I have received refund of amount of 3249 form Amazon but didn't received in my bank when I visited bank for complain they don't have knowledge about RRN NUMBER and they refused to help.

I have received refund of 3249 from Amazon which is not credited in my allahabad bank account when talked Amazon customers service they told me to contact bank telling about RRN(refund reference number) but they refused to help then Amazon told me about filling charge dispute form....

On 4/11/2020 my upi transaction failed but amount debited. I make 1000, 100 and 500 rupees transaction . Which shows failed transaction but amount debited form my bank. Please help...
