faced repeat again and again over again b
      Please solve my problems early i losing communication with my relatives and also losing my present package of money
      I requesting to company please immediately otherwise payback my money i will refer another network

        Respected sir,

        With due respected it is submitted as under:-

        1. That i am a law student of ll. B pursuing final year from janhit college of law, greater noida under ccsu.

        2. I had been using my said mobile number that is [protected] with made of samsung mobile phone. Which was lost on 4\4\19 at around 5 pm. During a course of travelling by train from anand vihar to varanasi.

        3. After the lost of said mob. And sim i tried to call on that mo. On 5/4/19 twice-thrice and i came to know that a person parash saket was using the lost mobile and sim. I talked with him and i requested him to return the sim and even i offered him to pay the travelling expenses with reward to him also. Being myself a rightful owner i expressed my candidature stating that i have applied my candidate for the several govt. Vacancies, law organization and other iustitutions where in the said mo. Has been regigtered and. Non availability of that no. Deprive me from the notifications, important massages. With regard to my written examination, interviews, selections etc. Due to lost of that mobile no. My carrier, opportunity of several govt. Jobs are in danger as i could not get relevant information from the concerned organization.

        4. Just for a while parash saket told that he will think about either to return the sim or not. On 6\4\19 i called the customer care of airtel company and made request to the closer of the said sim no. And the sim was closed on the same day 6/4/19. After that i got busy in my study and there was some family problems too.

        5. That on 11/4/19 i contacted regional airtel company - airtel express at hudson lane, 32, main bazar road, kingway camp, new delhi – 110009 for the reissuance of the said sim no i submitted the relevant copy of id same proofe and got a new sim no. ([protected]) got activated on 4/4/19 at around 4pm. And remained in function till 12/4/19 around 5pm. All of sudden it was stopped. On 18/4/19 i approached the regional airtel company hudson lane, 32 110009. Where i came to know that my mobile no. Has been ported from airtel to jio and now the owner has also been changed from my name to parash saket.

        Prayer:-

        Keeping in view the facts and circumstances as stated above it is humbly prayed-

        1. That a strict and instant action in the above matter may please be initiated and action against service provider may be taken as to how it has ported the sim no.in so hurry.

        2. That in the interest of career the said sim/mobile no. May please be restored/provided to me without delay in the interest of justice.

          I have airtel secure plan which covers my mobile handset for repairs of liquid and accidental damages up to rs.25000. And i have raised a claim (Service request number 4238292) on 15th may 2019 for my device claim.

          As per the terms and conditions of the policy the claim to be field with in 48 hrs of discovering the damage.

          In my case, while i was walking on the road a biker came from behind and hit me, the impact was so much that the phone fell from my shirt pocket. However at that particular point the damage was not visible. Though the incident happened on 10th of may 2019 and i could discover the damage only on 14th may 2019 as the damage was not visible on the date of incident.

          Now airtel, has rejected the claim stating that the claim to be field with in 48 hrs of the damage done. Where as, the terms and conditions of the policy says that the claim to be submitted with in 48 hrs of the discovery of the damage.

          I have raised a complaint by visiting the airtel office at begumpet, splendid towers, hyderabad on 16th may 2019. Today which is 17th may i received a call from airtel customer care and the executive was so rude that she was mentioning that it my mistake that i have not checked the damage on the date of incident properly and hence they can not honor the claim.

          I am attaching you all the documents with this complaint.

          I demand the company to honor my clam 100% and also i demand a compensation from the airtel for the mental agony caused.

            Dear sir, i'm among one of the early subscribers of airtel. I become the postpaid subscriber of your company in j&k during the initial days when company started the operation in the area. Till now i being a loyal customer, despite receiving various and attractive offers from different service providers i still stick to airtel, now despite bill payment my service has been stopped and are not being resumed. Its pathetic from your side by making me suffer as i'm not able to connect as my all office work got hampered because of your lazy service. You seem enjoying by making customer suffer. One of the customer care contacted asked to pay an amount of 1440 and service will be restored and offered a discount i paid the amount but now neither discount is being applied neither service are being restored. Now i'm of the opinion that i need to break this long relationship with you by switching to other network. [protected]

              From last night i'm facing "emergency call only" issue on phone. The phone reads a sim, but shows no service. Your helpline number 12118 needs a sim to call, but even when i tried with another person's number it isn't responding to our requests when we enter the numbers as per instructions. Kindly do the needful as this is causing a lot of loss and problems...

                since last 3 days my mob number is invalid number and customer care is not giving any resolution to fix it. Since last 1 Month airtel is trying to fix my incoming calls issue but airtel fail.please provide me MNP number as I m not interested to be associate with airtel anymore

                  As my airtel sim was stop working I went to the airtel office and they issued me a new postpaid sim and after 4 the sim will get automatically activated . I got the sim on 15 may 2019 and today is 17 may 2019
                  I have already waited more than 24 hours till now my has not get activated . I even called in the customer service first nobody took the call and then one boy has attended my call and then he disconnected.
                  I just want my airtel sim ativated as soon as possible because it's really urgent.

