I have an airtel dth connection. I am not getting signal and complained about it since 11th may. Its a severe cyclone occured here in bhubaneswar on 3rd may due to which it happened. I called them several times, mailed them several times. Each time they assured me to resolve my issue. Everytime their customer care executive told me to refer my case in priority and each time they promised me to solve it within 24 hrs. But till date they failed. It seems they dont have enough man power but continue to make customers fool to resolve issue as earliest. Had the told me the actual fact, i may arrange a local mechanic by my own to resolve my issue. Instead, they are just lying everytime, giving hopes only. If they fail to provide me service in time, why should they charge money for those lost days signals since 11th may. Is nt it illegal? If i resolve it by my side why they would not be responsible to pay that expenditure? Because being a customer i can not wait for more days as i have lost my trust in them. When we have no sufficient balance they immediately dusconnect our signals then hiw can they claim the money fir those lost signal days?
The manner, the attitude, the response, the service, all are the worst that i felt.
I would never recommend anyone to be a customer of such irresponsible, unethical, unproffessional, lying company if airtel dth.

Updated by Manoj Pati The airtel team have not contacted me till now. I had to resolve the issue by myself by paying fee to a local mechanic here. Even the organization does not have a general coursey to reply to my mails so far.
