[Resolved] Airtel — Online recharge failed but amount deducted | |||
I have recharged my mobile number [protected] through net banking for Rs. 2000 on 4th April 2017 and received an SMS with Transaction reference [protected] and airtel1/del/prepaid txn#[protected] of Rs. 200. Bank transaction was also completed successfully but my mobile is not recharged.Till now I got no message regarding the recharge, although the amount has been debited from my bank account. regards Samuel Was this information helpful? | |||

I try to pay my airtel dth recharge using airtel thanks wallet, amount debited my sbi bank account, but not added my airtel payment bank wallet...

My mobile number [protected] recharge 172 Rsnet pack my amount is debited from my bank account on 26 NPV 2021 but recharge not done. I had txn id[protected]. Please resolve my issue.

I recharged my broadband connection for 1769 on 22 dec. Its showed payment successful and also the amount is deducted from upi(paytm) and it has transaction history too in the airtel Thanks app but in the section of landline it don't show any transaction and neither the recharge has been updated. I reached out to customers care and they sad sometime it takes 2 days to update payments.
I would like to say is this the service like Airtel brands are providing if my payment is taking 2 days why should i pay online in 2 days i will afford to go and come 2 Times to gave you cash.
Understand the meaning of service.
Upi is for instant transaction and not a single person with cheapest devices receive and confirm transaction after 2 days remember not a single time it happened.

I have received a message “Please wait for 2 Hrs for your payment status…”at 1:46 PM but till now I did not received any message about payment and got no message regarding the recharge. Please settle my problem as soon as possible.
