Today morning I tried to take money from a sbi atm.atm showed me "unable to process".
But money debited from the account.first time 10000 and second time 9000.

I have tried to take money from SBI branch and central bank of india branch in coimbatore, tamil nadu using my allahabad atm card .Both the times the transaction failed .I did not receive any cash .But after 10 minutes i eceived an sms stating the amount is debited rom yor acount . Please help me to resolve this matter.

I have purchased an item of rs. 249/_ clubbed with another item of rs. 289/- amounting to rs. 538/-. Payment was made through debut card of allahabad bank barood house, new delhi and amount was debited to my s. B. A/c no. [protected] on 11.09.2020.
The amount of rs. 289/- has been refunded by amazon and the same is credited in my bank account on 18.09.20 but the amount of rs. 249/- which was refunded on 13.09.2020 by amazon under rrn no. 74332740258025622235621 has not been credited in my s. B. A/c no.[protected].

The behaviour of some of ladies staff of Allahabad ban customer care service is not good. Some customer care executive left the chat placing the customers on hold .

I have submitted request for atm card through my login netbanking near about 25/08/2020 even if atm card charges rs.118/- has been deducted from my a/c no. [protected]. I have complained on allahabad bank portal but closed without solve this issue & said to contact branch. I went branch but no solution there. Branch cooperate me. But helpless on this issue.
