Sir maine apna mobile 17 Mar ko recharge krwaya tha Airtel Coy ke msg ke according msg tha ki per day 1 GB data diya jayega but mujhe vo data ni diya gaya jab complene ki to unhone mujhe bataya ki esa koi msg mere phone par lagu ni hota h jabki Maine inko us msg ka screenshot lekr proof bi diya h fir bi mujhe bahut problem face krni pad rahi h baat krta hu to satisfy answer bi ni dete h plz meri help kijiye

While calling customer care I got computrised message that on recharge of 149 I'll get local std Airtel calling and 28 GB data for 28 days..so I contacted customer executive to confirm that one.she told I'll get 56 GB data and Airtel calling on recharge of 149.
But after recharge I got only 2 GB data and calling

Got a 4g phone 4g sim card and airtel says that "airtel is the fastest network ".
a big lie from ookla .
i am not getting a speed of 6.24mbps on ookla and upload 0.05mbps ..which is fake and seriously not even able to use internet properly.
registered complaints but still no solution is provided by airtel . its more than 8 years i am using airtel but this time the internet speed is worst than 2g internet .

I am an airtel prepaid user. My number is [protected].My previous data plan was 359 3G for 28days.. Now I switched to plan of 549rupees for 28days from 18th March.. But yesterday my balance deducted of 359 rupees coz of auto renewal of that previous plan... How can I get back my deducted money back as I wish to continue my present plan. I want my money back as one data plan is more than enough for me..seeking urgent rectification.. Thank you...

Need to change plan .

I have given a request to convert my postpaid number to prepaid i have submitted my document to the nearby branch of airtel on 27th march and till date my card is not activated i havebeen calling several time but i get no response from the customer acre they tell 15min it will acitvate and 4 hours after it will activate such thing they sae and keep the call i have called several time but no reply from your side and even i have gone to airtel gallery but no reply its been 8 days my card is not activate at all .
i am so need of the card my bank account is connected to this number, my parcel from dubai has to be come its been rejected several due to my card is not activate .
kindly give me solution or your head office address or wise i have to go to the custom office to lodge a complaint on your airtel m really tired from so many days m trying no response from your side .
am not a fool here sitting and my card is not activate

Airtel network is bery bad in danori area. Not able to call also if some one trying to call its out of reach

I had recharged of rs 147 /- through debit card on 11 march 2017 and the recharge was unsecessful, however, the amount of rs 147/- has been deducted from my account no [protected] vide transaction no[protected] dated 11 mar 2017. The amount has to be refunded within 7 days as per the conversation with customer care on the same day i. E, 11 mar 2017. Still the above said amount is yet to be refunded. Kindly refunded the
Amount at the earliest.

My pack rj 3h330m with get local airtel 35p/ min, local other 45p/min valid for 28 days has been successfully activated at rs.45.0 deduction. But call rate not less. Call full charge (Rs.1.00) i try from dated 30.3.17. But not response airtel team, not attend c/c no.198.
So check my active pack and solve my prlblem. Why full charge call rate. While deduction a/c. Rs.45.0

My No is [protected] and located at Kupwara, Jammu & kashmir 193222. Since two months I am facing regular and persistent call interruptions and silence during an ongoing conversation. Despite complaining on mob and on internet to various authorities ie Customer Care, Nodal Officer and Appellatte of Airtel ; but no action taken and only false Assurances being given to my complaints.

In response to my online request on the Airtel Web, 4G Airtel wifi Router with SIM no [protected] at Rs 2500/ was activated on 2 Feb’17. On the very same day I filed a complaint about no connectivity of wifi. After several complaints, Airtel's technician visited our place & reported that since our area i.e Turner Road, Bandra (W) is covered by 3G, we would not get 4G wifi connectivity unless and until our area is upgraded to 4G. All our efforts by way of appeal by several emails to the Appellate authority to get the area upgraded to 4G had failed. Hence in order to buy peace of mind I was forced to request for cancellation of said wifi connection vide my email of 25Feb to the Appellate Authority. The said connection was disconnected on 26 Feb'17. My request to take back the router and refund my cost has not been acceded to but on the contrary I have been receiving threatening calls from Airtel that my wifi is is only suspended.Hence I will have to pay minimum bill every month.It is requested that Aitel may be asked to take back router and refund me the amount. In any case I am not liable any monthly charges as my wifi is disconnected on 25 Feb at my request.

I am a Vodafone Customer and DND is activated on my Number as this number is register under Corporate plan.

Why I am getting calls from Airtel for offering the service though my number is register under DND?
Caller is claiming they got my number from Databank which is provided from their HO...!

Why I am getting calls again and again after refusing also...

I did complaint before also against Airtel recharge problem
I did 5 recharge of Rs 20 five times from ICICI bank app
But I receive money of 4 recharge only
I want to know where my money of 5 th recharge.
I did complaint before also my reference No PRO33100267
They tell me it will solve in 2 hours but no reply come of their Msge.
Even 198 complaint number is also block for me

On date 01.04.17, i received a call from mobile number [protected], impersonating himself as rahul sharma from sbi and told me that my atm is about to get blocked and please provide details of atm card to which i shared my details of card and then he made a transaction of Rs, 9990 tr id[protected], through airtel money and i did share otp details and my acount was debited with the amounnt and to which he told me that your acccount has been debited and we will credit it shortly and asked me to share otp for another transaction and then i got that it is a scam and now i am helpless and requesting from your team to please look in to the matter and please reverse the transaction as this is my hard earned money and please block the account of the person, check the transaction id and please help me.

This is my 2nd time complaint. I am prof. S. K. Bandi, i have prepaid mobile connection (Mob. No. [protected])
For the last five days i am unable to connect my phone or received any call. My location is ips academy rajendra nagar, ab road indore. I am fade up with your service. Please refund my balance amount so i can take connection of other company. My land line number is[protected] indore.

I have recharged with 345 on 27 march 2017. But from 01 apr till date the data services stopped in my mob no. I contacted customer care for complaint but they refused to take the complaint. They are mr laltu ghosh, mr dubey, mr budhdhadeb barai, they just told it is technical fault we can't do anything. You just tell me why should i compromise two days data service? As i paid 345 for 28 days. You just increase my validation time for another two days. Otherwise i will go for nother option
