Updated by Dpcom This is not true I am receiving all calls in my number.
My incoming is not barred.
I have not received any call from you guys from the start of my complaint.
I called up the Airtel grievance centre multiple times and then they acknowledged the issue and unbarred my outgoing stating they will fix the issue with backend team asap and apologised. However this is not fixed and again from today morning my connection is unbarred. This issue is not so big that you will just create false accusations that I am not picking up. One of your colleague called me in the name of Balaji and acknowledged the issue and assured it will be resolved asap.
I am currently at chennai and completely stranded with my outgoing barred even I have paid all my dues in correct time. Even no one responded to my emails on this complaint yet.
Pls don't make me by further frustrated and help me use this network for couple of days till I take a decision to continue or exit
