Good day,

Please note that i am unable to open my current electricity bill online (Its showing on process /not generated), due to this error i am unable to pay this bill online as well as on e - mitra centers.

I also didn't get any electricity paper bill or bill sms on registered mobile no.
I have tried to resolve the issue on local office and also customer care no but there was no positive response.

Additional to that i have submitted complain on rapdrp official site with complain no[protected], but that also have been closed without any solution.

I am still unable to pay this bill and also now i have to pay late fee charges unnecessarily.

Kindly look in this case and please extend my bill pay due date, as there is no fault/delay from my side.

    श्री मान जी से निवेदन है कि हमारे गाँव मोवाई में (, तह. अरनोद जिला-प्रतापगढ़) बिज ली की कटोती हद से ज्यादा हो रही है इस के कारण सभी क्षेत्रवासियों को बहुत कठीनाईयो का सामना कना पड़ रहा है! विभाग की जब भी ईच्छा हो उस टाइम लाइट काट देते है दिन में कम से कम 8 से 9घण्टे की कटौती हो रही है। जस से आम नागरिक को परेशानी हो रही है आप इसके लिए जल्द कुछ एक्शन ले अन्यथा मै प्रधानमन्त्री कार्यालय में ओनलाइन शिकायत दर्ज करवाऊंगा ल

            This is to inform you that my mobile number has been wrongly updated in your list of consumer complaints. People are calling me on my number anytime due to which am suffering a lot of problems and mental agony.

            Its a request to kindly update your consumer helpline with proper details else i will have to take a legal action against vidyut board.

            I have been getting wrong calls on my number since last two months and its really frustrating.

                  I am very disappointed with your service regarding bill amount and zone electricity officer. They never giving any satisfied answer. The person who checkout the meter demands for money and collect 150 rs to 200 hundred from every villagers. If the person refuse they write more figure o[censored]sing electric. So the innocent people ready to pay them. Please must check out this situation and solve this problem. My light bill named takhat singh mohan singh chauhan... Village vajeda, dungarpur.

                    This is to bring to your kind information that i have paid an electricity bill payment of rs. 2739/- vide order id no. Tc[protected] on 31.07.2018, and it is showing successful.

                    But, in rseb, they have showed that we have still not received said payment and this amount they have added in my current bill. You are requested to please arrange to look into the matter at the earliest, whereas you have also still not refunded said payment. Copies of all the statements are also enclosed herewith for your reference.

                      Hi,

                      I am from mayala ki dhani, village jinwal, po. Marot, tehsil nava, dist. Nagaur. Pincode: 341507.

                      In my area lt line pole was broken due to thunder strom leading to line lying on ground and even after repeated complaints from 1st july still the issue is not yet resolved by concern aen/ jen.

                      Due to this issue the well is unoperated and even after that they are sending the bills but the line is still not restored. The new pole is collected by the consumer himself to the site but still they are erecting it.

                        My meter is not showing any reading as checked by the reading taking person from last 6 months.

                        My bill is made on average basis which i think is very higher than the usage.

                        I had given a written application two (2) months back to chirawa sub station for change of meter so that fairly usage of reading can be obtained and myself should not get charged wrongly.

                        It has been more than 2 months but my meter has not been changed inspite of calling to the office so many times.

                        Kindly look into this matter and change the meter at the earliest otherwise i have to proceed with my complaint to the ombudsman.

                                  I Ankit Choudhary, K. No[protected], got bill of month September of Rs 359. However last reading is 1 unit and average unit is 53. As mentioned behind the bill the fixed amount of bill is Rs 100. But i am charged Rs 400 as fixed amount. It is requested to recalculate my bill with fixed amount if rs 100.

                                      Udaipur, madhuban office is generating improper bills by entering same old readings or fake readings.
                                      I have solar system mounted in my house for which i need to send email to netmetering. [protected]@gmail.com to receive solar bill.

                                      After sending them repetitive emails and asking for reply, still they have not replied to the email.
                                      The bill sent me was the minimum amount i. E only fixed monthly charges.

                                      I have made complaints to senior accounts officer too, but in vain.

                                      What should be done next?

                                        We are not having electricity supply at our home in udaipur (Rajasthan) from more than 24 hours. The electricity supply was stopped on date 21.09.2018 at 11:00 am around.

                                        We have made lot of complaints using toll free number, every time complaint is noted but the problem is not taken up or resolved yet.

                                        No one is responding properly. Pls help.

                                        Last complaint no is[protected].

                                        my k. No[protected], is not showing reading that's why i have complaints so many time my nearest avvnl office branch bagot, branch code - 1103140,
                                        but they are not given respons and not solve the my problem.
