I am unable to make any transaction with atm and internet banking

Respected sir,
My current account has been stopped a months ago without any notice. Now they are asking me to submit a noc regarding some loan taken by me in the name of my firm riddhi enterprises. But since first day i am telling that i never applied or took any loan from any bank or fi. Since last one month my account has been stopped and i am out of station in lockdown so can not visit home branch to clarify. My business is totally suffering due to my stop account. From where i will get noc while i never took any loan.
Sir, at first i was told by customer care team as the allahabad bank is merging into indian bank so this problem may occurred and it will be resolved automatically. Later in reply of itb team, i got to know that my account has been stopped and i have to make contact to home branch. As the telephonic number of our branch is not updated on net, it was just cracking a nut for me to get any contact number of working staff. Anyhow, i could manage a number of staff and able to say my problem to manager over phone. But, unfortunately after listening my issue, instead of any help from their side, they made my number put into blacklist.
I am totally upset, why these everlasting issue is going on with me. I even complaint in allahabad bank online. Here also, my complain ticket number was closed without resolving my problem.
Sir, i made request to remove stop status from my account several time. Even i self declared on my firm's letter head of not taking any loan from anyone. Still my problem has not been resolved. Kindly look into the matter as i am helpless. I am having great loss in my business due to it and no body is listening my problem. I am loosing my clients day by day. Please save my family by saving my business.

I tried to withdrawal rs. 10000 from axis bank atm on[protected], it was failed but the amount deducted from my account, i did not got any sms also, i checked in my internet banking account and i saw that. My account belongs to allahabad bank, dunlop bridge branch, withdrawal description is following

Debit amount 10000.00
Desirable resolution: return of deducted money.

I tried to draw money yesterday (02/05/2020) at different times from the nearby atms using my atm visa card which is valid up to 07/24. Every time it informed that my card is not being accepted.

Today, i tried to book my hp gas refill cylinder using the same card on the online hp gas portal. Even before i completed typing my card number, it flashed the message that my card is not accepted.

I am unable to understand why it is happening like this.

Please kindly solve my problem immediately as i am in need of cash.

Amazon online shopping app issued my refund but i did not received my money in my bank account and i tried alot of time to contact my bank but they are refusing to talk to me. My refund reference is this which is issued by amazon online shopping app id-[protected]. Its 436 rs needs to be refunded. I paid rs 2 from amazon pay balance and rest of rs 671 from upi payment from that i got refund of only rs 235 in bank account and rs 2 in amazon pay balance and rest of rs 436 is not received yet. Please help me..

This morning I went to the ATM to take out rs. 800 but there was no in either of the ATM like INDICASH ATM, ICICI ATM, SBI ATM

Hello sir my name is awadhesh gupta. Our account number is [protected]. We booked gas on 14 april 2020 from amazon. The gas transaction was not successful and money was also deducted from the bank. When we talked to amazon, they told me that or. Your money has been sent on 19 april 2020. Amazon refund reference number 153018
Today is 2 may 2020 but the bank has not yet returned the money
Therefore, the bank is requested to take the trouble of sending us 776 rupees. Thank you

My money has been withdrawn from my saving account illegally through atm several time. This act has been done without my knowledge. I didn't got any message of withdrawal throughout the april month on my phone and bank manager are not willing to help me out anyhow. Amount withdrawn illegally is around rs.160, 000. My account no.- [[protected]], allahabad bank, baruipara (Branch code 226), west bengal. Hopefully we can get a clue about the criminal if we are allowed to access the cctv footage of that particular time (As per bank manager, withdrawal happened from some shopping mall, but during lock-down all malls are closed)

I haven't received a refund of ₹736 from paypal but they assure it has been processed on their end. I'll share their notification below :-
