Alliance — Internet is inactive even after successful online recharge | |||
Hi, Yesterday around 10:00PM, I did rechardge of 767 INR for our Allicance Brodband Internet connection. The transaction was successful and Rs. 767 was deducted from my account. But till now this internet connection is being shown inactive and we are unable to use the network. Please find below details. 1. User Name: namratab_dlc 2. Full Name: Namrata Banerjee 3.
