Dear Sir
I have applied for the installation of the Transformer at my farmhouse at Changedi village, Fatehpura( Udaipur) last month, for which I have deposited the amount also. The Transformer has been received by the Fatehpura Electricity department for installation, but they are not installing it at my place inspite of requesting many times.
Because of which I am facing problems in farming activities.
I have already communicated the respective department personnel's many times, but they are not paying attention to the same.
Kindly find the solution of my problem regarding installation of Transformer.

I have paid my bill for the bill month of July through Urja Sarthi aap and made payment by UPI (phone pay aap) which is showing successful but Urja Sarthi aap is showing that the bill is unpaid. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Here with I am attaching the screenshots of both gateways for your reference.

                          सादर निवेदन हैं कि मेरे वार्ड नंबर 10 गांव ईडवा तहसील डेगाना जिला नागौर में काफी दिनों से Low voltage की समस्या आ रही है। जिससे पानी की मोटर तक पानी नहीं उठा रही हैं। कूलर पंखे इत्यादि उपकरण बिलकुल धीरे चल रहे है यहां तक कि कूलर की पानी की मोटर तक पानी नहीं उठा पा रही है। जिससे इस भीषण गर्मी में बुजुर्ग, बच्चे सभी त्रस्त है। पिछले साल भी पूरी गर्मी के मौसम में यही समस्या थी। पिछले साल भी निगम के conatct नंबर पर कॉल करके अवगत कराया था लेकिन समस्या का समाधान नही हुआ । अतः निवेदन है कि इस समस्या का समाधान करे।

                                10 15 दिनों पहले अचानक शाम को मेरे गाँव मे सभी लोगो के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक उपकरण जल गए, शॉट हो गये । लोगो को बहोत ज्यादा नुकसान हुआ है जिसके लिए यहाँ के विधुत विभाग के कार्मिक जिम्मेदार है और अभी उनके कानो पर जु नही रेग रही ।
                                उनके अधिकारियों ने आश्वासन दिया कि आपको मुआवजा मिलेगा वो भी कुछ नही हुआ ।
                                आपसे निवेदन है, इस गंभीर समस्या का निराकरण ग्रामवासियों को मुआवजा देकर करे
