Since couple of months (6 to 8 months) connection drop very frequently, service people use to visit and told us that issue resolve, but next again & again issue are persist. Even after many complaint still issue persist, no permanent solution from airtel.
No action from airtel team, entire community facing the similar problem.
Airtel use to collect rs. 1490 every month and not provide appropriate actions to its customers.br...

Non-receipt of recharge confirmation SMS

I recharged my phone ([protected]) through my Axis bank credit card on[protected] . TXN No. www.airtel.in/Seq No[protected]. I haven't got any cofirmation SMS from airtel yet. The balance statement after I make a call doesn't reflect the recharge either. I went to the nearest customer care centre, but I didn't get any help from there. I am still as confused as I was before I went there. Besides, I have a 4G handset and a 4G SIM provided...

My landline number shows incorrect data consumption. The internet is not working since 3rd march 2017 but during this period (Till today, 17th march 2017). They claim that 24 gb has been consumed. This is a clear case of deficiency in service. A fit case of consumer court.

I would go to social media campaign if this is not resolved with immediate effect.

Sim not detecting

[protected] since 2009. this number is not detecting in any mobile from last week. i have called customer care for registered complain but that boy told that my number is not available. due to mobile problem this number was switch off, and yesterday i have started mobile back but my sim card is not working.

Please note that I have paid Rs. 2697 as 3 months advance rental through credit card for getting a new airtel broadband connection with all the required details & documents on 27th February 2017.
But after 19 days followup with airtel's different teams (Sales Team, Customer Care team, Service team, Nodal Team, Facebook Airtel Presence Team, Escalation Team). But neither i got the broadband connection activated...