                    Hello i recharged my phone prepaid of rupees 499 plan using amazon pay... From which i got email and operator number.[protected] That it has successfully recharged.

                    But it did not.

                    Then again i recharged the same number with paytm of 558 plan nd it got recharged.

                    Now i would like you to refund my money 499 back to me.

                    I have attached screenshot of the message.. Do see it and help me out.

                      My location, kc gogoi path, dibrugarh, assam. I don't know why airtel shows problem in every 4 to 5 days in delivering a stable connection 4g network in the area. This happens every week. I would rather say without a doubt, you may provide a better fast network in cities and towns but your services are not as comparable with that of jio, we normal customers face problems in the mid times of the day, please resolve this problem at the earliest or else you r losing valuable customers for your services only.

Inspite of lodging complaint for error code b001 no action has been taken by airtel to solve my problem even if 4 days have already been passed. The airtel service has gone down and the attitude of customer care representatives are very disapointing. It is now time to opt for tata sky for better service. Thanks.

                            I have selected all the channels of airtel digital tv .Still i can't see star tv, zee tv and sony tv... Except this i can watch all the channels .I complained through customer care but they asked for 130 rupees for repair... But I don't think it is needed to be repaired...We paid for it ...We should get the channels .This is fraud . Please help us ..we are facing this problem from 6 months .

                              Airtel doing serious fraud and changing ownership without notifying number real owner just because they are getting a transfer from prepaid to postpaid SIM card. Same issue happened with me these guys changed my number ownership without my id and my sign verification and when I complaint after a long follow up now they started saying we Transferred through OTP process even there is no came to me as well I didn't share and confirm any OTP to anyone .

                                My area peoples facing zero network coverage included me, so i[censored] dont action to resolve the problem my area all people change to other network from airtel,
                                My Airtel network is very slow and also signal can be dead only signal E but not 4g or H+ so take care for them

                                  I am not getting signal coverage at my indoor address since last 2 years.
                                  I made 100′s of complaints via emails, phone, arc, etc. But all in vain. All srs are closed forcefully saying duplicate sr, customer not contactable, partial coverage. All reasons are fake, as airtel never contacted me for this issue, even after raising so many srs.
                                  At time of giving connection airtel promises robust network and coverage, which is actually never available practically.
                                  If you give partial coverage then why not you charge me for that partial rent on my postpaid nos.
                                  I get call drops immediately and get charged for them too.
                                  I am mentally harassed and frustrated using your connection due to no signals.
                                  I have to wait for 1 hour to get signal in my mobile at a small place in my home where 1 point of signal comes, and that too gets dropped off after few seconds/minutes.
                                  I was told that airtel is installing a tower in my area. On asking for new tower details, they never provide, because actually it never exists.
                                  Kindly resolve my issue in another 1 week or provide me signal booster, which i requested 100 times but never got it.
                                  If this issue is not resolved immediately then i shall send this message on all your marketing agents like fb, twitter, linkedin, etc and yahoo group where 10, 000 employees of my company are members. Anyhow 30% of my employees have already left your connection due to poor signals.
                                  Even your nodal officers and appellate authorities are not serious to reply my emails/calls to them. Take this issue very seriously

                                  I am getting phone calls from [protected] and [protected] for Airtel Internet Tower installation in my land. After so many luring offers they are telling for 14700 money deposit for IHO card.

                                    I am customer of Airtel prepaid from last 3-4 years and my number is ported to post paid for family plan and activate 630 plan. I was paid my first bill on 12 April INR 530 now I have seen my primary number is deactivated because of payment not paid. I want to know why I should payment separate where I have taken family plan and I have added my other number [protected] I have attached confirmation sms. I am going to discontinue with Airtel. I want to port with Jio which is much better option.

                                      I initiated wallet addition of 150. But after addition it is not allowed to debit. What the hell is not allowed to debit. Is it only for looting money. After calling customer care they are saying to mail personal important documents to lift hold on my wallet. If you need those information then say it before someone adds money, not by looting them. That's the reason this wallet is behind from others, you have shown me your true face when i urgently needed a recharge. Get me my money back otherwise i'll go to consume court. If you only want money then ask me directly i'll give you some donation. What's this unethical way of looting money. I'm never ever going to this # wallet.

                                        The network speed from airtel 4g was working fine before but now from last two days it is working so slow that it made me unable to browse instagram video statuses of my interest.
                                        I complained over 198 call centre and they registered the complaint but still the condition is same on another day. The promise of airtel for quality service is getting doubtful. My complaint number registered with airtel 198 service is

                                        Even after recieving the complaints from user, you are not adhering to the promise of quality service to your customer.
