Aaj 10 august ko bill date he aur kal sham 8bje ko mujhe bill mila he.. Fir aaj bill nhin bharunga to aur penalty add kr doge.. Mene 29 march 2017 ko riyanbadi avvnl office me meri reading ke regards ek application di thi uskaa bhi koi answer nhin mila..

If even now not taken any action than i will knock the doors of court for justice and for that only responsibility will of avvnl.

Since this electricity board is overtaken by private company. We are facing cutout problems every day in panchsheel a block. Everyday in few drops of rain they cut the current and it comes and goes in fraction of minutes. When we call on customer care they say that there is some fault in line. Why it has not been fixed yet? Please look into this and solve this issue.

सादर नम्र निवेदन हैं कि मेरे घर पर अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर से एक घरेलू कनेक्सन लिया हुआ हैं जिसका KNO नं[protected] हैं, जिसके विगत माह के बिल नम्बर [protected] में अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर(मौलासर)नागौर, राजस्थान ने अंकेक्षण वसूली के नाम से 12575/= की राशि जोड़ कर भेज दी हैं, जो कि पूर्णतया अनुचित हैं, क्यों कि
(1)श्रीमानजी अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर(मौलासर)नागौर, राजस्थान ने जिस अवधि में
अपने मीटर नम्बर 79939002 को बंद(खराब) मान कर अंकेक्षण वसूली हैं वास्तव में उस अवधी में
मीटर बंद नहीं हो कर गलत मीटर पठन हैं जो कि निगम ही के कर्मचारियों ने लिया हैं, जिसके लिए
भी निगम ही प्रत्यक्ष रूप उत्तरदायी हैं न कि निगम का उपभोक्ता कतई नहीं।
(2) श्रीमानजी अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर(मौलासर) नागौर, राजस्थान ने अव्वल तो ख़राब मीटर लगाया ही क्यों, अगर मीटर बाद में बंद हुआ था तो निगम ने इतने समय अन्तराल तक अपने खराब मीटर को बदला क्यों नहीं, इसके लिए भी निगम ही उत्तरदायी हैं, उपभोक्ता नहीं।
(3) श्रीमानजी अजमेर विद्युत वितरण निगम लि.अजमेर(मौलासर)नागौर, राजस्थान ने अपने जिस खराब मीटर नम्बर 79939002 को आधार मान कर अंकेक्षण वसूली की हैं वो मीटर निगम आज बतौर सबूत के पेश नहीं कर सकती हैं, जो कि सबूत मिटा कर अपने कृत्य छिपाने की श्रेणी में आता हैं।
उचित निर्णय हेतु प्रार्थना पत्र प्रेषित हैं।

I have a electricity connection of avvnl, udaipur vide k no.[protected], in the name of dileep dhing, address 53 b dore nagar, udaipur.
Bill no.[protected] of amount rs. 2657/-,
In that bill sthai shulk is charges rs. 400/- (200/- per month), but as per given norms our average monthly utility is 110 unit. And as per that sthai shulk should be rs. 180/- per month i. E. Rs. 360/- for two month. But avvnl, udaipur is charging rs. 400/- for two months.
It is only one bill which we have focused but may be it is happening from begining. And it is wrong. Because it is clearly mentioned behind the bill that avg. Utility is if 51 unit to 150 unit then charges is rs. 180/- and above 151 unit it is rs. 200/- per month. And in our bill it is clearly showing that our month avg utility unit is 110 unit.
Thats why i just want to know why avvnl is not charging as per norms.

Please clear it and adjust our excess amount which is taken by avvnl, in our next coming bills.

Otherwise i have to go for further action.

