This money is initiated from amazon on 6/10/2019 they ask me this money is credit in your account in 3-4 working days but still i am waiting the money regarding this issue i have already contact to your customer services they ask me wait 24 48 hours but their is no response from your side
After that i will contact to amazon customer services they provide me refuud reference number an as me contact to bank

I want to y money back as soon as possible

    In Response of your refund reference no #74332749277927656486111 dated 04.10.2019 I inform you that I booked GBL Bluetooth Headphone through my Debit Card on Allahabad Bank Andul Branch, Rs 1599/- . On 03.10.2019 latter I cancelled my order through online. But I have not yet received my refund as I had paid on booking time. I complain about the matter but I was informed that my complain contents was very short. So, I requested you kindly look into the matter, so that I can refund back the money as early as possible. I hope I will get justice for 1599 from your Company. Kindly refund the money to my Bank Account [protected] of Allahabad Bank Andul Branch, IFSC No ALLA0212312.

      But it has not been reflected in my bank account till date
      I have lodged a complaint ticket in allahabad bank care but they told no refund processed by amazon
      Please help me to get the refund.
      Please take necessary steps to get the refund asap.

        I have a refund of 499 which was initiated by amazon on 17/8/19 and was supposed to be reflected by 23/8/19 and the reference number for that amount was 098040 but it is still not reflected from my bank and still i am waiting for 2 months and i haven't received any refund from my bank inspite of several calls and raising a ticket i haven't yet received my money back.

          I am unable to link my account at any upi app and bank did not link my number with my account that's why i face many difficulties to use my account for any upi app.. I went to bank but they didn't respond my complaint and not registerd my mobile number in account. Plz do somthing.             I am try to pay my electricity bill from paytm but payment failed for some server issue and after that i retry to do the payment for couple of times but all failed and money deducted after that one payment in 28 and another 3 payment in 28 september its been 7 day still have not got refund. I hope you will do something about it.

              I bought glare plain straight knifes of 5 set with order reference number[protected] from amazon shopping on sept 11- 2019. And paid by my atm of amount 250/rs. But i returned it on sept 16- 2019. On sept 19 i got mail that refund of amount 250rs is initiated. Then i got other mail on 21 sept that ur amount is successfully processed in ur account. But on sept 26 again mail that authorization code for the transaction is 0htzwii50000k0ewkata and amount will be refund in 5-6working days. I called many times to amazon and allahabad bank customer care but no results. Please can my account be refunded to me or not. Help to get my balance back.

              I was doing a transaction on 16 may to U.P State Medical Council, Lucknow. My transaction failed but an amount of Rs. 2276 got dedcuted. I complained regarding the same in the concerned bank and branch but didn't received any response or money till date. I want the concerned authority to look into the mater and want my money back.

                Even the debit card transaction was declined, but the savings account was debited several times. Though i have lodged a complaint at the home branch (Ritchie road, kolkata) and head office of allahabad bank, no action has been taken. Each day i have been following up with the bank, not a single reply or feedback has been received from the bank.
                I am being harassed since 23rd september 2019.
                Very much worried about recovering my money unlawfully debited by the bank since 23rd september

                Around 3.50 pm tried to contact

                24 hours helpline number[protected]. -. Could not connect seems the number is not working

                Ritchie Road branch office number[protected] no reply, connected to fax.

                ZO, Kolkata Metro number as available on the bank site
                [protected]/ 69. - No reply..
                ₹127 was deducted in my account without any information.I want to solve my problem
                Unfortunately debited in my account RS 20000..but don't refund the ammount..bank says refund the ammount within 7 days..but I don't refund the ammount please check it

                      I tried withdrawing money from atm, money got deducted from account but atm does not dispense money. It's been 3 days. I did two transaction one of 2000 and one of 1000 back to back n 30th september, but money got deducted from account and atm did not dispense money.                                 Dear sir,

                                Today i had been at ankleshwar branch for depositing cheque at 3 00 pm. Bank employee "neha sharma" was at counter. I handed him cheque for deposit, but i was told that you will not put stamp of cheque deposit slip. I insisted that i would like to get stamp on slip for cheque deposit. Said madam - neha sharma, told me to wait as she was very busy in other work.

                                After half and hour (30 mins) of waiting i ask madam, as i had to leave. After this, madam - neha sharma told me that she would call police and send me to jail. I told her, that it is bank rule to give stamp on bank slip for cheque deposit. But she started shouting. She told me to close my account with bank, as bank does not need many customers. I politely asked her account closing form, so i could close my relationship with bank - as these type of behaviour was not acceptable to me, which is against my dignity.

                                I believe she has negative thought for my caste, colour and my religion. I request bank management to take action against such employees for that behaviour, so other customers are not harassed by such employees. What ever i have told, can be verified from cctv camera from branch.

                                I am a law biding citizen of this country, and courage for escalating this matter was given by other members for said bank.

                                  Sir i my payment of rs.550 through upi transaction failed but not refund me. I had complaint in our bank's branch, but he gave me only complaint number and
                                  Then tell me to wait for 15 days thereafter no response received from bank.

                                  When i went to the bank to complain, they said that the money would be returned within 24 hours if the transaction failed and i did the same when the money did not come back, i gave an application in the bank the very next day

                                  Please sir resolve my problem.

                                        I tried for a 1000 cash withdrawel twice at icci atm at cant sadarbajar lucknow also atm show that transaction cannot be possible both times but few minutes aftr while being away from the atm 2 sms came in a row of a deduction of 1018 rs twice

                                        Sir, I order the Bluetooth speaker on 26 Aug 2019 and return on 3 Sep 2019 the refund is complete by amazon of Rs 3578 the reference number is (ZNTQHDSEOOOOJZKWDYJK) but the amount did not receive in my account.
                                        kindly check the problem, and solved it as soon the possible.
