AFTER MNP FROM BSNL TO AIRTEL STILL CROSSED 4 DAYS BUT THERE IS NO NETWORK

I have requested to port a sim from BSNL TO AIRTEL [protected]. in the date of 16 march my BSNL signal went off so I inserted airtel sim but there i no network and my old sim is deactivated

The major issue i faced is, while I am unable to do any online transaction.
Please help with an urgent basis.

    I paid the outstanding bills and gave the disconnection request on Sep 23 2016 itself due to my relocation. After this request, I received a call from airtel representative regarding the disconnection. I mentioned the representative that my new address does not have feasibility for broadband and asked for the disconnection. They also checked the same and agreed for disconnection. I have the mail proof sent by H Roop Kumar,
    Service Specialist. Even after that, i am receiving the broadband bill every month. i mentioned this problem to so many airtel representatives during with their conversations every month at least more than 3 times. Now I received a court order to pay the outstanding amount. Is this the behavior of airtel? I requested to disconnect the services on Sep 23 and its more than 6 months now, still they are not interested to disconnect the services, sending the bill to my address and now threatening me to pay the bill for not using their services. If this is their behavior, I am already in the process of filing the case in consumer court for this action. I have got so much trouble and depression from airtel from the start o[censored]sing their services. During that period, unnecessarily they called to change the broadband plan every week atleast 20 to 30 times and even after requested the disconnection, I am facing trouble and mental torture from them for not using your services. I need a immediate resolution for this issue.

      - 22nd March 2017 - till today
      - I have raised request to port my airtel mobile number to Idea on 22nd March 2017. After raising request Airtel executive called me to ask reason. I have told them my one of friend is getting offer from airtel (349 Rs 28 GB for 28 days) but i am not able to see this offer for my number. Executive told me that they will provide the same offer in 48 hours.
      I havent got any response in 48 hours. SO i have email to Airtel customer care. Now they are saying that they are not able to provide this offer to me (It takes almost 7 days to informed me). I have just asked simple below questions.

      "Can you please let me know why this recharge offer is not available for my number and only available for my friends number?

      Also if this is the case then why Airtel executive assured me (contact number: +91 [protected]) to provide offer in 48 hours (after raising request for port to idea on 22nd March).And they have kept me in the position that I won't get Idea offer as this is valid till 31st March. They are not giving valid reason after 7 days."

      My question to airtel is why this offer is not available to me? and they give the answer it is not available to your number. i am asking why.

      Also why they are giving different offers for different customers as both are paying the same.

          I had requested for the following;
          (a)Technical analysis of Large Data use from 4 to 8 Oct 2016;to establish the feasibility of such a large Data use.
          (b)Cyber Data Theft- investigation and fixing of individual/agency who may have tampered with the DATA.
          (c)Make a comparison with average data use for the last 18 years; even during travelling abroad. Bring out vast variations; and possible reasons thereof.
          Kindly confirm if the above have been implemented. May I request you to give the results to provide me with the facts so that I can take up the case with the Court for early resolution.

            I have applied for porting from vodaphone to airtel on 02.01.2017 postpaid connection. the airtel authorities have charged me Rs. 250/- and all necessary documents and provided me a sim and assured me that it will be ported and activated in a week or so.But despite many varifications the no. is not activated and on 27.03.2017 midnight they have deactivated my mobile service. since last 03 days my mobile is not working and i m suffuring a lot. i had a word with many of their executives but of no use. they deducted my amount of pre paid vodaphone account without my permission.

