Airtel — Online money fraud | |||
I made an online transaction on 15th June 2015 against an advertisement requesting for charity in the below website https://my-airtel.com/pay/SelfcareTopUp/LPrmVL3DMj3CheudFfGuhSx2Fu8UJKJQoPT/ The transaction amount entered was Rs.10 After entering my details and OTP for the transaction, the result came as transaction failure. But Rs. 5000/- has been debited from my SBI bank account no: [protected] and credited to POS PRCH POS[protected] WWW MOBIKWIK COM NEW DELHI Please resolve this issue in a day or two. If not resolved, I will file a complaint against Airtel (I thought it would be a safe transaction since it was Airtel's official website) to the Cyber Crime wing of Police Department and also go to the news papers to highlight these type fraudulent loop holes available in Airtel money (which is being advertised as very safe over the television). I have already requested so many times with you.
This is to inform you that again, somebody has make a fraud transactions on behalf my SBI credit card no xxxx xxxx xxxx 5201 dt. 01/11/2017 at 12:37 & 12:38 respectively
Rs. 10, 000/- x 2 transactions has been done with Airtel Money (another many transactions with different merchants) from my SBI Credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 5201
This is fraudulent transactions happened, on behalf of SBI card ending – 5201
I have already make a Police FIR against these transactions, please find attached herewith copy of FIR for your ref.
Being a reputed name in the market, like Airtel : please trust on the innocent customers & do a favour to support / protect these type of frauds activities in the market.
Please cooperate with the innocent customers & support him.
I don’t understand that, why Airtel team are not cooperative to provide fraudulent beneficiary details to the customers.
In this regards, I have already escalated a matter with all the higher authorities in Delhi,
