महोदय गत 4-5 दिन से लगातार गोविन्दी गांव तहसील नांवा मे बिजली की बार बार कटोती की जा रही हैं यह कटोती रात 07 बजे बाद अस्थाई समय की जाती है।
तथा आज 09:28 pm से कटोती की गई ।
इस कटोती को लेकर सभी आसपास के गांवों ओर ढाणियो के लोगों को परेशानियो का सामना करना पड़ रहा है ।
जब बिजली की कटोती के बारे में नांवा के
जैन साहब को भी दूरभाष के माध्यम से अवगत कराया है मगर कोई समाधान नही किया गया ।

And i went to wipro offices and there is no one to talk to. The security guys are so rude they dont let an old employee go in even. There is no way i am able to reach to them. Please let me know how to get my pf money back.

सर मेरे घर का बिजली का बिल 9536 रूपये आया है जो की पिछले बिलो से तीन गुना अधिक है कृपया मीटर को चेक करवाया जाए क्योंकि मीटर लगभग 16 साल पुराना है जो अधिक तेज चलता है इसको बदली किया जाये इसके बारे में नवलगढ़ में भी शिकायत की थी लेकिन किसी प्रकार की सुनवाई नहीं हुई उन्होंने मीटर को देखे बगेर हो कह दिया की मीटर ठीक है पिछली मीटर रीडिंग कम निकली है इसलिए अब की बार ज्यादा आ गयी है
आपसे अनुरोध है कि मीटर का लोड चेक करवाया जाए और मीटर की रीडिंग लबोट्री में चेक की जाये ताकि यह पता चल सके की वास्तव में मीटर जम्प किया है या रीडिंग आयी ही है
में इतना बिल जमा कराने में असमर्थ हु
बिजली विभाग कहता है कि आप बिल जमा करा दो वार्ना आपका कनेक्शन काट दिया जायेगा

Daily.in last two days there are not power supply from 48 hours.
The employees from power house not attending our call and not giving satisfying reply. We are facing problems from last 7 days
No one listing us.

I am sushila devi having consumer no.[protected] in avvnl customer at kuchaman city-341508, dist. Nagaur.
We have our home address at near baraat bhawan kuchaman city.
We have compliant to department regarding for meter testing as our meter running very high speed than normal meter.
Department person made initial checking & assured us that it is a faulty meter initially & asked us to apply for its testing.
We have applied for its testing as on 18/09/2018.
& department not given any satisfactory reply to us from last almost 6 months.
When we asked to us about this they told us that its display is lost.
Sir, it is wrong as initially they accept the fact that meter is running fast & display is ok.
Now when its come to testing they reply after almost 6 months they said display is not proper.
We have paid almost 2 bills continuously & meter is running, display is proper.
But when its come for testing they said meter is faulty.
They even not reply us properly.
We have almost paid high amount which is wrong as department asked us to paid & they will test after.
Please help us to provide us refund which we deserved & they torturing us mentally.

I have attached receipt check, department initial check list, previous bill copies.

You are requested to check and credits excess charge and instruct company to charge as per scheduled only you are requested to this type of chitting by secure company. सादर नमस्कार ! नम्र निवेदन हे की आजकल बिजली की कटोती बहुत
ज्यदा हो रही हे प्रतिदिन लगभग 05-10 बार लाइट जा रही हे और बार- बार
ट्रिपिंग भी बहुत हो रही हे कुल मिलकर प्रतिदिन 1 से 2 घंटा लाइट बंद रह
रही हे जिसके फलस्वरुप हमारा उत्पादन में काफी कमी आ रही हे और
बार बार ट्रिपिंग की वजह से गुणवत्ता में भी कमी आई हे जिसका सीधा
प्रभाव कंपनी की आय पर विपरीत पड रहा हे I
इस विषय में हमने पहले भी शिकायत की परन्तु कोई समाधान नहीं हो पाया हे I यहाँ ग्रीड पर बार बार लाइट जाने का कारण पूछने पर एक ही जवाब आता हे की बस्सी से 33 KV पर Maintanace चल रहा हे I

Please refer bill no.[protected] for he month of oct.18 in which meter reading shown 1066 and consumption unit 62 charged again in the bill no.[protected] billing month dec.18 meter reading again taken 1066 instead of 1128 and charged 62 plus 139 units, total 203 units instead of 139 unit is chargeable.Please check and confirm the status as i deposited the billing amount in time, hence 62 units extracharged to be corrected in feb.19 billing.

This regarging wrong electricity bill for k no[protected] in the name of prem chand khatri, though we were out of stastion from last 4 months and our electricity bill is comming more than 2000 continuously.
Last bill also we have paid on 23/12/2018 and the amount was 1964/-, that was alos incorrect

Electric meter provided by avvnl has a problem. It increase units by speedly.
When we disconnected then units is increasing in meter. Electric department sent a electric bill with huge amount.
What should i do.

In year 2018-19 my average bill is[protected]rs. I am sure the meter is fault. The lineman also told the meter is fault.

A transformer is installed in my farmhouse on 30 dec 2018 by a private contractor but supply in this line is not yet started and lineman was submitted a report in this regard to electricity office laxmangarh that line is okey and commercial.
In this regard we tried to contact lineman of my village basni bairal teh laxmangarh dist sikar for connect this line from main supply but he didn't respond.

I harlal singh dhaka customer of your electricity board requesting you to take necessary action against the lineman mr vikas and other defaulter and arrange to solve this issue at the earliest.

बेगू नगर में चौथ माता कॉलोनी के पास हाई सेकेंडरी रोड पर एवं मंगल कॉलोनी में पिछले 20 घंटों से लाइट बंद है जिसके लिए रात को भी बिजली विभाग के कर्मचारियों को फोन पर बताया गया था लेकिन उसके लिए कोई कार्रवाई नहीं की गई हम अभी सुबह 9:00 बजे बिजली विभाग के ऑफिस में जाकर कंप्लेंट लिखाई गई लेकिन अभी तक कोई कार्यवाही नहीं की गई है अगर इस तरीके से लाइट की परेशानी रहेगी तो टेंडर प्रक्रिया का क्या मतलब रह जाएगा कर्मचारियों को बोला गया तो कर्मचारियों ने बोला कि लाइट मरम्मत करने का काम ठेके पर दे दिया गया है और उनको बोला जाता है तो सर यह हमारी प्रॉब्लम नहीं है इसका क्या सलूशन किया जाएगा कृपया तुरंत जवाब दिया जाए
