Dear team,
I have purchased 13000mah power bank three months ago and now usb cable stopped working.

I have went at customer service centre they told me to make a complaint on phone but phone is not connecting i am trying fron last 15days.

I have also mailed it to you but there also no response is there,

Now how can i avail the warranty, you are providing these type of after sales service.

Help me in this matter,

My ambrane power bank stopped working after a blink of the led torch the moment i inserted the input cable. It is still in warrenty i want you to resolve it i had tried to search the service centre but did not got any so filing a complain here... I bought an ambrane p-1311 power bank from snapdeal on 30/7/2017, which i received a few days later.

Initially, i didn't use the power bank much and it worked fine. A week later, the power bank started turning off immediately and it was needed to be power on frequently.

And now, the power bank doesn't charge my phone or any other phone at all! I have tried changing the cable, charging the power bank to full,...

I order an ambrane p2000 power bank the 22 of march 2017 at paytm (Order id #[protected] | date wed, 22 mar 2017). Since then i suffer weak smartphone recharge. My lenovo k3 note takes a maximum of 1.5a however i recently measured the three available ports of this power bank. The 1a port gives around 1.4a while the supposed 2.1a ports gives me a mere 0.3a. This is not what is claimed and expected. I request a repair as this device should deliver what is expected. Unfortunately i cannot attached the invoice through this form. I have ambrane power bank model ambrane p[protected] mah. It's short circuited now and its led, charging slots, indicator lights also are not working. I guess there is some problem in the model as i have read similar cases online

Mera ambrane ka 13000 mah ka power bank hai. Full charge karne ke baad only mere mobile ki 3000 mah battery ko 1 baar v full charge nhi kar pata hai. Abhi warranty me hai aur power bank kharab backup de raha hai. Please iska solution kayeye. Power bank ka battery backup bilkul acha nahi a raha aur mere local city me iska service centre bhi nahi hai. Please iska service karate.

I bought a Ambrane P[protected] mAh Power Bank
(White & Blue), two and half months back .I m not a frequent user of power bank, but after 10 to 15 days i realized it is not charging mobile properly. Even after fully charging the power bank, it manages to charge my Lenevo vibe mobile upto around 25 to 35 percent only.I tested the powerbank with other mobiles also but response has been poor.
Ensure the replacement of this power bank.
