मने ये बिल 14 /12 /2016 को ऑनलाइन जमा करवा दिया था और मेरे बैंक से पैसे भी डेबिट हो गए थे, लेकिन TRANSACTION UNSUCCESSFUL दिखा रहा है और मेरे बैंक अकाउंट में अभी तक पैसे भी वापस नहीं आये है और मैं दोबारा से बिल जमा कर रहा हूँ तो जमा भी नहीं हो रहा है और ये मस्सेस आता है(Duplicate Transaction Not Allowed For Consumer Key[protected]. Sir, my a/c no are 1804/0527 and k - no are[protected] . my domestic meter is already working properly but my bill shows it is dead for long time . my last average units of last six bills are 140.5 per bill but the units of october- november are 2620 units are unexpected by me. i have informed for many times about it to the meter reader and a.en about it. meter reader writes real units in his booklet in front o[censored]s but domestic bill does not shows it. i want to know the reason behind it.my total meter units are 2860 from the beginning. please make any way to solve this major problem . I am sushil from village -"bajwas" tehsil - parbatsar, district - nagaur, rajasthan. We are facing lot of problem due to electricity. From last 2 months their is electricty cut off in my village.in a single day atleast 10 to 12 times their is cut off. And we actually dont know the reason off cut off and specially the time. Their is no news in newspapper regaring cut off. They actually cut the electricity within 5 min, which really iritates. Please do something regaring this. Or i will go consumer forum regaring this. We use to pay bill on time and plus tax than why this people do this. Do something.
