    I got a new Airtel prepaid connection yesterday along with the 349 - unlimited calls + 28 gb day plan. I activated my SIM in a 3g phone. So I ended up getting only 50 mb per day (which I was not given any hint of before in any of your ads)

    I want Rs. 349 refund or the full benefits of the plan you have actually mentioned immediately.

    Time and time again, Airtel had proved me that you are liars who does not reveal your plans fully to your customers & the worst customer service I have ever seen.. I couldn't reach none of your damn customer service people who were so eager to disturb when I dint avail your services before.
    I will be reporting your deceving plan advertisement to consumer court .

      While browsing on net, Some Ero Videos activated automatically and my account have been charged Rs. 35 unnecessarily. This has happened second time in last two months while using mobile data on Airtel. This has never happened when i am connected on BSNL or Connect network. Both the time I called airtel customer care and they agreed to deactivated the services and assured me money wont be charged (Hoping the same). But this is a kind of racket for charging money from customers. In case if someone clicks on any such paid link, it should send OTP on phone to confirm if the customer wants to subscribe or it has accidentally clicked on the link. Money shall not be charged automatically in any case. It should ask for credit/ debit/ netbanking/ aadhar/ OTP etc. credentials to verify before deducting money from the Airtel.
      AIRTEL - Please correct the procedure and do not lose your image by doing so.

        My number was deducted of rs 99 this morning. I do not want International Roaming rental on my Airtel number.
        Airtel arbitrarily initiated to deduct balance from my main account without my request for any international services.

        I DO NO WANT ANY INTERNATIONAL ROAMING OR INTERNATIONAL SERVICE.
        I WANT TO BE OUT OF YOUR DEFAULT BALANCE DEDUCTION SCHEMES.

        I'm reaching out here because Airtel customer service has not responded within the timeline they had stipulated.

        Please let me know how to unsubscribe from your default scheme of balance deduction without any request from the users.

          Sir I am Rajnish anand Sir I was doing complain with regarding to recharge airtel 346 1 April but my problem is not solve please solve my complain and as soon as refund my money 346 Sir I was doing recharge by paytm 1st time when I recharge recharge is unsuccessful but my balance is deducted from my account I stop and after some minute I again recharge but recharge is unsuccessful and again 346 deducted from my account when I see morning the double recharge has done i not satisfied because I want to one recharge of 346 but same recharge has done double time so please refund my money one transaction of 346

              I done 345 plan and I was using 3G network until yesterday 29/03/17 when other 3G balance not exist. But from 30/01/17 morning 3G network is not available and only 2G was connecting. And now 2G itself not connecting.

              I called to your customer care and Enquired /complained regarding this. What I got the response is I need to wait 3 days or my area is not available for 3G.

              What response is this?? I was using 3G on same place and suddenly 3G not available?? Or I need to wait because of network providers poor service issues from side?? Is for that worst service I paid from my pocket?? I done internet package for my purpose o[censored]sages, If Airtel cannot provide a service to a customer for what they paid, then for what they are providing packages with conditions apply

              And I am still facing this issue.

                Recently i have brought a new Moto g5 plus phone which is 4g hand set, hence I decided to change the SIM from 3g to 4g.I visited the Airtel store and got the new 4G sim.Later when the sim was activated I have downloaded d my Airtel app and logged in into my account.

                There I was surprised to see some other person name under my profile name.Request you to change the name to the name attached to [protected].This is a serious breach of security and privacy of a customer.Really pathetic is the word for Airtel app

                Also I recharged my sim with 349plan.The plan is active.However the tower is constantly fluctuating.Some times it displays no service.The internet speed is pathetic and useless. I guess I'm getting 0.4G and not 4G data speed.My experience of moving to Airtel 4G has been worst. I guess the 349 plan is just to make the customers as fools .By this standard JIO is so much better in terms of services.

                  Please stop recorded msg from Airtel to my mobile whenever a call is made. Which is a nuisance. I am very much annoyed. There is no need for recorded voice on your plan whenever I make a call. Very very bad manners on the part of Airtel. I am getting recorded msg from you whenever I make a call or receive regarding plan ₹349 kindly stop this nuisance. Who has authored you.                     I am Facing network problem of Airtel when i enter @ my house. This is problem has been started since last to last months before its absolutely fine .

                    Problems as follows :-

                    1. While making a call, it shows call failed.
                    2. No call can be made.
                    3. Incoming phone calls are not coming, and sounds the dialler as " Not Reachable"
                    4. Voice is totally distortted.
                    5. The data signal always shows Red cross or sometimes 4 yellow strand.

                    I have requested many time on customer care, but no solution. technical support of airtel is not satisfactory, i always received a call from their call center that our person visited there & he said yes network problem is there, but nobody come again to me for check the networking .I have been mailing Airtel & writing complaints that there are issues in Indoor network coverage in my area. . Despite my confirming that issue is still not resolved they close the SR. I made a complaint to Nodal & appelete.

What is the underground that you have made to prevent me from connecting to 4G network?

                              I've recharged with Rs.345/- internet+calls pack i.e. 1gb 3g/4g data per day. But from the very first day of its I've been struggling to connect with Internet ( uploading and downloading). No problems on same phone with other airtel sim. Internet stability breaks down for each 1-2 mins. I complained to airtel customer service. They assured me then. Bt It was a false assistants. After a lot of experiments with other multiple SIM and multiple phone settings I came to know that there is no problem with network and phone. And it seems to me that Airtel is cheating with customers specifically on rural areas in the name of technical faults or technical breakdown while they don't t intend to refund payments for unavailability or not to providing of their products.
                              Finally I archives my opinion and complaints regarding this fact, well, It's too hard to explain prominently in English for me, hence finding no way to reveal this common issue I has to draw your kind attention to overcome the situation.

                                Am using airtel mobile from past 8 years. Recently i purchased new 4g mobile and want to use 4g services of airtel on my mobile. So went to nearby airtel service center to swap my 3g sim to 4g sim. After the work was done, they asked for 100 rupees, but i got call from customer care that i will get sim at free of cost. I given 100 rs to the retailer and came out of store and talked to my brother who knows about these things. He said i can swap my sim at sim at free of cost, and mostly they will ask rs10. I went back to store and said same thing to him, he said it costs rs.25 and returned rs.75 to me. Retailer tried to cheat me and gain profit ftom me. Even after all these i spent rs.25, but as per customer care it should be done at free of cost. This is the way airtel treats its customers who are using its services from past 8 years.

                                  I had approached the Airtel Store for a new Hotspot post connection they told me buy it before 31st January 2017 and you will get double data. Iasked till when the answer was till the time you use. I bought it. In 15 days I came to know the double was only for first three months. The device cost is INR 2000 .                                       I recharge my mobile number of rs 345 via paytm on 31st march .

                                      But payment has been stop due to bank problem.And it show as processing
                                      Then
                                      I recharge my mobile via a shop retailer for rs 345
                                      But my retailer and paytm both recharge becomes sucess

                                      And double recharge done on my mobile number

                                      So i like to reverse my one payment to my another airtel number

                                      My wrong number is [protected]
                                      My reverse number is [protected]
                                      Amount 345rs

                                      My paytm order id and other details is given in photo.
                                      And also retailer details given in photo.

                                      So plz reverse my recharge
                                      I shall be great ful to you.