              This is in reference to my mobile no. [protected] registered under the name of Varun Katyal.
              Yesterday evening around 7:30 pm I started using internet in my phone with net balance of around 43 Mb and my main balance of ₹273. Unfortunately I was using my net heavily and I couldn't keep track of my net balance. Suddenly I receive a notification that my net balance is 10mb and main balance is ₹2.
              I was shocked to see this notification and surprised that despite having 10mb of data left money from my main balance have been deducted, which is surprisingly ridiculous. I didn't even received a message from airtel to inform me that I have low data balance. So, i called the customer care from my other no. I.e. [protected] to lodge a complaint today afternoon. The executive named pawan first put me on hold to gather some information but then transfered my call to a senior executive named sakshi or shrishty. That girl said that due to low data balance money form my main balance have been deducted. I mean, this is an absurd thing to say even to an illiterate person or a layman saying that this is the procedure which means that i[censored]r climbing a ladder then u will climb 1st ladder then 3rd and then 2nd. This is BS. I have been using this no. For around 10-12 years and other no. For 7 years and i have never had any issue with the network of any kind. I am the only one in my family who uses airtel despite everyone using jio, bsnl or idea. Let alone i even suggest it to others.
              Now for the first time i faced an issue and this is the kind of poor response it received from airtel. Seriously, this incident has made me loose my faith in airtel and i know that one dissatisfied customer means nothing to you but for me those were hard earned ₹271
              Which is was cheated for.
              If anyone read this i urge you to solve my issue.

                - Feb 2017 paid my bill before due date
                - constant notification of removal of service if payment not done -post payment
                - customer service apologized and informed they moved my account so there was some system issue
                - March 2017 paid my bill again before due date.
                - constant notification again for service removal post my payment
                - customer service informed this will go off and to ignore
                - Outgoing services + data services barred march 29th
                - raised the complaint & frustration with nodal officer
                - sent me a mail after ringing just once that he has tried to call me and I have not picked up phone
                - currently deserted as cannot even call any complaint numbers including 121/198 etc
                - Tried to call the nodal officer & apelate number from someone else's phone and it literally does not work
                - Always been a loyal customer of Airtel and never expected will get this treatment
                - customer service has been extremely poor and now I am feeling frustrated & helpless

                This is not true I am receiving all calls in my number.
                My incoming is not barred.
                I have not received any call from you guys from the start of my complaint.
                I called up the Airtel grievance centre multiple times and then they acknowledged the issue and unbarred my outgoing stating they will fix the issue with backend team asap and apologised. However this is not fixed and again from today morning my connection is unbarred. This issue is not so big that you will just create false accusations that I am not picking up. One of your colleague called me in the name of Balaji and acknowledged the issue and assured it will be resolved asap.
                I am currently at chennai and completely stranded with my outgoing barred even I have paid all my dues in correct time. Even no one responded to my emails on this complaint yet.
                Pls don't make me by further frustrated and help me use this network for couple of days till I take a decision to continue or exit

                    There is a offer of rs349 where we get unlimited talktime and 1 gb/day for 28 days... They are so prude they made one more offer with 349 where we get unlimited talktime n 1gb only... They are not responsible at all.. I wasted my money and they are so irresponsible. I thought airtel was the best but now i guess i have to change my sim shift to other if its not solved .

                      Myself is Surajit Misra, I have made two transactions on 28/03/2017 for the Rs of 345.0 through online recharge facility, The 1st transaction ID is 519467 which was unsuccessful, and then I have filed a complaint with reference no. is PR[protected]. Then Airtel customer support replied with reference no. is CONRC[protected], they have replied that transaction was unsuccessful and money will be automatically refunded by the bank in my account within 7-10 working days. Then I have made another transaction with ID is[protected]. After that in the evening the transaction 519467 became success. Then, again I have filed another complaint of PR[protected]. Now I have paid 690.0 in a single day for the same data pack to the Airtel services. I am not getting any answer yet from the customer support of the Airtel services. This is very unprofessional behavior from the Airtel customer support. Now, I want to get back one of Rs 345.0 from the Airtel services. Please take necessary steps.

                          Its misguide its customers, today i have been port and found how Airtel misguide customer.

