        I am from hariharpur which is comes into ghamhapur gram sabha, post jiyramau tehsil mariyahu district jaunpur.

        Our 10 kv transformer got brust on 24 jan 2019 i have complaint on same day my complaint number is "pu[protected]"and je raj kumar, contact number [protected], from mariyahu. Uppcl helpline sub station"but til now no action is taken if we call je sir he is saying ' kal ho jayega'.
        Another message and in that message they are saying that"dear customer, your complaint of transformer related with complaint no. Pu[protected] is resolved. Thank you". Student have facing problems in studying because of there no electricity please help...

K.No[protected] want to inform you that the electricity meter is running very fast because in the bill of Feb 2019 the unit consumed have been shown 665 KWH while the units consumed in last 6 months are as under -
                  Feb 18 - 259, April18- 378, Jun18-421, Aug18-380, Oct18-310, Dec 18-204 .
                  Total biled amount is 4843 .00 which is much higher then the actual consumption .
                  Request you to kindly get the meter checked & replaced & refund the excess amount paid by me .

Bhanwar Singh mahala was scheduled to be paid by 2nd Feb 2019 and the payment of the same has been made twice so please cancel the payment made on 25th Jan 2019 having txn reference no IB51372023 or adjust the amount in next bill. Please adjust the bill amount in the next bill or refund my amount within the possible period. Please make a portal that provide the status of the bill paid .

                            I, ajay singh bhati, from banswara city, k no[protected], wants to bring some very disturbing points regarding my electricity bill that i have been facing since last 6 months. This is very traumatic that despite paying regular bills your department has turned deaf ears to all my appeals.
                            My issue is that i am getting bills from april 2018, in which electricity department has considered my meter as damaged. The case is that meter reader found my neighbour's meter as damaged but due to his neglgence he had shown my meter as damaged. Many times i asked concerned officer to please look into the matter as my meter is fine but department is overcharging me. I have shown him bills from april 2018 but he didn't want to listen. It seems that only person is controlling the entire department, and the problem is he consider himself as the only authority and dont want to listen anyone.
                            Sir i have calculated my actual bill from my previous meter that, department or we can say that officer has declared damaged, and the bill that i have got from office. When my meter has changed last reading was 6051 but till that time in total i have paid for 6330
                            It was a difference of about 279 units.
                            Despite complaining regularly from last 6 months no action has been taken regarding my bill, instead my meter has been changed and i am overcharged with wrong bill.
                            I request you to kindly look into the matter and help me for recovering my financial loss and strict action against that officer for trauma that i have faced in last 6 months.
                            Please take action as soon as possible.

                              I have ordered realme 2 pro (4 gb ram 64 gb memory) phone from flipkart on 26th dec’18 and my order details are as below. This was against exchange of my old phone redmi 2 prime.
                              Order details:
                              Order id – od[protected]
                              Product – realme 2 pro (64 gb storage 4 gb ram)
                              Date of order – 26th dec’18
                              Payment - 10510

                              The exchange was refused by courier and did not deliver me my order of new phone redme 2 pro. I have called customer care and as asked by them i have provided them the photographs for my old phone for exchange and in reply they assured me resolution by 30th dec’18. Then i have told customer representative of flipkart to deliver me the order and the value of exchange i have agreed to pay in cash. They told me that the order is scheduled by them to deliver me in 1 working day. Later to my surprise the order was cancelled. On calling to customer representative, they told me that seller has cancelled the order and if i require the mobile, i need to reorder the same. However the discount offered on my credit card and extra discount of 1000/- rs. Was lapsed and i have to order fresh without this discount at prevailing price.

                              Matter of dispute
                              If they asked me to wait till 30th dec’18 for resolution, how can they cancel my order without intimating me? I have also chat screen with customer care which is attached for reference.
                              If i have to order the mobile again, they should offer me discount which was there at the time of first order, as cancel was not my concern and they cancelled without intimating to me.
                              I would like to have new mobile from flipkart on the same order with the same rate as i have ordered.
                              I hope this matter will be taken up by you and i will get proper resolution.

                                5. Till date you have not allowed us credit against above security available with you.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Sir my bill no is[protected]. Our previous month bill is rs 1200 and units consumed as per bill was 1197 but in meter its showing 1011. We are not staying at that place, currently our house is locked, but still they are showing more units in bill. This month also we have received high amount bill with same number o[censored]nits, no one comes to take proper reading of the meter, they are just printing bills without reading meter.
                                      I want you to look in to this and solve our matter, i am in mumbai and no one is there at home, so unable to go to their office and they are not replying on phone.

                                      For your reference i am attaching photo of meter reading.
