Sir, mujhe aaj tak kabhi bhi Electricity ka bill mere ghar par nahi delivered kiya gaya hai, mujhe har baar saradhna ja kar late fee ke saath deposit karna padta hai.

Please look into the matter as soon as possible for delivery the bill.

महोदय जी, मेरा नाम श्रीकाँत शर्मा है मैं अपना बिजली का बील व प्रतिभूति राशि जमा कराने मेयो कालेज पावर हाउस गया था वहाँ पर बील तो ले लिया पर प्रतिभूति राशि जमा नहीं की । जब मैंने इसका कारण जानना चाहा तो उन्होंने मुझे बहुत ही अनुचित लहज़े में बाहर लगे 4 *4 पर लिखे नोटिस पढ़ने को कहा। इस पर मैंने उनसे कहा के सर मेरा ध्यान नहीं गया गया नोटिस पर इसलिए आपसे पूछा इस बात पर वो भडक गये ओर अपशब्दों का प्रयोग कर मुझे बीजलि कनेक्शन विछेद करने तथा देख लेने की धमकी दी। अत: आपसे निवेदन है कि आप उक्त बाबू के खिलाफ उचित कार्यवाही करें।

Sir, from last one year we are going through some concern about our electricity.Board is sending us bill of 10000to20000 and says this bill is generated due to internal audit our consumption is not more then 2000 they are sucking us in problem and force us every time to pay 4000 (and sometimes less then this) on the name of settlement

I have request again again for money but his not taken. The meter display is not showing any information, so kindly repair the display or change the meter at the earliest. I have also deposited twice a sum of Rs.350/- cash in the office of the AEN, AVVNL Ltd., Sultana (Chirawa-Jhunjhunu) as desired by them for replacement fee of the said meter, but not yet replaced the meter. Further their officials are advising me unofficially to give cash payment of Rs.50/- every time while the meter reader come at your door for taking readings so that he can adjust the meter readings. Dear sir My name is rituraj singh, village mangad, post ajitgad, sikar... Sir, i m facing a major problem from ur end. I want to write to my problem point to point as below 1)before 2-3 years ago you have charged rs 30733/- (june 2012) we have complained for it..your officers changed it manually..they donot changed it into system...when my annual consumptiion calculated that amount inculded.and my fixed charge increased. I complained for it your officers told me that they will give me credit into next bill..but i dont get any credit yet and fixed charge remain unchange yet... 2) In august 2013 your officer show my meter close and charged rs 4846/- i took a pic of meter and show your officer..they agree with me and said it is the mistek of area meter reader...and said that i will deposit to them and they will give me credit next bill..but they are lier... 3) I want to do complain my area meter reader first.. your officers do not co operate with us.. 4) Now your officers accept to change my meter..they have given me written reciept dtd 1/1/15 but they dont changed it yet... 5) We are using 1 bulb and 1 tv in my home since last 4- 5 years..you make check them.but my bill is 600 rs per month minimum..pls check it.. Sir, pls give me all amount refund to me..and take neccessary actions against your resposible officers.otherwise i will go to consumer court.