                          launched 2 different plan having same rates 345 and portray only one plan having more benefits like 1 gb data for per day for 28 day and let this news spread in the country on the other hand 2nd plan have 1gb data for 28 days.
                          Only in above statements its only very manure difference in statement and that how its take a lot of money from the pocket of innocent person like me.
                          Before recharge i went to your customer care centre they said 'sir apke phone pr plan araha hai wahi ayega humko nhi paata plan kya hai'.And the confusion continues thats what Airtel may convey to there centre to talk like this.
                          Call customer care not able to contact them over the phone may be that option is blocked.
                          I have again raised the port request a call back comes but no solution provides, sir recharge again will raise the plan request for you.
                          I asked them please upgrade but the denied.

                          I won't let this kind of money steal to happen and let this be viral on facebook whats app where ever possible and write a note to 'THE LOGICAL INDIAN' having 57 million followers to let them aware and drop Airtel and join other retailers.

                                  We have been using 90gb plan- working well for a year. I made a call to Airtel to know more information to upgrade for higher data plan - after discussing I decided not to go with the plan as 90gb plan is working fine. But in this month, after talking to airtel customer care, my 90gb plan got exhausted in 15 days - when the surfing activities remain same - I bought smart byte of 5gb - it got exhausted in 1 day - I bought 15gb smart bytes on March 25 and went out of city - When I came back on March 27 all my 15gb has gone. March 28 I bought 25gb- and since I doubted something is wrong - I switiched off my modem/router. When I switched on the modem after 3 hours I noticed that 1.5 gb is gone though my modem/router had been off for 3 hours. I am puzzled and angered by the theft of my data by airtel and that too in this rate. I want someone in Airtel to address this IMMEDIATELY.

                                    I got an offer from airtel on my airtel app, sms and on there ivr option regarding a plan which is there new launched plan offering unlimited calls+ 28gb data for 28 days in rs346 it also says that if i get the recharge done before 31st march the offer will be applicable for the whole year, wheni tried to do the recharge from their airtel app the recharge amount deducted from my account and i got a sms regarding the recharge stating due to some technical problem the recharge had not been succeeded amount will be refunded in the debited account again i tried to do the recharge and same thing happened after that i tried to get it done from a airtel retailer they also tried to do the recharge but same thing happened their also they also got an error msg then i thought to do the recharge by their ivr option which they provide by dailing *121*1# i recharged my number by a whole amount of 450 (200+250) get the that offer my their ivr option and then i proceeded with their procedure (I. E dailing *121*1# selecting the required offer proceeding with 1) i got a message on my screen showing (Thank you for your request. You will receive a confirmation shortly on your airtel number) after sometime when i checked the recharged hasn't completed afterward i called their customer support regarding this problem i stated them the whole problem the assistance who was assisting me said (Sir i am initiating this offer from my side this will be done in 1 hrs and you will receive the confirmation regarding this) i hangup the call again after one hr when i checked it hasn't done i called the customer support again and stated once again the whole thing then he transferred the call to his senior he checked the problem and told me that the offer which i was trying to recharge is an offer of bihar and the same offer in punjab is of 349 he said that you had ported your number from bihar to punjab and still i am showed with the previous state offer i told them that this is not my fault i had ported my number a long time ago nearly one and half year ago and my number is of punjab now they told me to register a complaint regarding so that i will be provided punjab offer said to wait 48 hrs and then the process begin after 48 hrs i use call them and they says to wait for next 48 hrs also i tried to do recharge of another offer which showed that recharge an amount of rs250 and you will be provided by 250 in your main account and 1gb of 3g/4g data for 1 month i recharged that offer and got around 230 i didn't got full amount and awarded data. It is a clear case of misleading and fraud. So i request you to please look into matter.

                                        I was not using my Airtel sim for more than 2 months. I found my sim is active, then checked for the offers I had and I made a data recharge in airtel's website on 27 Mar 2017. I was using the mobile data pack the whole day. The next day my sim was cancelled stating it was inactive for about 90 days. Also I was informed that the recharge benefits will not be give even if i reactivate. If that is the case(cancelling the SIM due to inactivity), why Airtel allow customers to recharge and loot customers money and the very next day they cancel the SIM. I also lodged a complaint in airtel website and till now the case is Open. This kind of cheap fraudulent behaviour is not at all acceptable.
