I have purchased Ambrane P-1300 in October 2014 it worked fine for few days and now the 1Amp output is not working and even it's not charging some times . I have cal'd the given numbers in your website many times but there's no response.and after struggling many time i.e., mailing them and calling them Finally now They are telling it's a physical damage so we can't replace or repair the product for a free-of-cost(as it was still under warranty)It's not a physical damage, the USB port(1 A Port) was a bit loose for the new product itself but i thought it's not a problem and hence i used the product it worked fine for a few days and after that the port is moving to inside while i try to plug a cable into it and after that it totally stopped working .And also they have said that they'll deposit the courier charges which was paid by me for sending the defective product to them but till now they didn't even done that too. So i request you to deposit the courier charges and also replace the product soon (as said by you in previous mails).Chandu [protected]

    My mini laptop LP-7 is not working even after resetting. I have send it before in month of may for same problem but my problem was not solve by care centre again my laptop is not work. It is not in warranty period also. Kindly pickup my laptop as soon as possible. For this I shall be much oblised with you.

      Hello All,

      I have purchased Ambrane Tablet phone last year June’ 2013. The received product got repaired within 2 weeks of purchase. I have raised request and sent an email to Ambrane Co. in the month of July’2013 to look into the issue. After sending lot of emails, regular calls they have responded and took the tablet phone for repair in the month of February’ 2014, it took more than 6 months for initial response.

      After sending the product for repair I have received the product in 15 days ( March’ 2014). When I started using the tablet, it again started giving me trouble. Again I have sent lot of emails, made calls and they have responded in the month of May’ 2014. I have sent the product to them in the month May’ 2014 and I didn’t received proper response from them and didn’t received my tablet phone as well.

      Whenever I am sending emails they’re not responding well and making me run around. Its almost 2 months that I didn’t received my product back. Their Product is not good and their Service is too bad.

      Before purchasing the product they said that, they have service centers all over the India and their will be no problem in service. But after purchasing they said that they have only one service centre i.e, in Delhi.
      So whenever the customer gets problem, they have to send the product to Delhi for repair. So they are cheating customers and increasing their sales.

      Ambrane Co. is cheating people with wrong information. Please take action against them.

      We have many service center in india and also have main service center in delhi .

      We are also provide pick and drop service for above Rs500 product except from delhi/NCR .

        Sir, i have bought this calling Tablet worth INR 5,999 on 12/2/2013, the Tablet got permanently off 1 month ago, The warranty of the product says it has pick up warranty that means the company will collect the product from my place and repair it and then deliver back. I called to the customer care they told me to mail my
        address. so i mailed and got a reply on 24th may 2013. they told me to keep the tab ready a courier boy will collect it on 25th may 2013, but no one came i keep on waiting, i called several time to the customer care and they keep on telling the problem will be resolved but the result is nothing nothing