KNO No[protected] की अंकेक्षण वसूली के बारे में निवेदन हैं कि अंकेक्षक ने निगम के जिस मीटर No.7993902 को ख़राब मान कर अंकेक्षण वसूली निकाली हैं क्या वो मीटर खराब होने के सत्यापन हेतु अंकेक्षक को उपलब्ध करवाया गया था, क्या निगम जरूरत पड़ने पर आज भी उस मीटर को बतौर सबूत के प्रस्तुत कर सकती हैं, निगम ने ख़राब मीटर लगाया ही क्यों था, और यदि लगाने के बाद ख़राब हुआ था तो इतने लम्बे अन्तराल तक उस ख़राब मीटर लगे ही क्यों रहने दिया, जबकि पहले पठन पर ही पता लग गया था कि मीटर ख़राब हैं। मैंने इस आशय का अभ्यावेदन भी निगम को दिया था, मगर मौखिक ही बताया गया था कि मीटर उपलब्ध नहीं हैं।श्रीमानजी इस पूरे प्रकरण में अजमेर विद्युत वितरण मौलासर ही दोषी हैं, कोई कंज्यूमर कतई नहीं हैं तो फिर अजमेर विद्युत वितरण मौलासर के अधिकारियों ओर कर्मचारियों की लापरवाही और कर्तव्य के प्रति उदासीनता का खामियाजा एक कंज्यूमर क्यों भुगते।कृपया इस मामले की उच्च स्तरीय जाँच करवा कर अपने एक कंज्यूमर के हितों कि रक्षा करें।

Dear sir, we are in receipt of august, 2017 bill message amounting rs 3177/-. It was shocking to receive such a huge bill since we did not use electricity. No body resides in the place & it remains lock always. You can refer previous bills for your quick reference what actually was use in the past since we took connection.in between we have been facing problem on the pole for lose cable connection.

Kindly look into the matter and do needful.

I would like to know procedure for temporary disconnection.

I have domestic connection and have average consumption per billing cycle is 114 units. To our surprise the current bill for july 2017 stated consumption as 2072 which is over 18 times of the average consumption. The meter was read on 20th april 2017 with a reading 26110 and subsequently read on 20th june 2017 as 28182 with a consumption of 2072 units. However the meter was incorrectly read as the meter reading as of today on 22nd july (A month later) is 26840. If we calculate the consumption using todays reading it will be only 750 units.

The current bill is rs. 15408.00 which is abnormally high. Kindly look into this matter urgently on priority. The last date for payment mentioned on the bill is 25th july 2017.

Updated by Ashok K chopra Local Office not accepting error in meter reading & inform us meter not properly working hence required testing in lab. & Kept Bill hold on depositing of Rs 3500 as advance.
our question is if meter is not OK why consern person not mark on the current bill & no action taken before raising bill issue by us & how reading taken 6796 & now reading is 63--- & increasing daily basis as per consumption.
This showing Transparency of dept. working as not accepting error while taking meter reading 6796 in please of 6296 & now 6343 as increasing . Iam Living in this house since last 6 months only & last 6 month bill also in the same line.
Look in to matter & resolve issue.

It has been submitted that there is so much power cut problem in kamla bawadi area comes under d-iii subdivision of avvnl hathibata power house.
The supply of said area has been cut many times in day & night without prior information in newspaper. Complaint number comes busy all the time also jen not receive mobile and if they receive call they are not provide any satisfactory response to us and sort the problems.

Devendra kumar goyal, Dhola Bhata Colony Ajmer, Electric bill July 2017 -K N .[protected], Bill no.[protected] dt 26/206/2017.The fixed charges in above Bil has been charged as RS 440 instead of Rs 400/-only.since this has been paid online on 28/06/2017, the express amont of RS 40/-may be adjusted in next bill please.

With due respect I have a general complaint about a illegally wine shop running near to my home. Misuse of electricity, drunken person also roaming around that area till midnight.

Address ... Village kasli, kasli pura badi road, at jodha stand, Dist Sikar Rajasthan 332001.

Shop owner Mr Kamal Naga/ Hari Ram Naga

Some police person also supporting them.

I am not sharing my contact details as It causes unexpected issues in our community.

So requesting you please take some steps for betterment of our nation .

Paid a bill amounting rupees 3883 on 9 july 2017 against k no.[protected]. . But discom sent me today the same bill n says its due. I paid it via paytm n attaching relevant documents . Please solve my problem.

We would like to draw your kind attention that the meter reading of above referred account has not been taken since last 8 months bills have been raised by your department to us without taking meter reading the same can be checked in your records that bills which were raised by you was for fixed charges only and no electricity charges were mentioned in the bill. It was in the month of july, 17 that bill issued by your department with meter reading. We further like to inform you that our establishment is running a charitable hospital and the electricity meter installed is on the boundary wall of the building.
Since the meter is on the boundary wall of the building taking meter reading by your department is not a problem.
In this regard we have lodged complaint before the aen office on 10.07.2017 but we have not received any response till date.
We would request you to please look into the matter and advice aen mukundgarh to raise bill in installment.
